As expected, this place was a treat, the pastries are a work of art. I wish they had less fruity flavors and more vanilla, chocolate, caramel type pastries, but different stroke for different folks. The line is long but they rip through it, didn't have to wait too long. They just moved to a new location and thank god they did, we went to their old location and it deserves a spot like where they are now, their old spot was in a strip mall.

We braved the long line and were not disappointed! The chocolate croissant was fantastic. I thought that the cheese brioche wasn't quite as good as it looked though. I was a bit disappointed that they were out of almond croissants, but it makes sense on a weekend morning with how much business they get. Once we had our items, we were able to sit down at a table inside and the atmosphere was pleasant. I have to say, I'm glad I tried this place but I don't think I would wait in the long line to get pastries from here again. There are just too many other good pastry places without the long wait!

Incredible french-style bakery with some of the best pastries in Denver. The lines here on Saturday morning are always 60-90 minutes long by the time they open, so plan ahead. When you get inside, you are warmly greeted and not rushed at all. And the staff is more than willing to take their time to answer any questions you might have, like "what's inside of that?" And they won't make you feel bad when the answer is on the name of the item! All items for sale are out in beautifully presented displays, so it can be as simple as point and order. We got a huge variety of pastries. All perfectly flaky. The fruit components (fresh, cream, jellies) were perfectly balanced. Nothing too sweet, too tart, or too shy. The savory pastries were home runs too, with high-quality meats and ingredients. You can also order ahead, but they only come in packages and those sell out quickly too.

Poulette has a new location in Parker on Mainstreet. I went on Thursday at 8:30am and was surprised to see no line. There were people inside ordering, but the larger space could accommodate many more customers at once. Plenty of tables inside and out for people to stay and enjoy their treats instead of getting crumbs in the car if you can't wait until getting home. The flakiness of those delicious pastries. IYKYK.

Came here on a Thursday morning to grab some pastries with a friend who happens to be from Paris. The place is very small and quaint-- roughly 6 chairs to sit inside. The place is small but lots of variety and authentic French bites. We got a collection of pastries to share-- all good. Will be back.

Overall such a cute bake shop. Small. No seating inside just enough space for customers to place order and walk out pop

Came here 30 minutes before they opened and the line was already long. Since we were already there, we decided to just wait in line, not knowing it will take us a little over an hour to get in. Would I wait in line again? No. Pastries and desserts were great but not worth the 1 hour wait.

Love Poulette! Will easily drive over an hour to eat here. They sell out early most days so plan accordingly. Their desserts are really beautiful. Each looks like a piece of art.

After hearing great things about this bakeshop I had to come check it out myself and I will admit, this lives up to the hype!! Everything tasted incredibly fresh and well-made. The canelé was my FAVORITE!! It's perfectly caramelized on the outside, soft and custardy inside. I also tried the lemon stuffy croissant, and it was super flavorful with just the right amount of citrusy and very creamy. Everyone was so pleasant to interact with, kind and welcoming. They also gave out good recommendations because I'm enjoying these pastries a LOT. Would definitely come again!!

Poulette. A name I've heard for a very long time living here in Colorado but never stopped by because it's pretty far down south and I'm not the biggest sweets guy. Well, the pastries and sweets here may have changed my mind and I'm glad I found myself down south for an appointment and remembered about Poulette. The woman behind me said it best when we asked what she recommends and replied "it would be quicker for me to tell you what isn't good here". She was right. Everything we got here was really good and clearly expertly made. The best part? Nothing was overly sweet. We visited around 9AM on a Wednesday and there was plenty of selection at the time with not much of a line. I did hear that on the weekend that it gets very busy and their best items sell out quickly. Call me basic, but I really liked the Snickerdoodle cookie. The savory items were not as good as the sweets but still very good! The prices here are definitely on the expensive side but just have some self control, unlike us, and get a reasonable amount of things and you should be fine. Check out my picture of the menu for an idea of current prices.

Get there early for the best selections! There was a line even at 1:30pm on a Saturday. I ordered both a blueberry panecota ($8) and a strawberry one. They were delicious!! Devoured them in a heartbeat. The panecota and fruits were so fresh. We will get there early another time to try their baked goods. Service was so friendly and professional. Inside was mostly space for the bakery, which I'm sure they'll out grow pretty soon.

Hidden gem in Parker Cutie little space Massive line eager to get inside Insane array of colorful, delicious, homemade pastries Smiley staff behind the counter curating the perfect orders Insane hype - and now I get why! PRO TIP: Each week, assorted breakfast boxes are assembled and available for reserve/purchase online. Orders allow for Thursday - Saturday pickup - and go quick! Do yourself a favor and order this way, then speed to the front of the line for pickup! Last weeks' box featured all things Croissant - highlighting a croissant made of cheese, butter, churro twist, chocolate, vanilla bean (which we thought was lemon) and chocolate! Everything was superior, flakey, delicious and fun to try it all! I can't wait to return (early of course!) and order a la carte - because YUMMMMM! I've had my eye on Poulette for a while now - especially after reading about the James Beard + Michelin award winning bakers - and it did NOT disappoint!! :)

We arrived the Friday before Valentine's Day about 20 minutes before opening and there was a short line, but it was no problem because there was plenty available. It smelled incredible when we walked in, and there was a small gift shop area with cute items. There is no seating to eat there. The pastries were the most incredible pastries we've ever had. The "cinn roll" was our favorite thing. It was not a traditional cinnamon roll, it was custardy and had a caramel crunch to the bottom. The chocolate raspberry sweet heart was chocolate mousse with raspberry on a chocolate cookie. It was also quite pricey but well worth what we paid for. We got 6 items and it was around $85, but that included multiple large holiday specialty items.

I decided to pick up a box of various pastries: fruit tarts, cookies, croissants, turnovers, bear claws and a baguette. I arrived at my friends' house knowing they don't really like sweets.. but perhaps they would try some after lunch with some coffee. We cut most of the pastries in fours so we can each get a bite (I have me a sweet tooth...) but to my surprise, they loved every bite!.. and they don't even like sweets! The croissants were buttery and fluffy, the fruit tarts were divine and the baguette was perfect. They were surprised this bakery was right around the corner from their house and insisted on the address as they said they'd want to come back to check the place out. I told them there were lucky to have such an amazing bakery so close to their place. Whenever I'm in the area, I stop in for a treat. One to share, two for me! The employees are always super friendly and helpful too. Definitely a place to check out! It will become a favorite!

When I called to place my order, they warned me about it being a shared kitchen, but that they do what they can to avoid cross-contamination risk. Normally I would not risk it, but this place was very highly spoken of in the "Denver GF" Facebook group - so I gave it a try! I ordered a GF small white rosette designed cake in the GF better than sex flavor. Everyone at my party loved it (both GF and non-GF folks) and nobody got sick. upon picking up the cake I also had a GF maple glazed donut and GF chocolate chip scone - the GF donuts are held on the top two racks of donuts, and the scones have their own jar. The cupcakes are with the other cupcakes in a display case, but are in front so likelihood of crumbs dropping it lower - they have their own tower / stand within the display. I asked the woman to wash her hands before grabbing my items and she happily did! I did not get sick from any of the three items I tried! The cake is nice and moist, donut was a little dense but good flavor, and the scone was superrrr dry and dense but that's pretty common of GF scones.

But this location does not offer the same level of excellence in service, or in expertise when crafting coffee. Not only was my husband's warm brew incredibly watery, but he said he could taste grains inside, swimming at the bottom of his mug. On top of which, my own iced breve lacked any flavor, despite the fact that I'd requested an addition of three separate flavors of sugar-free syrup pumped in at the end. Seating was pretty limited, as most tables were taken by students of all ages hunched over open laptops, alongside tubby backpacks. The temperature in the lodge was nothing short of stifling, and as this has been an unseasonably warm winter, the high degree seemed extreme. I found myself sweating, even after shedding several layers, and had to walk the property in order to cool down at one point.
