    Mango cake
    Ingrid Y.

OMG, so good! I was looking for something different other than your typical birthday cake and I stumbled upon this small business owned bakery/ restaurant. They were super friendly and the mango cake we ordered was to die for. Gotta try it!

    Creme brûlée and Biscoff Cheesecake.

We stopped in to grab dessert and were not disappointed. Both desserts were delicious and there were so many more that looked amazing. We had the Creme Brûlée and the Biscoff cheesecake.

    Black Forest Cake -Delivered

We ordered a custom cake drip cake for our daughter's birthday and it was done beautifully. We provided a reference picture and they were able to replicate it to perfection. Our daughter chose a black forest sponge for the cake and it was delicious. Their price was also very reasonable for the product delivered and they had the cake ready for pickup on the promised date and time. I highly recommend them for your custom cakes, you'll be making a great choice!

Our servers were friendly and helpful, while the bathroom was clean, well stocked and tastefully designed. My husband and I loved our flavorful coffee on ice, and they do offer SF vanilla and SF hazelnut syrup options as well. They do not have any 'no sugar added' gelato available on the menu, however, if there are members in your party with diabetes or similar dietary restrictions. Hopefully they'll expand the menu for such, in the future. This company does offer catering services, with an adorably quaint cart included. The refrigerated birthday cakes and skittle-colored macaroons looked to die for scrumptious and the artwork completely stunning. Definitely recommend if you're planning a pool party or if the kids are craving something cool following sports played in the scorching heat. The location is perfection, with shopping and eateries close by, but parking can be a bit tight, depending on the time of day. Love this fun addition to the Ranch!

The lychee was a little lacking in flavor, the passion fruit was delicious and so was the tiramisu. Everything was not too sweet and tasted fresh! I was greeted by one of the owners, Gonzo Jimenez (he was on Netflix's Bake Squad reality show) when I approached the counter. I ended up purchasing the following: White Chocolate Strawberry Swirl, $8.50 prior to tax and fees- Of the two bars that I purchased, this one was my favorite. I love white chocolate, especially when combined with fruit or peppermint or dark chocolate. This was a nice creamy bar that really complemented the strawberry flavors. I would purchase this bar again. The only down side is that this bar is thin and I think this bar is pricey for what it is. Pistachio Milk Chocolate Bar, $9.85 prior to tax and fees- According to Gonzo Jimenez, this bar is their take on the trendy Dubai chocolate. I was definitely disappointed with this bar. There really wasn't that much pistachio and a higher ratio of chocolate. This bar was just average for me and wouldn't purchase it again. ------------------------------------ (Total= $20.10 after tax and fees) There are numerous of chocolate desserts, chocolates, bars, etc that one can choose from at this little boutique. But they are a bit pricey, but that's because these are artisan chocolates and some are very pretty. Gonzo Jimenez did tell me that you can also purchase some of their items online, including the bars I purchased (shipping is extra but if you feeling extra spendy, if your order $150 then you can get free shipping).

Parking was limited, and it is way awkward to get in and out with a car. We got the "fiona" (a mango-kiwi dessert), a "scarlett" (raspberry chocolate dessert), berry-licious croissant tart, and a lemon madeleine. The "fiona" was perfectly balanced with a solid mango and kiwi flavor coming through. It had creamy component, a cake component, and a fruit component with a glaze. Not too sweet, but certainly sweet enough to satisfy a sweet tooth craving. The "scarlett" was intensely raspberry in the mousse component. The raspberry jam on top brought the sweetness to temper the tartness of the mousse, and the chocolate cake and chocolate cookie components also balanced out the dessert with a nice natural bittersweet from the cocoa component. The fruit croissant tart had nice fruit on it, and the cream component reads like a yogurt. The croissant part itself was very tasty and makes me excited to try their original butter croissant next time. And finally, the Madeleine was very impressive. I am not a fan of frosting-like stuff on Madeleines, but this worked so well because it was not too sweet. Very balanced flavors, yet again, with some of that natural bitterness again that contrasts so excellently with the flavors. If I could only use key words to describe their desserts, it would be: beautiful, balanced, complex, and natural. I won't be able to come here often due to how far away I live from here, but I know that I will be back.

At one point, I seriously thought about flying back to NY to get the good baguettes. After a few years, I finally found one! I was there every Friday, but now, with a new job, it is just impossible to go. When I was going to a meeting in Denver, I searched for a bakery. I always look at photos of a baguette - the whole "figure" and how it looks when cut. I could find photos of the baguette, but none of the cross-section. So it was a gamble - I pre-paid for 2 baguettes. And I was not wrong! They were wonderful! Embarrassed to say, but I ate almost the whole baguette by myself! I froze the second one. Now I want this baguette all the time!! So here is the photo.

And like other stuff they make they do well on creating chocolates as well. Espresso, Maple Pecan and Chocolate Mousse were all delicious. As a matter of fact, they compete well with other chocolatiers in Denver I know. I was truly satisfied with the beautifully shaped chocolates as they had the perfect truffle texture and softness inside. I thought of getting me a pastry but in a way, I am glad that I opted for the smaller chocolate pieces today. They were just the right amount to calm my sweet tooth (had I gotten me a larger pieced pastry, it might have been a bit too much. I made the right call. The lady behind the counter was friendly (I've never received bad service at this place.) They maintain clean environment where we can comfortably use the tables/chairs. Since the chocolates were so good I may go back as soon as tomorrow and get me the same exact ones. And yet, It's been a while since I've tried one of the savory kinds (cone to think of it.) I've had the Norwegian (smoked salmon one) and I'm overdue for it so instead of the same chocolates I had today, I may get the savory sandwich instead. I am already hungry for it.
