Simply incredible and amazing. Take-out only. Super cute and clean inside. Lovely decor outside. Super friendly owner. Parking was limited, and it is way awkward to get in and out with a car. We got the "fiona" (a mango-kiwi dessert), a "scarlett" (raspberry chocolate dessert), berry-licious croissant tart, and a lemon madeleine. The "fiona" was perfectly balanced with a solid mango and kiwi flavor coming through. It had creamy component, a cake component, and a fruit component with a glaze. Not too sweet, but certainly sweet enough to satisfy a sweet tooth craving. The "scarlett" was intensely raspberry in the mousse component. The raspberry jam on top brought the sweetness to temper the tartness of the mousse, and the chocolate cake and chocolate cookie components also balanced out the dessert with a nice natural bittersweet from the cocoa component. The fruit croissant tart had nice fruit on it, and the cream component reads like a yogurt. The croissant part itself was very tasty and makes me excited to try their original butter croissant next time. And finally, the Madeleine was very impressive. I am not a fan of frosting-like stuff on Madeleines, but this worked so well because it was not too sweet. Very balanced flavors, yet again, with some of that natural bitterness again that contrasts so excellently with the flavors. If I could only use key words to describe their desserts, it would be: beautiful, balanced, complex, and natural. I won't be able to come here often due to how far away I live from here, but I know that I will be back. read more

This place has an amazing variety of french pastries & desserts and they all look delicious. The chocolate cake "Le chocolat" was the best chocolate cake I've ever tasted and the presentation was super fancy. It was even topped with flakes of gold leaf! The flavor profile was very complex and not overly sweet and the cake had multiple different layers, including a crunchy layer that really added a good texture. The owner was extremely friendly and gracious and seemed to be genuinely passionate about each of the different pastries that she made. The building has the appearance of a charming house in the middle of a suburban neighborhood and the parking lot has a fence that is covered in grape vines which gives a nice, homely vibe. But this also makes the place somewhat difficult to notice, unless you have already heard about it through word of mouth, and are actively looking for it. read more

For any of you pastry and patisserie lovers, this place is it. I was in search of a croissant-like pastry and left this place with 3 beautifully created, delicious desserts. One was a croissant style pastry with brownie and pistachio creme in it. Not too heavy, not too sweet, and a tasty combination that has never crossed my mind. The second was a chocolate and berry dessert called Carmen. It was decadent, fluffy, chocolate-y, and perfect. Loved every bite. I also got a Lola and loved the strawberry flavor. It was nice and fruity, once again, light, and perfect. 3 desserts was a lot, but it was worth the stomach space and calories. I would come here again in a heartbeat and recommend that you do too. Growing up in New Orleans, you get your fair share of quality patisseries. Now that I'm in Colorado, it's quite hard to find any kind of patisseries so of course I HAD to go to Parfait Co. Everything was less than $10 which is an amazing price for the quality of these desserts. My absolute favorite is the petit rose. The glaze is a beautiful raspberry flavor that is soft and creamy. The raspberry gelee on the inside gives a nice tart kick to counteract the sweetness of the glaze. Second favorite is le chocolat. If you are an intense chocolate lover like me, then you NEED to try le chocolat. It is dense but decadent. It's too good to share but I had to so others can experience this absolute heavenly piece. This place is so good that I had to drive out there again before New Year's Eve. The ladies here are the nicest people ever and if you don't give them a try then you are crazy! read more

Displayed are the stunning pieces and an owner whose ambition and dedication are shown. Sakura - one of the national flower of Japan. The first bite left me feeling as if I was completely transported to Japan during the spring cherry blossom. I didn't eat to eat but slowly enjoyed every moment of it.
