Mind you I just got off the phone with a male saying that Morgan will be out with my cake shortly... I was very confused and felt very taken advantage of! Then came anger from what an inconvenience this has been because now I'm out money and a cake 30 minutes before my event! The cashier told me the smash cake would be a 4" cake and that in order for them (the bakers) to make it, I would also have to order cupcakes too. Online "All Custom orders start at $200 regardless of the size of the order." Plus the cost of cupcakes? The Ube cake is a 6" for $60 and a single cupcake was around $5? I'm all for supporting local and supporting Filipino businesses. I took the time to visit in person but it seemed very unprofessional that not one of the bakers (even seeing me as I was talking with the cashier) came to discuss the details of the order with me in person, what justifies the 3x charge for a custom order for a smaller cake and cupcakes (that I don't need).

We only needed a single-tier cake for about 24 people, and they were a perfect fit for what we were looking for! We drove up for a tasting, and while there were a few moments that felt a little disorganized, the cake itself was absolutely incredible. Every flavor we tried was some of the best cake we've ever had! We ultimately chose the pink champagne cake with raspberry Bavarian cream filling, and it ended up being my favorite thing I ate at our wedding! We sent over some inspiration photos for the design, and they completely brought our vision to life. The finished cake looked like it could have been straight out of a wedding magazine! They also went above and beyond by allowing us to pick up our cake on a Sunday, even though they are normally closed that day, which we really appreciated.
