I tried the rice crispie treat cookie which was so good and would be even better if it was a little warmer or maybe I needed to warm it up. Our office lives getting Crumb when they have cookies we all love. Have to say the staff is great and the store is always clean and the service is speedy. But... the cookies have seem to have gotten smaller(some of them) and the prices are have gone up. They finally changed their price board but for a while it was the old prices but was charged more. I was shocked when I went to write my review for Crumbl and saw it was 3 stars, how could that be? We've been going here since they opened and the cookies are the BOMB!!! After reading some of the lower ranked reviews I see that they're all either from the App or Delivery, so I'm glad they're not from the cookies. To those that expected delivery, get off your a$$ and go pick them up, they're cookies for gosh sake! Enough of that! Crumbl has built a cult following I guess, because every Sunday at 6pm, they post up the 4 new flavors for the following week, and like clockwork my wife checks them out. The 2 standard kinds are Sugar & Chocolate Chip, and like I said before, the cookies are the BOMB!!! You can taste the butter in them, and on the 4 weekly cookies it's always a surprise, but they are excellent! I'm a simple guy and love their Chocolate Chip, I only wish they'd do one with walnuts! My wife on the other hand, loves their exotic cookies, Red Velvet, Reese's Cups, Cornbread drizzled with honey sauce, etc, they're all unbelievably good! I love how they finish them right at the point of sale so they're not sitting around. When my wife stops to bring home a 4 pack, you can feel the warmth of the cookies. I ordered crumbl through the crumbl app to be delivered to my home, it showed up after the drivers dog tore through the box and destroyed the cookies. The driver apologized and told me to call and complain. Called crumbl, was told to call door dash, door dash then told me to call crumbl. Called crumbl and they were going to send out a new order, however they never placed the new order! Had to call crumbl again and they said they would just refund me. This Crumbl location is awful. I have been twice since I have been home from break, and I have to say this location is significantly worse than any other I have been to. Both times, the employees at the store forgot to add sea salt to the semi sweet chocolate. The monster cookie barely had any M&Ms. The frosting on the churro cookie was runny and smushed. All the cookies are flat and look unappetizing. Ultimately, this location is poorly managed and the employees hired are lazy. read more
