I've ordered here twice just to have some snacks for me and my coworkers and each time I've ordered I've had issues. The first time they gave me three of the right cookies but the other 3 were completely not what I ordered. The second time I've ordered which was today I ordered the large 6 pack and they sent me the mini 6 pack with the right cookies but it's not what I ordered. I don't order crumble. Like ever. But they have the little Debbie collaboration this week so I was excited to get them. I place my online order around 6pm. When I got to the store they informed me that they were out of every cookie that I wanted. I ended up just asking them to refund my money, because those cookie were the only reason why I placed an order! Anyways, I felt bad for the workers tho, there was only 2 high school boys, having to take orders, bake, decorate, fulfill orders and issue refunds. The poor kids were sweating and I felt so bad when they had to apologize to multiple, if not all the customers in there that they didn't have the cookies they wanted. How you expect them to handle all that, I'm sorry but there needs to be more employees in there. Please hire more people. read more

It's crumbl and I think it is exactly what you expect. A giant cookie with a lot of frosting. I could do with half the frosting. But I also understand the hype. I do appreciate that the cookies are packed pretty well. Never had any problems with delivery or the drive home - frosting stays on the cookie (for the looks) and not on the box. Some cookies are more sweet than others. I really liked the carrot cake cookie they had at some point. But that's also the hard part because there will be flavors I like that only come every now and then or never again. read more

Be careful ordering online from this location. Every time we order from this location it is in-correct. The wrong cookies or like this time. The snickerdoodle skillet cookie didn't half of what it's supposed to come with. Not sure what the problem is with this location. read more

We ordered two dozen cookies today for a Birthday Party tomorrow. The only options were "thins." We are so disappointed. The cookies look terrible and burnt, the sandwich cookies have barely any filling between the cookies and so they don't actually look like sandwich cookies, the iced cookies were stuck on top of each other and can not be pulled apart. I only go a handful of times per year because every time I come back, it's the same problem. I'm thinking I tend to receive cookies that never entered the warmer, rather they were grabbed from a rack that has cooled and been forgotten. Room temperature cookies aren't worth the price.
