Dirty Dough specializes in stuffed cookies with filling inside. The flavors do rotate. I ordered: the candy bar, Cap'n Crunch, cookies and cream, and chocolate chip. My favorite was the candy bar because it was like a giant peanut butter cup cookie. The cookies are chewy and soft. The filling is baked just right where it's not super liquidy.
