We did a quick spin through the next traffic circle and headed right back to A Bit O'Boston. Sho'nuff, that menu had the Fried Clams, Clam Chowdah and MORE. Lobster Cakes! Lobster Rolls! Authentic Boston Baked Beans! The best Potato Salad I've had this side of a southern church picnic. Old Bay seasoning on the condiment table. This joint is authentic. We got one "Back Bay"(Clam Strips with a side, he chose fries) and one Lobster Cakes with a side (Baked Beans for me) and we HAD to sample the potato salad after seeing the person before us dig into theirs. Very glad we did. It was outstanding. As was everything! The clam strips were more like clam clusters, and appeared to be hand breaded. Light and not greasy at all, definitely had some Old Bay in that batter! The Lobster Cakes were, wait for it, FILLED WITH LOBSTER. (See the photo. You won't believe it.). These are fry-bread type fritters, filled with huge chunks of lobster and cheese and deep fried. Absolute heaven. The baked beans were filled with bacon and the flavor of the love that went into making these traditional favorite. Karen, the owner, is the real deal. A nor'easter to the bone, and she loves enlightening the uninitiated to the ways of Boston, whether it's her wicked awesome food, her New England Patriots paraphernalia (You'll forgive her quickly once you taste her food), or her super friendly nature. Get in there now, y'all. This place is about to be HUGE.

Get the beans, made there and smoked!!!Not your same cookie cutter BBQ. A really great difference. Staff and the owner were very nice and gave great suggestions. Our first time there and we will definitely be back! We highly recommend!! We went back for The Zucchini basket and more beans!! Met the owner, What a down to earth man. Let me try a tast of the green chili and it was absolutely delicious. It's maxed with their pulled pork, so it's smokey! Had to buy some of that too!

The ribs were meaty, tender, juicy, and NOT overcooked. They had an aromatic smoky flavor too! There were at least 5 BBQ sauces to choose from, I liked the Sweet and Spicey myself. If you want Texas style BBQ Ribs you can't go wrong at Brad's Pit BBQ. Of course, they offer brisket, sausages, pulled pork and more. I had two sides w/my meal, the BBQ beans were delicious, coleslaw was okay. BTW Brad's is next door to Locavore Beer Works so if you don't want to take your BBQ home you can go next door, order any of a multitude of craft beers and they will deliver your food to your table. I liked the Mexican Lager. Great service, great staff and great food and drink! One can't go wrong at either of these businesses.

We headed to 105 West in Castle Rock a couple of weeks ago to give Crave'n a try - we enjoyed their Stack'd food truck very much, and the photos of Craven's food looked great. We were not disappointed with the food, the service, or the friendliness of the staff. I got the double Smash Burger, my wife got the Ribeye Steak Bites over Seasoned fries, and we got a burger patty with cheese for our four legged friend. My burger was great, and the steak bites were amazing, but my wife found the fries a little less crispy that she would have preferred. The doggo, needless to say, thought her burger was terrific. The following Saturday we went to Honnibrook Craft Meadery on a blistering afternoon, and Crave'n happened to be there. We weren't super hungry yet, so just ordered their Carne Asada nachos, and they were terrific. We'll gladly return to this excellent food truck in the near future, and look forward to patronizing their new brick 'n mortar restaurant when it opens (this fall, I think).

I would choose a chicken sandwich over a burger every time. I had the smashed burger with fries. Delicious. The burger wasn't dry and was seasoned! Seasoned! Fries were great, but I will ask for crispy fries next time. I just like my fries a little on the crispy side. $12 bucks for a burger with fries. So cheap. It does come with bacon and pickles, but I don't eat pork and pickles ruin life, so I opted out of those. The service was great as usual and food came out hot and fresh. I really hope to see these guys get more recognition because their trucks are better than 90% of the restaurants in Castle Rock. The vibe is always chill with these guys. Congrats on the new truck. Next time, I'll try the Philly.
