Space was pretty clean and decor was fun for the restaurant. This is a chain but the menu is not overwhelming. Staff was really friendly and recommended the coffee bar, which was a godsend in the morning. The biscuit sandwich is huge for the price but nothing too crazy. Biscuit tasted fresh but I couldn't finish it all so I just ate the rest of the chicken. The sully fries are an interesting concept- like a remix of loaded fries with poutine. The food is pretty heavy so come with an empty stomach!

The K-Mack (Top left) I ordered the one with Sausage and House Made Vegetarian Mushroom Gravy. McHashbrowns were good also.

Amazing food! Huge portions. Waitress was nice as well. Would definitely come back if I was ever in Denver again.

More than a breakfast joint. It's a casual eatery. They have other offerings like pizza, burgers & chicken sando. There was a bit of a wait even though we joined the online cue ahead of time. Dogs are allowed on the covered patio. Fast friendly service. The french toast biscuits were A M A Z I N G! Definitely worth a try.

My goodness, what a meal this was. I loved The Franklin meal with its crispy and tender fried chicken, drenched in sausage gravy and the bitter sweet taste of crispy bacon. The biscuit was pretty tasty too! Very proportional and filling. Their coffee wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst, but this is coming from a coffee connoisseur. Customer service was splendid!! Our server was Haley and she was very kind and polite. She was happy to help and gave great advice on what to order along with sides. The ambiance was average, me and my party sat outside and they had great entertainment on the TV with different sports. Overall: very enjoyable experience and hospitality was great. Food was "scrumptious".

We went for brunch and it didn't disappoint! My husband had a chicken and bacon biscuit which was very hearty and delicious. I had the granola bowl and I loved it. Not too sweet and with fresh berries and yogurt it was light and refreshing and a generous portion. The atmosphere was a bit loud but only because it was packed with people! It seems to be very popular! The service was great and the food came out quicker than I expected with the full house. I'll be back again!

DBC, is a marvel of an idea. It's several restaurants in one, depending on the day and time you arrive. Food was unique and interesting. Try it without any reservations or mentions of the menu. It's worth the discovery.

I would just stick to the biscuits here. The sandwich was really good. I would not recommend the cinnamon roll unless you like your cinnamon rolls saturated in butter. Otherwise cool atmosphere and decent enough service. I am sure there is a better breakfast place around. Update: they did take the cinnamon roll off the ticket. Very much appreciated.

Landed in Denver an hour ago and the only thing on my mind was a good hearty breakfast. The Denver Biscuit Co. caught my eye amongst the plethora of breakfast eats and diners. The establishment is hip, lively and also welcoming. The staff and service were simply wonderful. The food was delicious! I'm not typically a biscuit connoisseur but with a name like Denver Biscuit Co. you have to try the biscuits and boy were they good!

$1 for a small side of ranch??? Was that your way of saying I didn't need it. You gotta tell me that ahead of time.

Great food. Great atmosphere Great staff. A little pricey for what I got. But I would do it again.

The Cubano. House made biscuit with pulled pork, ham and pickle topped with chicharrones.

The Cubano was delicious and my wife enjoyed her French Toast biscuit. Coffee was self served with various mugs of different sizes. Perfect because I like a large mug and she prefers something smaller. Service was friendly and attentive. If ever they decide to venture to California, we'll most likely be regulars

OMG, what an incredible biscuit. Denver Biscuit ( part of the Atomic Cowboy family) is off the charts. This was our first time, and Rees walked us through the menu. I wish it were later in the day because they have a ton of good bourbon. I digress, back to the Franklin (spicey) and, of course, an over-easy egg. YUM. We shared this and also had the cheese grits ( fantastic) with the homemade pickles. Rees was excellent, and we might break the cardinal rule and return tomorrow. ( The rule is don't duplicate restaurants) ;)

Giant Biscuit Cinnamon Roll, Easter style! Yum!!

I tried the waffle fries today for the first time. With some extra salt and ketchup, they were great.

We got the following #77 two hot dogs ($16 omg) #63 Koufax pastrami on rye ($15 for lunch meat on a toasted rye bread) #23 The Ryno Italian Beef ($15 for some lunch meat beef on a roll) Order of Green Chili Cheese Fries If you want a side, you're ordering à la carte so be prepared for a $25 price tag for a meal with a drink per person. The food is just lunch meat that's not even as good as the roast beef from Walmart. And no I'm no kidding. The rye bread was the saving grace for this meal and luckily I shared with my family so they could try it too. I'm pretty disappointed in the quality of the food overall but the hubby said the hot dogs were good but $16 for two hot dogs is ridiculous. The green chili fries were shoestring so they can't hold up a green chili cheese topping. Maybe they were out of regular fries. Definitely should be listed in the menu as shoestring. I wouldn't have ordered them. Plus they get cold in about 4 mins. We love to support local restaurants but I have to be honest; the prices are ridiculous and the quality is below average. I'm sadden by our experience today and won't be back.

But I'm not as much a fan. My deli "go-to" items are matzah ball soup and brisket sandwich and I feel this place falls short on both. Soup is just ok, nothing special, the broth is pretty bland, matzah ball is fine. But it's moreso the brisket that's disappointing. I keep giving it a chance but every time it's the same fatty, unappetizing meat. I much prefer how the competition a half mile down the street does those two items. I'm sure we'll be coming back here again ... I just need to remember to try something different next time. And lower my NY standards.
