Sad to say, but after being a patron of this business for 15 years, we are no longer returning after yesterday's visit. The food quality has really declined at this location. My wife and I both ordered Benedict's. Our English muffins came out super soggy, and our eggs were cooked to the point where they were solid. My son's pancake tasted like it was rancid, as was his bacon. The service however, remains amazing as our waitress was on top of things checked in on this regularly and did an amazing job. It's really sad to see such an awesome establishment. Start to lose quality. read more

You really can't go wrong with Toast! If you're a fan of Snooze--especially their pancake flight--you'll love the French toast flight here. Every flavor was delicious and super satisfying and sweet. The restaurant was busy when we arrived, but the staff handled the crowd effortlessly. Yummy! We went here the Saturday after Christmas and ended up waiting about 30ish minutes before being sat. Once seated, it was quite quick and efficient, and our server, Farrah, was lovely! We ordered the peppermint bark mocha (holiday menu), a cappuccino, coffee, the grinch cakes (holiday menu), lemon blueberry pancakes, caramel apple pancakes, the toast breakfast, and the smothered chorizo omelette. Everything was great! I was unsure on how the grinch cakes would turn out as while I enjoy match, pistachio, and peppermint all on their own, I didn't know how well they would blend together, but they were great! Our only complaints were that there was not a ton of lemon flavor that came through in the lemon blueberry pancakes and my peppermint bark mocha came hot despite ordering it iced. read more

Every time we come to CO, this is typically our first stop for breakfast. And because it's a family favorite, there is never a question about where we are meeting our first day in town! Service is always above notch, the food is scratch made and the cooks know what they doing! This time around we had the egg & potato burrito, avocado toast, banana walnut French toast (this is a typical favorite!) along with a side of their biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, and the kids grilled cheese (which comes with fries). Toast is such a great place for brunch after church on bright sunny morning. I arrived there ready to eat after all morning singing in the choir. The food at Toast was excellent and our wait time was quick and smooth. We had no problem getting seated and receiving our food and coffee etc. I ended up ordering a cafe white mocha and it was very good! They have a lot of different drinks to choose from which is a plus. They cater to all of the alcohol cocktail and Specialty coffee drinkers which is good; since they do not have a limited menu. My son and I went to Toast today. There was a little wait but that can be expected. Great selection to choose from and their seasonal menu added even more. We both had the Peppermint Mocha Latte coffee and my son indulged in the grinch pancakes. I went with the Bourbon Pecan French toast. Fact was, it was all great. I'd say the only complaint I had was that we felt a bit rushed. We just wanted to have a nice meal and chat a bit, but we felt like we had to order quickly then the food came quickly(a good thing) but then the plates were cleared and the bill came before I would have liked it. Met friends for an information transfer. Toast is in a new location and my last experience was several years ago and it wasn't great. This trip was great. Wife had the Denver Omelette and I had Sausage and Eggs. Her omelette was really good (large so took some home). My sausages were just okay. They were a bit overcooked is all. Toast is one of those places which are great for breakfast or brunch, which we do quite often. We can walk to eat, but with the portions being so big, you can't walk home. I have lot of favorites here, like the breakfast burritos and omelets. But one of my favorite brunch item is the chicken fried steak and eggs. Sometimes I order an extra side of gravy. I really enjoyed my Apple, Brie & fig sandwich. The server suggested I ad turkey, and it was fantastic. We went a little later in the morning so it wasn't too busy, our server was very nice and friendly. I had a brief but intense conversation with the waitress this morning due to her refusal to honor the free cup of coffee promotion listed on Yelp after check-in. If you are not going to honor it... Take the offer off yelp. Despite the waitress's rudeness, the breakfast food was surprisingly good for a diner. I was impressed to see an espresso martini on the menu, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations and would rank low on my list of espresso martinis. My first time here and I ordered the chorizo burrito and the wife ordered the Toast omelette. The burrito is well seasoned and multi layers of flavor. It was a very generous serving but also a little pricy. We started our meal with a cinnamon roll and I think that this is close to the best one that I have had. It was light and delicious! We then ordered some other breakfast items such as the pancake flight, Denver omelette (sub onions for mushroom), and a side of biscuits and gravy. The service at this restaurant is always great especially because they are always so busy! They are incredibly nice and definitely want everyone to have a great experience inside of their restaurant. I dined here for breakfast earlier this month. The timing was ideal as I was looking for a good comfort food meal. I struck gold when I tasted the Honey Fried Chicken and Pancakes. This meal has a nicely fried chicken breast with honey, topped with a few slices of bacon, smothered in sausage gravy and wedged between two buttermilk pancakes. It's also covered with maple syrup. If you want more maple syrup in your pancakes you need to ask for more. This meal is one of my favorite breakfast and brunch meals. All the flavors flow together so nicely. It's that perfect combination of sweet and salty. My only feedback is to use the authentic maple syrup rather than the candied imitation type (loaded with high fructose corn syrup). If the restaurant does offer it, ask wait staff to offer it to patrons. Wait staff is accommodating and friendly. My waiter was personable. I engaged him in conversation over the meal I had. Also, wait staff is hardworking. A lot of them were working nonstop. Ambiance is okay. Nothing fancy. Interior is clean. I visited during the week so it wasn't that crowded. I noticed many locals or regulars. I recommend checking this place out. I wouldn't mind trying their poutine for my next visit. I think I found my favorite brunch spot. Huge dishes, many options and lots of delicious pairings. I got their veggie omelet with their cinnamon roll French toast. Two of which I forgot to take a pic of. But i did take a pic of my husbands chorizo burrito which was MASSIVE. And his cinnamon roll which was very very good. I met up here with a friend I haven't seen in ages. Toast is a fairly busy place but... at least when I was there I got seated very promptly while I waited for my friend to arrive. The menu is quite vast and I had a hard time deciding exactly what I wanted. I didn't want a large portion of anything and went with the French Toast. Now there are a lot of different options for the French Toast but I wasn't quite in the exploratory mood so I went with the classic type. It was very good and enjoyable! Still a bit too big for me portion wise but that's okay as I took some home with me. Lots of other choices on the menu to pursue further with. Wow! Truly blown away by the portion sizes! We arrived in the middle of the morning rush and there weren't many tables open however they were able to seat us within 5 minutes which was great! Parking was also readily available and less than a minute's walk to the entrance. We got the berries and cream french toast, the lumberjack breakfast, and a coffee. The coffee arrived hot and the servers were super quick to refill at every opportunity. The french toast was not too sweet and had multiple levels of flavor, not just sweet berries which were great! I honestly wake up nowadays and dream about this french toast since it was so good and I wish there was a location in LA! The lumberjack breakfast was also such a huge portion and was great throughout. I will definitely visit the next time I'm in town, I'll just dream about the french toast in the meantime! read more

We tried this place out because someone mentioned it on Nextdoor. I got the bacon and egg breakfast. Eggs were scrambled and were fine. Side of greens good. Bacon was dripping in grease. And pancakes were ok. My husband got the bacon and egg breakfast as well. He said eggs were fine. Bacon same thing just soaked in grease. Not sure how they cook them? Maybe in the oven and then they just soak in the grease until they are plated. His hashbrowns were awful. Very gummy and yet hard all at the same time. Brunch spot with a very homey, classic diner feel. By the time we arrived at 9, it was filled with people. Our hostess was very friendly and came by often to check in on us, refill our coffee and water cups. We ordered the berries and cream French toast along with the lumberjack breakfast which came with a side of pancakes as well. All I can say is that the servings are huge. The pancakes on the side were almost as big as the main breakfast dish I got, and the French toast was thick and fluffy, with no shortage of berries and cream.
