Bacon fried rice with over hard egg. (Happy hour size)
Aislinn B.

It's been a few years of Onefold being a Denver visit go-to. We are from KC but anytime my wife or myself are in town, you can count on us making a trip to Onefold. The bacon fried rice is to die for but everything else we have tribe has been absolutely delicious, too. Love the breakfast happy hour fried rice special when I'm traveling alone and a little extra chili crunch only makes the experience more magical! Every location has been its own special vibe, all fabulous, with attentive and friendly staff. 18th Ave location is our favorite but also the tiniest, so keep your options open.

Matcha martini

Our 2nd time here. Good service. Quick service. Good food. No frills. Lots of open seats and you seat yourself. The matcha martini was reallly good. Didnt taste strongly of alcohol and the coconut flavor goes very well with the matcha. The chilaquiles were okay. Not my favorite but still good. Like breakfast nachos. They came out cold. The duck noodle soup was very good. Not too heavy and very refreshing broth with lots of shitake mushrooms in the soup. I wish there was something spicy i could add to it. I would come back here again and again.

One a recent weekend, my husband and I made our way to Onefold and were not disappointed. In fact, it was a 5-star experience! STAR #1: This brand-spanking-new location offers ample parking, a spacious and attractive interior, large patio and all the vibes! Upon entry, you're greeted with the coffee and regular bar, stylish dining space (table, booth, patio, it's your choice!), and many options to choose from! The space gives off a relaxed, chill and yet sophisticated vibe - which made us feel right at home. We were able to snag a table in the shade on the patio - to soak up Saturday morning! STAR #2: Staff is welcoming, friendly and equal opportunity helpers! It's an order-at-the-counter-kind of spot and once your order is placed, any of the many workers can and will assist you. In fact, we had different people delivering our drinks, food and taking our orders - which made the experience immersive and all inclusive, in my opinion! STAR #3: The food is divine!! So fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. I opted for the Bacon Fried Rice - with a perfectly runny egg on top. The rich flavors of the duck fat, bacon and egg, were perfectly savory and oh so yummy! My husband opted for the Sausage Breakfast burrito and WOW. We were both blown away by the amazing combination of flavors - perfectly fried potatoes and oogy gooey cheese pull. Seriously, chef's kiss! We also sampled a sweet pastry from the case up front and loved that as well. It's safe to say, the menu offers a wide variety of goods, fitting to everyone's taste! STAR #4: A full bar is offered, along with the fanciest of coffees. I'm obsessed with Vietnamese coffee and was excited to see it on the menu. Upon first sip, I was excited and did the happy coffee dance because YUM. I ordered another one on our way out - the perfect Saturday treat! STAR #5: Pricing is on point, for the quality of ingredients and staff. Definitely worth a visit! I'm happy to see this new addition to the burbs and will easily return! :)

Breakfast burrito and orange cream soda

What a pleasant surprise! Onefold, a new breakfast spot recommended by a friend, had amazing food. Walking in and finding out that you ordered first and then sat down was a little strange--we kept wondering why they operated this way--but otherwise the place was great. The staff was friendly, if a little slow to check on our table once we got our food, but everyone had a smile, and that's worth more than waiting a few extra minutes for a glass of water. The food was great, though they really focus on duck fat, which made the breakfast burrito a little unusual. Don't get me wrong--the burrito was delicious. I didn't order it myself; instead, I had the breakfast nachos they called chilaquiles. These were just okay, mostly because they were hard to eat. You wanted to use your hands, but the chips were both soggy and hard at the same time, so you had to use a fork. Still, they were tasty and the side of duck fat fried potatoes complicated them. I'll definitely be back for more. Oh, and make sure to grab a drink--the orange cream soda was amazing.

Breakfast tacos

First time here and we were pleasantly surprised! We weren't sure how this would play out since you order at the counter when you walk in but the quesadilla and tacos were great! Our only dislike was having to walk back up to the counter to order and pay again for a second cup of coffee. Duck fat potato's were phenomenal!

I knew I liked Onefold from their downtown location. The Asian inspired fusion breakfast is unique and awesome. This is between a sit down and a casual restaurant - you order at the bar and they bring food to you. Hit it right during happy hour (7 to 9am Monday to Friday) so we got 1/2 price breakfast burrito. Amazing with duck fat fries inside. I got the bacon fried rice (also happy hour) topped with the most perfect over easy egg I've ever had. The ambiance of the place is stellar - like you stepped into trendy SOHO not Greenwood Village. I'm not sure I'd recommend for vegetarian friends. Everything seems fried in duck fat or some other meaty goodness. For the rest of us, we now have a place where you can get Chinese congee for breakfast or an amazing burrito.

Wow! This cafe is so pretty and I love the aesthetic. When I called to inquire about the wait time, the lady said it was open seating so I wasn't sure what to expect. Very nicely decorated and there was plenty of seating when we arrived. There are tables, booths and a huge patio area. They served both breakfast and lunch. The food portions were huge and very flavorful. I got the fried rice with chicken and two eggs on top, chef's kiss! Service was great and attentive. They also offer breakfast cocktails and it was cool to see the bartender make them while we waited on food. Perfect little brunch spot tucked away in a shopping plaza. Highly recommend!

Great spot, loved the ordering process of fast casual but the feel of a high end restaurant. The breakfast potatoes are out of this world. Not a fan of the breakfast sandwich roll, but the sammy itself was good. Will be back.

Breakfast burrito with green chilli Matcha OJ in the back

This is probably going to be my go to brunch/breakfast spot in Greenwood village. This is a new location, and if you've been to Onefold in downtown, you know that this is one of THE places to have brunch in Denver. Their menu is outstanding and the beverage options that they have are very unique and interesting. I came here with a few friends and a baby, and we were able to find a spot on Saturday morning. I got the breakfast burrito, smothered in green chilli, and this probably has to be one of my favourite breakfast burritos in the Denver area. My husband got the Chinese chicken sausage fried rice, which was so good. I also got the lavender latte which was a bit sweet, but good, nevertheless, my husband got the Chaggachino, which was so interesting. I made a second order of the Chaggachino with oat milk. My friends also got the quesadilla which was nice, the frittata, which was really good and and a few more breakfast burritos. The one unique thing that I tried here is OJ with matcha, which I never knew was such a fantastic combination. We also ended up getting a few mimosas, which were freshly squeezed. I cannot emphasise enough of what a great experience we had here and I highly recommend you check this place out. The indoors are so clean and spacious. They have an outdoor area which I know is going to be buzzing during the summer. Highly recommend this beautiful brunch spot.

We had a great experience overall. The service was friendly and fast, and everyone made us feel welcome. You order at the counter and then take a seat, and they bring the food out to you, which was really convenient. I enjoyed my dish overall; the flavors were good, but the potatoes were a little too salty, the sausage was a bit on the dryer side, and the fried rice dish came out a bit mushy. Still, it was a nice meal with friendly staff, and we enjoyed our time here!

Stopped here on a random try while doing errands in the south burbs. Did not regret it! The breakfast burrito was spot on. The duck fat potatoes and green chili inside, so on point. It's an order and seat yourself place but the space is very inviting with an old world charm. I loved the brewed coffee and the barista was so helpful and let me know where they got it from. I will have to try the other locations!

Just checked out @onefold_denver third location in Greenwood Village--fancier vibes and a sweet patio! My fave Bacon Fried Rice and the flavorful Sausage Burrito did not disappoint. Sipped on a Mimosa while Adam @lrdefendertrek2023 enjoyed his Vietnamese Coffee (which I had to try--so good!). Great service and plenty of parking too. If you haven't been, definitely drop by and support this local gem! Lunch happy hour from 1 pm till close. Next up on my list: Chinese Roasted Duck Noodle Soup. Anyone tried it? Let me know!

Blueberry almond croissant

Has been open since July but hadn't heard or seen it until last weekend when we went to Parry's Pizza to watch the Broncos beat the Chiefs. So, before our Sunday shopping day at Kings, we decided to grab something to eat. Didn't know what to expect when we walked in and ordered at the counter but we were impressed. The service was wonderful, staff brought refills of water and coffee, offered a to-go box without asking and the food came out quickly. The bathrooms are super cute, music was great and staff super friendly. The food-AMAZING! My husband's sausage sandwich was perfect, on a yummy toasted bun with lots of sausage. The potatoes were delicious, complemented with Cholula (or Tabasco but he prefers Cholula). My fried rice was a large portion and I added duck. The chili sauce on the eggs added to the wonderful mix of flavors. The croissant was toasted and super yummy. We will definitely be back, especially because it's in walking distance and they do have a happy hour!

Even with a full house, the place was very quiet, people respected the "wfh coffee shop" culture, and did not seem to be talking loudly or taking meetings. The drinks were great, not too fancy, but my Matcha was yummy. We also tried a gluten-free zucchini bread and a lemon pound cake which really hit the spot. Prices are pretty fair, and I had no issue finding street parking even on Broadway, although I had a busier time of day, I can imagine it might be more difficult. I could have easily gone to one of the coffee shops I already knew but that simply wasn't a satisfying thought to be frank. I bothered to google search to find something new for me to experiment/experience. I did the right thing. Getting here was a bit tricky. My GPS took me to a different building which I knew wasn't the right place. I almost left without making any further effort but good thing that I remained resilient in my quest. At last, I finally came to the right building. "Is this a church?" was what I thought once I was inside the building. Well, precisely speaking, it's a grad school (Augustine Institute; if you get lost like I did due to my inaccurate GPS directions, put Augustine Institute in your map), an institution where students major in Catholic apostolate. But you need not worry what your religious views or background is. The coffee shop has a very welcoming atmosphere where all are welcome and accepted no matter what you are. Such feeling came when Jack, the kind and warm hearted barista upfront, not only asked me my name but also introduced himself to me like a good neighbor does. What an ice breaker it was to warm me up upon arrival. The customer service is simply impeccable here. I ordered a cappuccino. And to go along with the caffeine, I got me the ham & cheese croissant. And to enjoy this place fully I opted for dine in (as I was not in a hurry.) There was another young man upfront alongside Jack. That young man brought me my cappuccino to my table. Later, Jack brought me my croissant. I really liked the way they warmed up my savory. They used a panini maker to press it down so the croissant was flattened to fairly thin. All the ingredients were nice and warm to the right temperature. I still tasted the flaky croissant on the outside. I've never seen a croissant served like this so I found it to be very creative. My cappuccino tasted wonderfully. Whereas I do like the bitter coffee taste sometimes I prefer it to be mellowed out by whatever the dairy product they use so it's creamy to some extent. Since I asked for whole milk (as Jack asked me what kind of mild I wanted) the kind of milk I chose was just the right kind to make my cappuccino to be the perfection of artisan coffee. Quiet and cozy with comfort seatings through, my late morning coffee time was simply perfect.

Adjusting grind levels and water temperature, there was always a bitterness or too watered down. The other flavors present in the beans, however, we're quite nice. I was hoping that they would have real kona coffee, but unfortunately their supplier suffered from disaster in Hawaii. Not going to blame them for that, but objectively speaking, if a Hawaiian coffee shop doesn't have Hawaiian coffee, then I am sad about it.
