I hate writing this because we normally love Capriotti's, but this visit was a complete letdown. We waited over 30 minutes for our food, only to get sandwiches that were cold and basically had no toppings - just bread and meat. For $77, that's unacceptable. To make things worse, staff were openly cussing at customers inside the restaurant, which made the whole experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. I absolutely LOVE the Bobbi. Hot. And their large is no joke, it's LARGE! Honestly I've only tried one other sandwich here and it was the Italian. It very much lacked flavor. To start, the food was actually really good, when they get my order right. However in my two times going to this location they have not. The fist time I ordered a normal cheese steak, and they didn't ask if I wanted any add-ons. it was my first time at Capriotti's so I didn't event know I could get any extra elements (peppers sweet/hot, mushrooms, onions, etc). The second time I went I fixed this but when I asked for a BLT cheese steak they put me down for a normal cheese steak. and charged me for the BLT cheese steak (technically it was free b/c of the bogo coupon, nonetheless) I only realized when I got home and by then it would have been too late. I have been seeing ads all over instagram for this place and I have been dying to try it......and maybe that was the problem. Maybe I built it up too much in my head and I was too excited to try it. The sandwich was okay; I had seen all the ads for the chicken bacon ranch sandwich so that is what I went for. I also got the side of coleslaw and my wife got the Italian. I was not expecting the chicken to be like rotisserie style chicken, I just figured it would be lunch meat or that prechuncked stuff that all the other guys use. I think I'm just use to that so even though the meat was a higher quality than I expected I was disappointed. I wish the coleslaw was a little creamier but it was still pretty decent. The price is what is going to keep me away. For what you get for the price there are plenty of other decent sandwich shops within a couple minutes drive. Had a hankering for a good sandwich on a workday, so drove to this location only to find that Which Wich had closed and been replaced by Capriotti's. Since I was here, I decided to give them a try. I got the Homemade Turkey sub and took it home to eat while I worked. It was OK, but far from great. Light on the turkey, cheese and onion, overloaded with lettuce. On the positive side, the service was pretty quick and quite pleasant. I'll drive another two minutes north on Lucent Blvd. and go to the far superior Ike's Love and Sandwiches next time. read more

Ok, so if you get over the fact that Capriotti's is a chain (and it is), this is a really solid sammich shop. I'm definitely not a hater on chains (there are good ones), and this is one of the good ones. If you're coming here once, you get The Bobbie, and you transport yourself to Thanksgiving Day. If you're local, you can explore the menu. Personally, I'm a fan of the hot subs here, and their cheesesteak subs are about as good as you'll find at a chain. They're not Philly legendary, but they're definitely really good. Super friendly staff, clean inside, and lots of good smells. Nice, spacious interior, friendly, appreciative staff, good portion subs are what this restaurant can boast about. It was another Elite event where I had the pleasure of meeting other Elites and was able to chitchat with them a bit while I was waiting for my sub. As my dinner, I went with the Bobby and I call it the Thanksgiving sub that has turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce all inside one sub - how convenient!! We are only a few months away from the big Turkey Day, I was like, "Why not have my turkey now?" According the franchise owner, Jaime (hopefully I spelled it correctly), that is the restaurant's signature sub. I'll have this sub again as it was just what I needed for the night. It was great to see this place got so busy during the course of our stay! What struck me was how orderly they were. The lady at the register wanted to make sure everything is exactly how you wanted it. I was talking through my mask when ordering and she repeated everything just to be sure. Undoubtedly my order came out exactly as planned. The gentleman at the bagging station reassured me that as soon as my salad is ready he would hand over my goodie bag. The entire staff was just so sincere! I was torn about getting the Bobbie Thanksgiving Sandwich. At the end, I didn't want to be reminded of the holiday so early, so I settled on the American Wagyu Beef sandwich (although I'd love to come try the Bobbie AFTER Thanksgiving, hopefully Capriotti's will still serve it then!) The American Wagyu Beef sandwich was very beefy, I can see why it's one of the most popular choices! Also ordered a 10-inch Cole Turkey. I got my interest piqued at the coleslaw, and it didn't disappoint! In hindsight, I would've asked for my subs to be toasted, IF that was an option. I wasn't asked so I'm not sure? There isn't a "meatless" choice on their salad menu, so the lady who took my order helped me put together one that's all veggies. I asked it to be dressed in the Cranberry Gorgonzola Vinaigrette, pretty interesting. For dessert I chose the Chocolate Chip Cookie. Love these big and thinly spread cookies! As the middle is soft and the edges chewy. I did look at the Brookie twice, lol. Think I'll give that a try next time. The store is pretty spacious, I liked their décor. I had never been to a Capriotti's but had heard good things about this sandwich franchise. So I was excited when this restaurant opened up near me. It's located in the Highlands Ranch Town Center. The restaurant is small, but very nicely decorated and clean (of course it's brand new so I would hope it would be.) There are a few tables outside as well. You order at the counter and they take your name. When your order is ready they call your name. I ordered the "Bobbie". Which they claim was voted the best sandwich in America. It has roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing and Mayo on a nice roll. My husband got the "Capastrami" which has pastrami, Swiss cheese, coleslaw and Russian dressing. We also each got a side of chips. The sandwiches were really great! I don't know if the "Bobbie" would qualify as "the best sandwich in America" but it certainly was delicious. Hubs enjoyed his sandwich as well. It was really great but I am deducting a star because the soda machine was out of all of the soda except Mountain Dew. This was at 11:00 am, so not sure what that was about. Anyway, this is a great addition to Highlands Ranch. read more

Now, I didn't it the whole thing by myself, heck no! But I did share this mister 18in sub with dear ones I was able to customize the sandwich to my desired preferences; this may or may not include extra cheese and some hot peppers yummy! Service at this location was exceptional! I've been greeted from so many angles as soon as I walked in unsure where to get my mobile order picked up. Capriotti's offers high quality subs (and salads) --- from traditional to a few super unique recipes (like; Thanksgiving in a bun). Capriotti Sandwich is named after the founder's grandfather who loved to cook traditional Italian food. The recipe is based on a whole roasted turkey sandwich which is their best seller, "The Bobbie". The franchise business started in Las Vegas and because of its popularity it took off and now they have stores in over 20 states. I've been to Capriotti's in other states and the sandwiches taste consistent every time. Wagyu Beef from Snake River Farms is what I usually get, but next time I will venture out and try other items under "Signature Subs". Ordered the wagyu French dip again. I get it with everything on it onions, hot mild peppers .. dang if this isn't the best darn sandwich I've ever ordered!!!. It messy with the wagyu and dip but juicy, amazing flavor. It just doesn't get better than this. The cheesesteak is really good at any standard, even compared to some of the Philly ones. I loved the classic cheesesteak with hot peppers, it had a little bit of a kick but it really didn't need anything else other than a little salt IMO. This is going to be my go-to place for cheesesteaks from now on! I am reluctant to give 5 stars to places that present a mandatory step for tipping during the ordering process.
