Spicy Tuna Roll (6/10) - While the flavor was delicious and the presentation was beautiful, it still wasn't quite the spicy tuna roll we've been searching for. I enjoy a spicy tuna roll that really carries some heat alongside the flavor, and this one leaned a bit more toward the subtle side for my preference. Rock N Roll (5/10) - The ingredients were fresh, which I appreciated, but I found myself wanting quite a bit more flavor from this roll. It wasn't necessarily bad, just not something that stood out to me. Tuna Roll (8/10) - A good take on a classic tuna roll. The fish was fresh, and the overall execution was good. Nothing overly complicated, but certainly enjoyable. Overall, the quality of the ingredients was evident, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and service. While we are still on our quest for the perfect spicy tuna roll, I wouldn't mind returning and exploring a few other options.

Now I know what mangoes are and I knew what I was getting, so I can't really blame the restaurant for the fact that I guess I've learned I'm not a big fan of sushi rolls with fruit on them. It was well made for what it was, just not my particular favorite. The miso soup was lovely. The restaurant was nice and clean and as I have said, the service was impeccable, friendly, really everything you would want. Which is all the more reason I was disappointed that the food did not ring a bell with me.
