Was having a great Morning until I visited teryaki madness. I got my meal and it was they driest and burned chicken breast ever. Told cashier ( Yadira) and she decided to argue that it was not burned and it looked fine to her. I've been eating chicken breast a long time and have cooked them numerous times. Teriyaki YES PLEASE. Friend suggested since it open up so close to us and have special of $6 chicken bow. Of course we will be here for dinner. Is nice and clean and staff were very friendly. Since is new the manager or the boss is going around chit chatting asking how the food is. It just open so they are still going through it. So more staff then customers. It is in a shopping center full of restaurants. We order Teriyaki chicken special of course. You can choose white rice, brown or noodle for bottom and also if you want vege with it or not (they forgot to add vege on 2 kids meal). It came really fast in a nice plastic bow with cap. So if you can't finished you can take it home. They have a TERIYAKI SAUCE bottle on every table. So you can adjust how much teriyaki sauce you like. The chicken was a bit dry. Maybe it was sitting for a while. But after adding extra teriyaki sauce it became much better. Kids love it and so do I. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!! read more

Food was fine, nothing jaw dropping. A different look on cream cheese wontons and they were good. More sauce needed for wontons and if I want to change my order it shouldn't be such a difficulty for the staff. "YO Joe, change the veggies for broccoli ". Seemed like a simple request and yet we have veggies and not broccoli. We've ordered from here twice now. Honestly it's food you can make at home with very simple ingredients. However, I love it as a healthy option when we're in a pinch. The portion sizes are good for lunch (no food comma). We always go with the salmon and surprisingly it has always been cooked well. I'm always skeptical of ordering salmon especially at these types of restaurants because more often than none the salmon is dry. We got plenty of veggies to accompany our bowl and the brown rice was cooked well too. They give you a side of the teriyaki sauce to bring home and you can season it to your liking. read more

Four stars because there was hella water with my veggies and very little orange chicken with my double protein plate. Food was good. The matchstick carrots needs to be switched to bigger pieces of carrots and the zucchini as well. Less of a mess with bigger pieces of veggies than little cuts. read more

I go to Teriyaki Madness all the time. I have Been to numerous locations. The town center in Highlands Ranch location has really left a lasting impression. The food always taste better at this location. The staff and the lady that works the register seem to be able to handle anything and everything. I always ask for extra teriyaki sauce to put on it because their teriyaki sauce cups are small. They also have some great combo deals every once in a while! Fast casual: You order and they bring it out to you. Quick Hits: At a strip mall. Offer a few vegan options. Make sure you order the tofu and say "make this vegan". This place is new, trendy and clean. Parking during core lunch and dinner times is challenging. The counter staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They offered several options for vegans one of which we went with: Tofu and brown rice with all the veggies. The food was around $14 per person which seems kinda high by a dollar or two for this kind of restaurant in my opinion. The food was delivered fast and hot. The spouse and I felt the flavor was lacking a little until we added more Teriyaki which was easy to do since there was a large bottle at the table. For the food, would definitely return. read more

Came here on 4/17 at 12:43 pm and the lady taken our order was extremely rude. I first asked for a regular then before paying I asked her to make that a large and she started giving me extremely bad attitude because she had to press few buttons. First time visitors here. We had the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl, large. It was outstanding. The bottle of Teriyaki sauce that was on the table was also very good. I had a side of Yakisoba noodles. They were excellent. An Eggroll was included with a soft drink. It was hot, crispy and filled with goodness. We met the owner of this franchise. What a nice and beautiful women. We stopped at Teriyaki Madness for lunch. The entrees are freshly made, which is good, but in terms of flavor, etc. it is basically on par with Panda Express. Heavy on the overly sweet sauces. I ordered the yakisoba "style" which, apart from containing soba noodles, had nothing in common with yakisoba. My wife had teriyaki with fried rice. We also had the combo with egg rolls, which tasted like frozen egg rolls. We ate most of our food, but have no desire to go back. read more

The food was quite good (even though it had to be microwaved), but the customer service was not great. We ordered delivery (we live just across the street, but I recently had surgery and sometimes it's just not worth the hassle). I paid the ~$7 delivery fee, plus a 20% tip.. not a problem. Our order was delivered without the drinks ($3.59/each). We called the restaurant and explained, they said they knew already because they saw the delivery guy leave them. We asked if they could come deliver them, and were told no because they didn't have anyone to deliver.. then went on to say that he couldn't authorize a refund either, but we could come pick them up. I was hoping to explain to a manager but was told they didn't have one at the store at the moment. I completely understand making a mistake.. but I paid an extra $16 to have it delivered and then was told I had to right their wrong by completely inconveniencing my life or be out ~$7 of drinks and have wasted the $16 to have it brought to me. We ended up going to pick up the drinks, but our food was cold and I feel extremely put out. read more

Surprisingly bad. Ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki. The chicken was dry and over cooked. The teriyaki sauces was both way too salty and also had a terrible goopy thickness to it. There was also nearly no vegetables in the bowl. Very disappointing. read more
