I really like this place. I've been several times for dinner and got take out once, last night. It has a cozy atmosphere and it's always clean. Service is prompt and professional. Last night when I got take out they missed eggs on my pad Thai and I didn't realize that 'mild' means no spice at all. The order had a generous portion of tofu but not enough vegetables to make give it a nuanced flavor. The manager was very helpful and they made some changes. I appreciated that a lot. This is a good business. They have information about spice level printed in the menu but I was in a bit of a rush and hadn't seen that information. Realize that 'mild' is no spice. We have been coming to this restaurant for 7-8 years now. Mostly take out but occasionally we dine there. It's always good! The owners, Chris and Patty are wonderful. We often get the same thing but the curries, pineapple fried rice, pad Thai, and drunken noodles are favorites. If you have dietary restrictions they are very accommodating. They always remember our order and greet us by name. The food is consistently delicious and our orders all always correct. Although the outside didn't look that appealing the inside was very Thai, the service was awesome and the food was amazing. The green apple salad was unique. Very flavorful with lots of different textures. My husband had the drunken noodles and pronounced them best ever. My eggplant dish was just right spicy. Hands down best Thai spot in the Ken Caryl area with great food and fast takeout service. There's a very relaxing ambiance with dim lighting, Thai-inspired decor, and a beautifully inviting bar area. The real highlight of this place is the authentic dishes. We try to order something new each time and so far we've had the chef specials, peanut curry, panang, Thai spice & Tom Kha soup. Thai is my favorite and I've had it all over the country, the flavors at Thai Bistro are spot on. When we think of Thai food in Littleton, we always gravitate to Thai Bistro. The owners, Pat and Chris, are lovely. Their restaurant is always a great place to meet for a quiet date night or an evening out with friends. Their Cocktails are delish and reasonable, and the food!!! The food is what keeps us coming back on the regular. If you have not tried their pineapple fried rice, wide variety of curry dishes, or wonderful array of appetizers, you truly are missing out. My family and I were in the mood for Thai food and since the two Thai restaurants near Golden were just okay we decided to try Thai Bistro again. We had been here, for dinner many times, several years ago and had not been disappointed. Their menu is extensive including several lunch choices. We ordered the spring rolls and crab wontons, both were delicious and served hot. My sister and I ordered the shrimp with eggplant which was also served hot and was delicious. The dining room had not been remodeled but was comfortable and appeared clean. The service was excellent! I recommend this place for lunch. read more

I called to place my pick up order and wanted to make sure that they didn't use MSG (due to medical reasons). The lady who answered the phone was friendly, honest and accommodating. she made sure to answer all my questions and concerns. I ordered 2 appetizers and 3 dinner entres (one of which was a special order request of no MSG - Pad Thai). When I got there for pick up, the lady told me that she made sure my entre did not have MSG. My food was ready on time and the place inside was super clean and setup for pick up only. Really enjoy the food here. They won't do any stir fry with no oil but use very little and it is a good meal with good flavors and textures. The rice is fresh and the veggies are firm yet soft. I have tried a few many things here, and they have all been absolutely exceptional. My favorites are the Penang curry, drunken noodles, and coconut curry. Just moved to Littleton a few weeks ago and decided I really, really, REALLY needed some comfort Thai in my life. Boyfriend picked up the order of shrimp toast, red curry, drunken noodles and Thai fried rice (yes this was for two people), and yasssss. It was all so, so good. Shrimp toast is layered with pounded shrimp rather than minced like I've had in the past, and the texture and taste was so good/fresh/seafoody. The cucumber sauce with it was refreshing and perfect. The red curry packed a gentle heat at medium, and while it had a sheen of grease, the consistency was velvety and lovely over rice. The drunken noodles are solid, with a tasty sweet soy flavor and perfectly crisp veg. The Thai fried rice technically wasn't my order but I ate it anyway, and it was soo delish--perfectly balanced and flavorful. And it all was amazing the next day, too. I look forward to the next time I need to eat my feelings. read more

I was very impressed with Thai Bistro. I tried their chicken Pad Thai, Mango Sticky Rice, and Thai Tea (pretty much my go-to for trying Thai restaurants). The Pad Thai was well balanced in flavors, the noodles were springy and delicious and the portion was huge. I comfortably got two meals out of it. The Mango Sticky rice was also really good. The rice didn't solidify into a single clump and the sauce adhered well. If I had any complaint, I guess you could say it's a tad pricey? But given what I paid for gave me an excellent dinner and a tasty lunch the next day I don't even know if I can say that. I will absolutely be back! read more

I have eaten Thai food for years in NYC, Cali, and Colorado. It's probably my go-to takeout generally. But Thai Bistro takes the cake. I've done dine in, take out, tried their curries, appetizers, noodle dishes. Everything is fantastic. When I went to their lunch special (roast duck with wine sauce) the waves of flavor just kept coming the more I tried it. My only problem is that I would probably eat here multiple times a week if I didn't have self control. My favorite thing is their varied spice levels for each dish. I can get spicy pad Thai? Sign me up. Just a warning, medium has a very nice kick. Go higher at your own risk. read more

The main entrees are mostly in the $12 to $17 range for dinner. The restaurant is a nice looking restaurant, though a little dark. Our service was fine. The Tom Kai Gai (Coconut Chicken Soup) was a little too sweet and the Crispy Duck Basil was too salty, it was tasty if eaten with a bite of rice, but I couldn't eat it without rice. We were on our way to a sandwich place next door and bumped into this establishment on the yelp app. Classic Thai decor. Warm and colorful. Window tables are the ones to go for. It's a bit too dark in there and I'm a sucker for sunlight or any bright lights. I haven't had Chicken Mint Leaves in a while. It's because I can't find a good one! Aside from my favorite hometown location everywhere else was too sweet, too dry or not enough mint leaves. Well not here. Perfect flavor. Mint leaves are there but not too much. Although it was a tad too wet. But that's easily fixed. Their pork yellow curry with extra meat was not memorable. The meat could be a lot tender. Their papaya salad was the best! Good for two people one order. Lastly their brown rice was cooked just the way I like it. A bit of a crunch is there and not too dry. Service was excellent. read more
