I've been a customer here several times, and while the food is usually good, my most recent visit three weeks ago, left a really bad impression. During a busy rush, the manager jumped onto the cooking process and continued to use a condescending tone towards his employees to do so. He seemed to be frustrated with how they were cooking and told them to complete other tasks while he took over. While that is understandable in a restaurant environment, it also seemed unnecessary considering how many orders were on the screen at the time and the way he did it. Being the only one cooking, he continued to get confused on the orders, not being sure about what was already completed and prolonged the process of anyone getting their food. It was uncomfortable to witness and honestly took away from the entire experience. I understand that restaurant work can be stressful, especially during peak hours, but there's no excuse for speaking to staff in a harsh or demeaning way, especially in front of guests. The employees were clearly trying their best, and it was disappointing to see them treated so disrespectfully. It is hard to watch something like this to happen without feeling the need to address it. I love the food but not the environment, I will not be returning. read more

We were in town and decided to try this place due to the reviews . It did not disappoint and it will be on our list for our next visit for sure! The restaurant is clean and the staff is out of this world. They greet you with a warm smile the minute you walk in. We started with a wonderful iced Carmel latte and then tried their Veggie Crepe. It was very tasty and the ingredients are nice and fresh. My husband tried the mushroom and Swiss panini, he has not stopped talking about how good it was. We then tried one of the dessert crepes with banana, Nutella and strawberries. Delicious! The husband and wife that own this restaurant have obviously poured a lot of love into it and it shows. I don't recommend this place at all. A panini sandwich is $11 and it's all of 6 inches long. It was as big as my cell phone. It's not like I have a view of the Eiffel Tower. Tried Zell's for the first time and the food tasted really good. We got one panini and one crepe, both had great flavor and seemed fresh. But... they came out cold And it took forever, which was weird because the place was pretty empty. Overall, I liked what I got, just wish it had been hot and quicker. What a cozy spot. The inside is very café like, but the staff are probably some of the friendliest people I have ever met. I'm not sure if the blonde woman was the manager or owner, but she checked on me multiple times and even gave me a side of jam without being asked because she wanted to be thoughtful and not overt the crêpe, she said. I am not a "crepe person", but went cause others wanted to go. I got the lemon crepe and was super duper happy. It was maybe 30-45 minutes before closing, but seemed they made them one at a time. So if you expect to all eat together and if you want to eat them while they are warm/hot, you will choose one. We chose more of a staggered eating. That didn't bother me though. They have sweet crepes and also nice hefty ones too like a Denver Omlette crepe, or ham and fig. Lots of nice options. I look forward to returning. We were the only ones there, but hope they keep the later hours since it was nice to have an option to eat here at this time. read more

Great cafe with good food and service. Came here while my dogs were getting groomed at a local place. Was just a little hungry so had a late lunch of a raspberry crepe and iced coffee. The food was really good and the owner even stopping by for a minute to make sure everything was good. The menu has a huge selection of both sweet and savory crepes and lots of coffee drinks. Discovered this spot recently. What a gem! Twice now we've gotten the Cheese Lovers Double Egg with Bacon Panini. This breakfast sandwich is beyond on point. Like whomever sat in a room and came up with this was super mindful. The bread is slightly toasty and soft, the egg texture is perfect and the bacon is just the right amount. And just when we thought it couldn't get any better, it is served with what just might be the most delish warm white cheddar cheese sauce -in the history of cheese sauce - to dip it in! On a recent visit the sauce was cold but we were the first order of the day so ran back in and asked them to warm it. Not only that - the manager offered a freebie on the next visit within minutes. Excellent service recovery. This is now our new fave quick brekkie spot. Looking forward to trying crepes and other menu items. Don't underestimate this little haven right across from Arapahoe High School.....fast, delicious, clean and convenient. Quite a beverage menu to if you want a nice, safe departure from coffee chains. I finally tried their amazing crepes and they did not disappoint! Family owned and operated. I met the owner today and unfortunately they were experiencing issues with Spoton POS. He only can accept cash or write down your credit card information until his systems were back up. I left, but opted to get cash. I'm glad I did! The crepes were delicious and the experience was pleasant talking to the owner. I will definitely be back to try more and a panini. It was busy even though they had difficulties the owner didn't let it bother him! I will definitely recommend and support them every chance I get. Great for families too. This is not a franchise, it's a small business started by Jim Betty right here in Denver, with a second location in Highlands Ranch. And let me tell you, their crepes are to die for! I can't get enough of their Nutella, Bananas and Strawberries Crepes. Plus, their Caramel Apple Crepes are mouth-watering. But their Cheese Lovers Double Egg with bacon panini is also excellent. Went around 8:30, 2 people waiting on an order. I ordered 2 drinks and a sandwich which ended up taking around 25 minutes to get. There was only 1 person working so maybe sit until later on when more people are on staff. The coffee was pretty weak for me, my son though liked his iced beverage. The sandwich was pretty good but also pricey. They have a lot of seating but it's the metal small chairs which hurt after a while. read more

Such a lovely spot! We had some delicious crepes and paninis--simple, fresh, and full of flavor. The drinks were great too, and they were happy to make them without ice, just as we requested. We ordered pickup from Zell's today and it was delicious! We had Chicken caprese paninis and a sweet crepe for dessert. The paninis were outstanding. The bread was crispy where it was grilled but perfectly soft in the middle. (I hate when the bread is so crusty it hurts the inside of your mouth!) There was nothing I would have changed about the paninis. My husband had the chocolate banana crepe and I had the sour cherry crepe. Both were delicious! The chocolate banana was rich and delectable, so rich he couldn't eat it all in one sitting, and the sour cherry was mouthwatering. Wowza! My girlfriend and I just tried Zell's for the first time. She had the caprese panini, I had the 2 egg cheese lovers panini. The fact that they have breakfast all day is amazing. The service was really good and the food was great. All of the ingredients were delicious. We especially like their bread. It was crunchy and flavorful but easy to bite. I've had other paninis where the bread was tough and I had to rip it. This was not the case here. I'm really glad this place opened in our neighborhood. We will be back. read more

I might be a sucker for the triangular shaped crepes, but I was a tiny bit disappointed by the presentation of the crepes. The taste however was pretty good. The Monte cristo crepe was delicious despite the presentation (I would 100% come again for this and recommend it!), and the other two were good as well.
