The Hawaiian motif found around the place is just about as Hawaiian as it gets. The general vibe of this shopping strip is already laid back so that's how it felt even inside. The interior is inviting with a couple prints from Hawaii. One picture reminded me of Kailua while another one is a picture of a lifeguard station. I ordered an iced MacNut Latte. It was definitely tasty and made to order. I also ordered a chupacabra Bonfire burrito. Overall I enjoyed the experience and will be back soon enough. I was hoping the small coffee would be free with purchase of bag, but I guess it wasn't. The bag of coffee wasn't cheap, so I was disappointed in how over-roasted the beans were. Adjusting grind levels and water temperature, there was always a bitterness or too watered down. The other flavors present in the beans, however, we're quite nice. I was hoping that they would have real kona coffee, but unfortunately their supplier suffered from disaster in Hawaii. Not going to blame them for that, but objectively speaking, if a Hawaiian coffee shop doesn't have Hawaiian coffee, then I am sad about it. At the same time, due to the circumstances, there is a compelling reason to throw some more support behind them.

Just wanted a place to work on my computer, and ultimately that's what I got. Enchanted Grounds is a cafe and game emporium. Like for real, they have such a huge selection of games. Haven't tried their coffee yet but it appears they use Corba coffee since they sell it in bags. Weird thing is they hosted a piano recital in their space. I ordered an iced spicy chai. It was good but slightly sugary for my taste. They offer plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. For outdoor seating they have a nice covered and shaded area. I would stop by here again. I'm usually up in this area on a monthly basis.

I was so excited as I have a lot of work to do and needed a nice space to be able to settle in and focus. This "coffee shop" is part of a church. It's not a legitimate coffee shop or cafe. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with a church having a cafe, but it needs to be advertised as such. I feel lied to, it wasn't clearly stated. The surroundings are a bunch of different separate buildings that are part of the church. You get one small view looking out if you're facing the right direction. Everything is VERY misleading.
