Didn't order food. But the service was good. Girl was on her third day and super sweet. Ambiance is always nice. Though, I think every coffee shop should have a sign that says no phones or no being on speaker phone. It's extremely rude to talk on speaker phone full volume, in public. I'm Sorry but it is.

When it is a 65-degree day in March, anything over ice sounds nice. In seeing one of my favorite influencers constantly post about her colorful drink every few days on TikTok, I knew just what to order when the mood struck. I'll give you some advice - check out the "secret menu" which can be found via their website. Let's just say over 25 delicious, iced options are available, and all of them sound like the perfect kickoff to spring. Drink of choice: Iced Blue Lagoon - which featured blue raspberry + kiwi, and electric blue in color - which my outfit perfectly coordinated with! Ha! It was just the right amount of sweetness and tasted similar to a red bull - which normally I'm not the biggest fan of, but after the first sip, I found myself hooked. Other coffee/tea alternatives are offered as well, featuring varying levels of caffeine, with prices comparable to Starbucks, Dunkn, Dutch Bro's and more. When in need of a pick me up, head to Black Rock!

Be wary of smacking your knee on the table supports.

I stopped by today for a cup of coffee while in Littleton. This Black Rock location has more of an industrial type feel to it. The young lady who took my order was kind. I just ordered a drip coffee and as usual, it's consistently good. I noticed that the floor on the barista area was wet and looked unkempt. The table I chose to sit at was dirty. I had to wipe it down a few times. Management, ask your staff to check tables for cleanliness. I understand that many people can't clean up after their self when finished using something. Also, I do not like the high top tables. The metal supports are designed in a way where you can easily smack your knee on them when getting in or out of the chair. I do not feel that this is a practical design. Please see my photo. They also serve pastries to go with your coffee. Make sure that you ask for the password for the WiFi. It's not easily noticeable or posted at the ordering area. This Black Rock coffee is okay. I prefer the Castle Rock location. I may or may not return to this location.

I was hoping this would be a place to grab drinks and catch up with books or study. There isn't exactly place to charge your devices if dying and not comfy enough seating to sit and relax and enjoy your beverage with a good read. Service would be better maybe with the cleaning done after the patrons leaving or closing.

Where can a fella make a deal with the devil for a caffeine jolt in Littleton? Right here at Black Rock Coffee Bar! I was in the area last week (an area that I'm not in all that often) and in dire need of an iced coffee. I also had to finish up a few work-related things on my computer. A lightning fast Yelp search led me to Black Rock. For one, they have a drive thru! Pretty neat if you ask me. They also have a few outdoor tables with umbrellas. What I didn't expect was a massive store with loads and loads of seating. I parked my keister down on a couch chair and the fast wifi did the trick. The baristas behind the counter, only two of them, were busy busy busy. However, this didn't get in the way of their customer service. They were friendly and efficient. I landed on an Iced Americano and it was very good. I won't be coming out of my way to come here frequently, but it's nice to know it's here when way down on South Broadway. For all my Littleton peeps, I'd give this place a shot!

Iced Matcha Latte

Ordered this in hopes it would be good. Tasted like pure milk, barely any matcha. So disappointed, doesn't even look green

The coffee and caramel latte did not last long in these way cute cups--next time we may have to go for the large!

Can you say great coffee and fast drive thru service? That is what we experienced from our very first visit there. Their staff is pretty darn awesome too. We took the plunge unexpectedly, and had faith that it would be good stuff, since we also bought a $20 gift card while ordering, and I got my first caramel latte free! It was a special they had going on yesterday and today. Boy I love'em already :). After getting home we checked out all of their coffee options. They have a variety of beans you can buy (all free shipping as of today), and even called and chatted up another location, since this one doesn't have a phone yet (they just opened Nov 13), and gathered more info. For their Ameicano, they use their Old Town (medium-dark roast) expresso beans. For their drip coffee they use their Steel Bridge (dark roast). I tried out their Caramel Latte and loved it (they use caramel sauce versus caramel syrup). We are so excited about this new location. They originated in Oregon and can be found also in Arizona, Washington, California, Texas and Idaho (?!?!). This is their 3rd location in CO. The other 2 can be found in the DTC and Castle Rock. Can't wait to go back. They has some outdoor seating so maybe next time we will spend a little more time there, though zipping through their drive thru is also a great option when time is short.

Always good service and creative drinks, good place to sit and work on stuff. Plenty of space to sit and setup a small group.

Another great option for cool ice coffee. Got the chiller version, Irish cream. Perfect blend with strong coffee taste.

Our servers were friendly and helpful, while the bathroom was clean, well stocked and tastefully designed. My husband and I loved our flavorful coffee on ice, and they do offer SF vanilla and SF hazelnut syrup options as well. They do not have any 'no sugar added' gelato available on the menu, however, if there are members in your party with diabetes or similar dietary restrictions. Hopefully they'll expand the menu for such, in the future. This company does offer catering services, with an adorably quaint cart included. The refrigerated birthday cakes and skittle-colored macaroons looked to die for scrumptious and the artwork completely stunning. Definitely recommend if you're planning a pool party or if the kids are craving something cool following sports played in the scorching heat. The location is perfection, with shopping and eateries close by, but parking can be a bit tight, depending on the time of day. Love this fun addition to the Ranch!

In shocking news, it looks and feels like every other Starbucks ever assembled by corporate America. Your expectations will be met. The talls that are actually shorts, the ventis that are vaguely Italian-ish, the seasonal drinks, the espresso-adjacent beverages, and all the pumps of artificially flavored sugar your pre-diabetic body desires are here and accounted for. Service was perfectly fine on a Saturday at 7:30 a.m., which is about all one can reasonably ask from a national coffee machine with humans attached to it. The more interesting part is the setting. This being Highlands Ranch, the entire experience is built around the automobile. The Starbucks sits on a corner in a very chain-heavy plaza with the usual suspects nearby. Shake Shack, Torchy's, and the broader parade of suburban convenience masquerading as choice. The drive-thru wraps around the building in a way that makes it very clear who this location is for. Cars glide through with purpose. Pedestrians, meanwhile, are treated like an unwelcome software bug. To get inside, you have to cross the drive-thru lane and stay alert as vehicles enter, loop around, and exit on the other side. It is not impossible. Just weirdly hostile. So yes, the coffee was fine. The staff was fine. The experience was Starbucks. But the design is terrible. Car-first, pedestrian-last, suburbia doing exactly what suburbia does. And yes, the irony is not lost on me that I was only there because I was getting my SUV serviced. Suburban hell comes for us all, apparently with mobile ordering.
