One of my favorite coffee shops. The staff are all kind and my lattes are always delicious. I love that they make their own syrups!

My sugar-free breve latte was creamy, smooth, and just the right amount of sweet for my taste. My husband's Americano with cream came in a sizable mug, and he too enjoyed the rich flavor. The bathroom was clean and well stocked, and the Wi-Fi signal strong. The space itself is airy and beautiful, inviting customers to stay for a while. It's a good spot for a coffee date with friends or a solo stop in, to get some studying done. The noise level remained low throughout our visit keeping conversation easy and unhindered. There's a nice outdoor seating area on offer as well. Plenty of parking available too. Worth a stop in, if you're in the area shopping. read more

Visited Copper over the weekend with my family. Everyone was super friendly, and the coffee was great. Definitely worth the visit!

We went here for a study date on a Monday midday and found the barista to be immensely friendly, even offering to turn down the music if we needed. We got a vanilla iced latte and an iced blackberry matcha. Both were good and well priced! The only downside was I didn't get any of the blackberry flavor in the matcha :( read more

3.5 My first time in and it's just fine. The coffee was hot but taste wise was just ok. The pastries we got were good but over all expensive, 2 12oz hot mochas plus 2 smaller pastries was $24. I know everything costs more these days but that's a little much. If you don't mind driving a little further, there are some good coffee shops in downtown Littleton. Bonus: pup cups! And filled pretty full too, our dogs love that. Side note: if you're obsessed with old doors used for decor then this is your place, the wall behind the counter is fantastic. read more

I would like to start out by saying this business is located in a "dog friendly" business park. However, they don't allow dogs inside. I'm not sure the reason, but the cupcake shop in the same complex does allow dogs so I can only assume this is an ownership/management decision. It's a problem because I don't want to leave my dog tied up outside unattended to order coffee when there are so many other dogs around in a dog friendly complex. Especially when it takes forever to get a coffee there, not necessarily a negative, it's just a leisurely coffee shop. My suggestion (because they are the only coffee shop located in a dog friendly complex) is to offer a QR ordering system outside so that all the people with dogs can order while following their no-dogs inside policy. Otherwise, I would really like to see them replaced with a dog friendly establishment because that is what would make sense for aspen grove. 3 stars because the baristas are nice, but I think the policy doesn't make sense given that they're the only coffee shop located in a complex that preaches they're dog friendly. read more

I love copper door!! Great coffee, chill vibes, and awesome staff!! The baristas were so kind! Lots of tables, fast Wi-Fi, easy parking. Great place to hangout for a few hours and get work done. Stopped by for a latte since I was in Littleton for a conference and WHOA- that maple orange latte is AMAZING! Not sure about staff with other Yelpers- but my experience was nothing but wonderful. The barista was very kind and answered my questions, even providing recommendations to add cinnamon mixed into the latte. Excellent cafe layout with variety of seating options and work stations. Ample power chartering strips along the wall booths. Would definitely come back when I'm near Littleton/Aspen Grove. read more

Pretty good matcha! I was a little worried they didn't carry it when I didn't see any matcha reviews. But to my surprise I stopped in and it was on the menu. Of course, this won't be like the traditional matcha you find in Japan but as far as coffee shop matcha it was great. Pretty smooth, not too chunky, and of course the color is beautiful. It is not sweetened so I opted to add the vanilla syrup and I really like it. read more

It's actually a 3.5. The staff were super smiley and nice but the prices are hilariously outta whack. That's the reality of these days I know but basically $5 for a shot ( mighta been a double I guess) and hot water is mehhh. Also putting USA vs Americano on the cup was sorta funny and sorta sad. Honestly very surprised by the low rating. I thought my coffee was very tasty and the service was quick. It was a very rainy day when I came by and lots of people were sitting down but I was still able to grab a seat to wait. the coffee was mid at best and don't even get me started on the on the service. The guy taking our order kept on rolling his eyes and was VERY inpatient. He also had an extreme attitude. It would have been a great place to sit down and have a nice cup of coffee but instead i had to leave because i couldn't STAND to be around that negative energy any longer. Also when he was giving us our coffee he slammed it down on the counter and it almost spilled everywhere. Unfortunately this is the closest coffee shop to my home. So, I've been here several times despite the majority of visits being subpar. My concerns are easily solved with better management. I'm going to write detailed feedback in hopes some of these things change. All of the pastries are placed on a tray uncovered directly next to the register. I've ignored the inevitable spit projectiles and ordered them a few times. Half the time the full priced pastries are stale and still taste stale when heated up. If they're not stale--they're good! However, I wish they were preserved better for food safety and quality reasons. They occasionally have "yesterday's pastries", but every time I've ordered one I've had to remind them to ring it up at the correct price. Also, guaranteed, they will be stale. Employees are typically standoffish, but if you're lucky they're minimally friendly. If there's more than 1 they're chatting amongst themselves or working on homework/art projects (?) at the bar. There's limited seating, but they use the bar as an employee only area or a break room at times. Even if you're the only customer in the shop they'll shout your drink order and set it on the pick up station as if they're busy and you're nonexistent. They'll do this every time including when you tell them you're dining in. If it's only 1 employee (which happens a lot regardless of day and time) you'd better hope you're the only customer, because it will take 10-20 min to get your order otherwise. Another customer told me they had an employee walk out recently because employees are under staffed and stressed. I was NOT surprised. They have a whole different staff within the last couple months and it's gotten worse, which has inspired me to write this detailed review. The employees hands down don't care about customer experience beyond making the drink. You're literally a burden to them. I've had a couple "rude" experiences, but I'll save you the details. This is more than likely from poor upper management and in-store leadership. The lattes are good! The coffee is okay! Everything else about this place not so much... Since the walk out they've hired a whole new staff the coffee has occasionally tasted burnt. Please consider making this a better place to enjoy coffee and treats. I often choose a further away Starbucks as opposed to dealing with The Copper Door Coffee Rosters. I want to support a local business, but they're not worth the money, experience, and time. read more

My husband & I love their cappuccino's but have been really bummed by how rude the staff have been recently. I came last summer and the barista that morning was so kind, but haven't seen him since. Lately it's been two guys who barely acknowledge you, are extremely rude when you ask them about sizing, and don't ever want to put our drink in a "for here" mug. This has occurred over the past two months and not sure if we will be back at this point. This place has so much potential but falls short. The ambiance is nice but the service and cleanliness are lacking. As far as I can tell this coffee shop is new, however, the restrooms and other areas look worn down and not clean. There was only one person working when I was there so had to wait 10 minutes to get my cappuccino and it was cold. So disappointing! I didn't have time for her to make a new one so just threw it out. If they would keep this place clean and hire friendly and efficient employees it could be a great spot. read more
