Pork bahn mi and passionfruit mango tea
    Sara R.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice ambiance, quick service good food![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Is it the BEST ever? No. But it's good! And it's close by! This place satisfies my craving for a bahn mi and some bubble tea! I've been a few times already, and will continue to return.

Truly one of the tasting banh mi sandwiches I have ever had. The bread is just exquisite. It's got an amazing crunch on the outside and great soft center. The pork is expertly cooked and seasoned with just the right amounts of fresh and tasty vegetables. Tried the pork dumplings and just as delicious as the banh mi. Great service as well.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is such a cute little boba place that offers more than boba.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The employees are all really sweet and nice. There are a lot of food options but we came in 30 min before they closed so we only ordered drinks. The ube was quite delicious and tasty. It wasn't too sweet but still had flavor behind it. If you're full from dinner, definitely recommend just getting one and sharing it between two people. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are lots of outdoor and indoor seating options.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]A nice boba place to have in the area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I arrived 15 mins before closing. The staff was very friendly and said it was no worries to arrive right before closing. Got a taro milk tea. Drink was delish and not too sweet. The business was clean and inviting. I would definitely come here again.

Ube taro brown sugar milk tea and honey dew milk tea

The fact that Highlands Ranch now has a decent milk tea place that not only sells milk tea and fruit teas, but also hot food items is a prayer answered! Right next to one of my favorite coffee shops, festive cup, I love that this neighborhood now has a boba shop. Super cute, modern, and minimal seating. The ube taro brown sugar milk tea wowed me, but the honeydew didn't. I bet their honeydew smoothie would be amazing, plus I'm eager to try their fresh fruit teas in hopes it's like (or better) than Sharetea who seems to never be open. And I have high hopes for their hot food items like their Bahn mi or noodle plate. We only did a short visit here and I enjoyed the ambience and the customer service. The manager or owner was so sweet and they even thanked every customer once they open the door. The boba is tasty and chewy. That's worth another try in my books alone.

Wow this place is not only good for specialty coffees & teas with boba, but their food items are so delicious and fresh. Today, stopped by for a passion & mango tea 30% sugar, fries and grilled pork bahn mi. The fries are good for sharing, cunchy and thin. The sandwich with french baguette, grilled pork and fresh veggies, also big enough for 2. Refreshing tea on a warm day. I ve a previously tried items on the catering menu: low mein, crab cheese wonton, pan fried dumpling and chicken fried rice. All was a big hit with guests. Definitely be back to try the other items. Check them out, great customer service as well

Just came home from this newest boba / tea place. The beef banh mi was recommended, so I ordered that sandwich plus ube taro sugar drink. Because it was their grand opening, they gave me a discount on my order. The beef banh mi was very good. The hot peppers in the sandwich were just that...HOT! I had the beef, so I am not sure if the pork would be better? The bread was crunchy. It was not overwhelming with pickled stuff, so I was able to enjoyed eating the beef and tasting it. The price you are paying for the sandwich is for the beef. Lots of slices of beef, and I thought they were well marinated. The ube taro drink was so good! I was in love at the first sip! The owner shared with me about their taro drinks. They are made fresh and not from powder. You can really tell the quality to it. They also offer sweet treats and other food items. If you are there and want to try something, I highly recommend their crab cheese wontons. Freshly made and deliciously good with their dipping sauce. There were 3 short tables with a long couch on one side and a longer table with some higher chairs. The place has some good energy with the feeling of coming to a great place to calm yourself with eating a sandwich and drinking some nice, cool tea.

Only had time to stop in for boba and wished we could for food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place was super cute and the service was met with smiles.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Boba was delicious. Came here with a small crew and enjoyed every drink we got. With we lived close so I could have some every day. Will definitely be revisiting for the yummy looking food.

Been living in Colorado for over 10 years and haven't found a boba spot here that was nearly as good as Houston's boba zone... Until I tried Tiger Den. Finally a spot that is close to home and delicious. Even our 2 year old loves boba now! Highly recommend. Here is a pic of our drinks.

A lot of the drinks were really sweet, but I took a liking to the strawberry slush. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The people were very nice, and the interior was very clean, and organized.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

My wife also LOVES cookie butter, so once we saw an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie butter cookie - we were sold. The service is always fast and the employees are kind (younger teens so minimal communication) We have now been three times, twice I have gotten a dirty soda, both times I have wished there was more cream (I did ask for extra), but the flavor is still great! We have tried the Oat Cookie Butter, Cinnamon Crunch, Cookies and Cream (not pictured) and Caramel Sugar. 10/10 across the board. They also serve them up cold, so it's very easy to split them up and warm them up on your own. I also want to note, as someone who LOVED Crumbl when they first got started and were dedicated to quality and not just overly sweet cookies, Twisted Sugar is a breath of fresh air, with quality recipes.

Having wanted to sip on said beverages since seeing this trend, I was surprised to see Twisted Sugar in my area - aka the south burbs. Let me clarify - "dirty soda" simply translates to the soda of your choice, with extra jazz and cream in it - no alcohol involved. So last Saturday, I took myself on a solo adventure to Twisted Sugar. Let's just say, I wasn't the only one with that idea and was greeted with a line out the door. This place is popular! Mainly with the Gen Z crowd, but hell - they know the cool places - so I made my way inside. The space is a simple soda shop - showcasing the sweet treats made in house (think Crumbl but better and cheaper) with a view of the magic happening from the counter. There aren't tables or places to sit - so it's an order at the counter, wait and leave kind of spot. Which I didn't' mind - since I was in shop mode. The menu is overwhelmingly huge, offering all kinds of fun beverages, categorized by soda - Coke/Diet Coke/Coke Zero, Dr Pepper, Mt. Dew, Sprite, Orange, Root Beer, Sparkling water, lemonade, Energy drinks, frozen, etc. The combos are endless and all fun. Kinda wild - but fun! I opted to try two different drinks because they both caught my attention. The first one - Pixie - which featured Diet Coke, peach preserves, orange syrup and cream. OMG WOAH. I don't know what makes a blend like that taste so good - but damn. The flavors blended well together, creating a float like flavor and so good. The second one - Paradise Island. Sparkling Water, Strawberry, coconut, peach and fresh lime. OH MY GOD. This one was my favorite in that it was so refreshing, a burst of bright flavors and tasted like the perfect mocktail to take to the pool! The girls behind the counter were friendly, sweet and offered up their favorites before whipping up my order! Sugar free syrups are offered, along with low calorie options as well. PRO TIP: Drink are Buy-1-Get-1 free on Saturdays - so my grand total for the two small beverages was a whopping $3. Whoop! Gen Z's know what they are doing with this - so it's a must try!

The cashier told me the smash cake would be a 4" cake and that in order for them (the bakers) to make it, I would also have to order cupcakes too. Online "All Custom orders start at $200 regardless of the size of the order." Plus the cost of cupcakes? The Ube cake is a 6" for $60 and a single cupcake was around $5? I'm all for supporting local and supporting Filipino businesses. I took the time to visit in person but it seemed very unprofessional that not one of the bakers (even seeing me as I was talking with the cashier) came to discuss the details of the order with me in person, what justifies the 3x charge for a custom order for a smaller cake and cupcakes (that I don't need).

My wife got the ham and cheese and I got the duck, with mushrooms and onions. We each had a couple of bites of the others' meal to try it out. The crepes themselves were light and fluffy and quite delicious, and the fillings were very good and quite flavorful. The one suggestion I might make for improvement to the duck is to add some sauce after the crepe has been fully prepared - a balsamic reduction, gravy made from the duck drippings, or even some English style brown sauce a la HP. It was just a little dry and could use a bit of moisture to make it even more delicious. We'll look up this cafe-on-wheels' schedule and give them another try in the future. I'd love to try their other savory offerings, like the lamb, pulled pork and breakfast crepes, and my wife really wants to give their dessert crepes a shot - the custard and apple crepes delivered to the next table looked scrumptious. It appeared that everyone enjoyed their meals. Each of the customers we saw order their food chowed down with gusto. My guess is this business is pretty new - this is the first Yelp review of the establishment, they don't appear to have a Facebook page or Twitter feed, and their website is pretty sparse (no schedule, missing photos of some of their menu items, etc.) I recommend this mobile cafe for something different from the everyday.
