Stopped by for the first time and definitely not the last at Tea Street . Clean , modern style ambiance and tasty drinks . Many options but we went with their customer favorite honey milk tea , roasted carmel milk tea and passion fruit green tea. Super fresh , earthy and full of flavor . Give it a try !

Cute little boba/tea shop in Parker that also serves dumplings made in house. The dumplings are super tasty. You can also order them frozen to be cooked at home. It's cool to see the little side room they use to make the dumplings. The boba tea is also tasty, and the tea isn't bitter like some places in town. I would like to rate it a 5, but sometimes there is a heavy chemical smell when you arrive, and the service is not consistently good each time you go. There's some room for improvement. But we will be back again.

I loved all the drinks at their Denver location so I thought I would give this place a try. The drinks here are so good and not too sweet. If you're looking for a place that has refreshing fruit teas I would highly recommend this spot.

Cute chill cat on lid :)

We picked it due to…read morethe menu actually naming the type of tea they brew which is usually a sign of higher quality boba. This is a pretty big shop for a boba establishment, but there's mostly a lot of empty space rather than having a ton of seats. Tieguanyin Milk Tea, Large, Honey Boba ($6.85) - I first asked about their sweetness levels and they stated that their full sweetness is much less than chain boba shops and I totally agree. It's probably comparable to 50% sweetness, which makes the drink pleasantly sweet and not cloying, good for my tastes. The drink is expertly blended with non dairy creamer to give plenty of creaminess but not a hint of grit. The tieguanyin is brewed very hard. Hard enough that it has the characteristic bitterness and smokiness of heavily overbrewed tea. It's smoky and tannic and only has a small fruity undertone, which might actually be from the boba honey soak. While it's not the best tea flavor, it's better than a lot of other shops where the tea is secondary to syrups and powders. The boba is nice, marinated so there's a decently sweetness level, with a great chew and bounce. They aren't that consistent in size, but the texture is consistent between pearls. Unfortunately they don't give enough boba. When we still had a third of the drink left to go, all the boba ran out! Milk Tea Rating: 4/5 Boba Rating: 5/5 but -1 for not giving nearly enough for the drink. Overall Tea Street serves some good boba. I'd return next time I visit Denver. The tapioca is actually quite good - they just don't give enough of it! Bathrooms - One unisex room that requires a key

Mango slush ( a.k.a. mango sticky rice)…read more When I first saw this drink, I didn't know what to expect from it. After a few sips from this drink, I know exactly what it reminds me of: summer and eating an orange cream icicle! As I welcome summer in my mouth, it brings back memories of my childhood when we would go to 7-11 and buy some orange push-ups to eat and chased the heat. This drink is a great blend of mango pieces, ice, and the white foam. Make sure to mix this drink well as the flavors from the mango slush and foam go well together. The staff are wonderful. Both young ladies were so helpful and friendly. They made we feel welcome. And the ambiance? Very peaceful. After getting my drink, I was left to enjoy my mango slush. Hello Summer, nice to see you again.

We ordered 3 drinks and 1 chocolate waffle. The chocolate waffles in the pics on their website were nice and dark looking with a rich cocoa experience. What I received was a tannish waffle with zero cocoa or chocolate flavor. When my husband went back in to ask about it the employees insisted it was chocolate and so he asked if they'd let him exchange it for the original one and they said "only if you buy a new one". He said "we just wouldn't have ordered chocolate if it had no flavor, can we please switch?" And they again refused unless we purchased a different one. We also had brought it back in so they knew we weren't trying to be shady. I got a brown sugar milk tea and it tasted so watery. We also got a sparkling lychee drink and it had almost no ice and was bitter. It didn't really look like its picture either, not sure if they made it right. We got a sparkling mango drink and it was much nicer so 1/4 things was pleasant. Over all these 4 items were $32 before tax and tip and I'm so disappointed that they just do not care at all about customers satisfaction or making quality food and drinks at these prices. Probably the worst tea shop experience of my life because they don't want to fix anything if someone isn't satisfied with a reasonable request.

I was offered pictures to be taken, we said yes, and even dresses/hats for us to dressed up, but we politely declined. The tea shop was vacant for us, so we enjoyed being there together for our little tea time. Even the lady was easy to talk to and her service was good, but we have our second thoughts about this tea shop. We didn't have scones with the cream, only sandwiches and desserts. At least the sandwiches were nice portions for the 2 of us. Other tea shops we have been to, comes in with scones and creams. Desserts were kind oh meh!. They felt like stored-bought desserts for a $35 p/person tea service. On the other hand, I enjoyed the strawberry cobbler, I never had before. You also have the option to try at least 3 different kind of teas, that is good to know for someone trying new teas experiences. But we have to wait a few times for the hot water to come in. In overall, I just wished to have scones with cream included, the desserts being made there and not stored-bought, and the hot water pitcher left in on our table instead of being served, so we can serve ourselves, instead of waiting. I think there is room for improvement, and the location is nice.
