Bloom Tea & Boba recently updated their entire menu and it's a huge improvement!…read more The drinks taste fresh and clean, with lots of great options--from jasmine and fruit teas to richer choices like matcha, brown sugar crème brulee, ube milk and boba drink options. The new food items are a nice surprise too. The croffles, bubble waffles on a stick, mini pancakes, and savory bites like avocado toast and the rosemary bacon croffle are all delicious and make this place refreshing again. Overall, a big upgrade from the previous concept. Great flavors, great variety, and a really enjoyable experience!

There could be a little more upkeep due to a few crumbs and plastic straw wrappers left on tables, but overall the restaurant is tidy. It's really chill vibe on a good place for cold Boba on a hot day. The day I visited it was almost hitting 100°F. I ended up ordering the Ube Crème Brûlée Brown Sugar Boba. I wish I would have got it without the sweet cream because it ended up curdling towards the bottom of my drink. The service was good. The young lady who took my order was very kind. She told me about the drink. I ordered in the different options for the milk used to make the drink. I had the choice of regular milk, oat milk, and another milk that I forgot. The next time I go in, I will try the oat milk. Overall was a good experience.

I got to appreciate this cute little coffee shop for the first time in years just last week. My…read morefirst experience with it was probably at least three/four years ago. Feeling bad about not utilizing such a cozy place often enough, when I was running errands in the area, I was eager to spare 10 minutes out of my day to re-appreciate it with a cup of latte. The lady upfront was welcoming. The temperature outside was warmer for a typical mid-November day and yet seeing her smile warmed me up more. As usual, I got me a triple latte in a medium size cup. I'm between cappuccino or loaded latte (meaning extra shot); lately a triple latte has been my go to. My latte was made generously all the way up to the rim of the cup. And when I took my first sip, I got the instant gratification; it truly hit the spot. Cuteness is what this shop is all about. The decors throughout the store are adorable. Some goods are for sale. I took the time to look around and take some photos. Every visitor should find at least a few items that pique their curiosity and interest.

Conveniently in front of the shop are 15 minute parking spots so you can run in! I love that the coffee shop has a local feel and carries information about local businesses and events, as well as items to buy. I've tried several drinks but always end up back to my favorite: iced vanilla latte. They also serve bubble teas and smoothies! I have a 'favorite table' which is in the back wall next to the window - close to an outlet! The staff is always so kind, friendly and fast!!

I recall the roasted oolong tasting more nostalgic than it did. However it still did the trick…read more The video boards that cycle through the drink selections moves pretty quick but once you figure out what you want it's not too bad. Service is great. The cashier was attentive and super friendly. I enjoyed the brief interaction before a line formed behind us. Even with a number of people waiting everyone remained calm and hustled. I would certainly return. The bright and cheery environment really set the pace. Even the plants gave it a bit of a home-like feel. Great times and good vibes!

Not super-far from me in Aurora, the beverage purveyor Xpresso Tea & Coffee (formerly Presotea…read moreuntil a few months ago) is popular with admirers of both hot and cold drinks of various descriptions, and after one taste, you'll be a fan too. Upon entry you may be a bit apprehensive once you see the sizable list of both the beverages themselves, as well as possible toppings and add-ons. But the friendly staff will advise you of personal favorites and also explain which combinations will be especially appealing (and also, not so much). A drink I've enjoyed on a past visit was brown sugar milk tea with crème brûlée, which was subtly sweet and rich rather than going overboard. If you're in a more purist frame of mind instead, may I recommend the A Li Shan? Named for a popular scenic area in central Taiwan, it is in fact a variety of oolong tea and features both fruit and floral notes to awaken the palate. Speaking of flowers and fruit, the sakura (cherry-blossom) and white peach teas are a few more items to consider. But don't forget the add-ons - a few that especially stand out to me are agar jelly, coconut cream, red beans, and aloe vera. But see what appeals to you when you stop in.
