I don't usually do bad reviews! Most of all of my reviews are 5 stars but I had to only do 2 stars because I love boba tea and I drink a lot of it ! This is by far the worst boba tea I have ever had! There's no flavor at all it taste like straight milk I was drinking! The service was really good and the atmosphere is amazing just wish they had some good boba!

Wow Cocoa Cream/Original Wow and Oreo Wow! Delicious! I'm hooked! Will be trying different flavors.

I had the Cocoa Wow and Oreo Wow. Absolutely delicious! I'm so hooked on Kung Fu Tea. The service is excellent! Trinity and Ray were so helpful with my selection and the place was super clean. I can't wait to try more flavors. I'm sure I'll be a regular there. Many flavors, so there's something for everyone! They make their own bubbles so they're really fresh. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

So happy to have a new Kung Fu Tea location!Very easy parking , very clean and open seating location. Nice and bright , great drinks. Very speedy and efficient service. The vibe is fun and welcoming , bright colors too. They have a rewards program the more you buy you get free drinks.

This location is extremely subpar at best. I've tried this place at least 6-8 times and more often than not they always mess up the orders. I always leave this location feeling..disappointed. Kung Fu Tea used to be a top tier boba place when they first came to Colorado a few years ago, but with more and more boba locations such as The Alley, Gong Cha, Tiger Sugar just to name a few- you can really tell Kung Fu Tea is now more of the bottom of the barrel boba shop in both quality, customer service, price point, and ambiance. I ordered two drinks and after almost getting home I noticed the taro milk tea which should be purple- looked brown? I've never had a BROWN taro milk tea before and when I tried it; it tasted like some sort of rose milk tea? Both the drinks I ordered ended up being really watery and a bit sugary- basically watery tea with some sugar. Safe to say I will never be going to this location ever again; especially with The Alley being only a 5 minute drive away.

I asked for black tea and I got this Bitter, cloudy and disgustingly sweet trash. My son enjoyed the strawberry lemonade with grape boba. The kids who work here weren't helpful or clean (hair/hands/clothes). Not recommended

Feeling bad about not utilizing such a cozy place often enough, when I was running errands in the area, I was eager to spare 10 minutes out of my day to re-appreciate it with a cup of latte. The lady upfront was welcoming. The temperature outside was warmer for a typical mid-November day and yet seeing her smile warmed me up more. As usual, I got me a triple latte in a medium size cup. I'm between cappuccino or loaded latte (meaning extra shot); lately a triple latte has been my go to. My latte was made generously all the way up to the rim of the cup. And when I took my first sip, I got the instant gratification; it truly hit the spot. Cuteness is what this shop is all about. The decors throughout the store are adorable. Some goods are for sale. I took the time to look around and take some photos. Every visitor should find at least a few items that pique their curiosity and interest.

I wish I would have got it without the sweet cream because it ended up curdling towards the bottom of my drink. The service was good. The young lady who took my order was very kind. She told me about the drink. I ordered in the different options for the milk used to make the drink. I had the choice of regular milk, oat milk, and another milk that I forgot. The next time I go in, I will try the oat milk. Overall was a good experience.

When we got outside, the parking lot was packed and we could see plenty of people and a food truck, there was definitely an event going on We learned it was an event for a K-pop band with vendors and food Set up there to bring people in. There was a pretty good line since it was so packed, we used the online ordering kiosk and got one of their "snows" - snow bowls. Although the most popular are the strawberry and mango, I decided to try the black sesame as it is my personal fave. We also got it with an extra side of condensed milk, which really made a difference and amped up the texture and flavor. It was pretty good, it came with a mochi and frozen red bean paste, almonds, and plenty of shaved ice. It was a giant bowl, too much for two people even, and we took the rest of it home. Surprisingly, it was even better later on when the snow had turned into more of a gelato texture. At nearly $20 for the bowl it's no steal, but it was a nice treat, and I'm happy to say that I've tried it.

They have a wide variety of options on their menu- we had the taiyaki in a cup and and snow bowl. Some positives and mild negatives for me. For the taiyaki, there are only two options for flavor- matcha or milk tea. There are quite a few filling flavors available. I got the milk tea with Nutella filling and topped with mini Oreos. It was delicious, but not the best I've had. My husband got the Snow Bowl- I tried a few bites and it was delicious! I may have to make that my next foodie showdown. There were some odd restrictions around whether or not you can eat the to go in the building and they lock that bag down to ensure that I guess. Since it is such a large portion of the dessert, seems like it would make sense to have it to go in case you can't finish it. Just feels like an unnecessary restriction. The snow bowls are amazing though! We got the mango and it was gloriously refreshing- told my fella it would be used to bribe me any day of the week. It would be cool if there were different sizes though because the serving is probably enough for several people or one person for multiple sittings- like a small, med, mega situation would be cool. Some ups and down, but I definitely wouldn't turn down another visit to Snowl!

Upon entering, the space is splashed with bright colors, a greenery wall, plenty of seating and gives off an overall colorful, fun vibe. It's an order and pay at the kiosk and wait for pick up kind of joint, which was quick and easy - considering I was the only one there. I opted for a medium Vietnamese Coffee ($4) with the option to add on a million other thing - boba, caramel drizzle, sweetener, extra ice, the list goes on. Just about everything looked good to me and I can't wait to try more of the menu. Within minutes my coffee was ready, and the first sip was perfection.
