This was the first place we came to after getting off the plane for our Denver trip! We were both exhausted, so I did a yelp search and found this place! Boy am I glad we did! The mission is simple but powerful, they want to help nonviolent felons and kids stay out of trouble! They support organizations that help this mission! I also love how their company is built with employees in mind! This world would be a better place if more people were like that! The vibes here are very chill! There are 2 TV's to play games or watch! They have plenty of board games too! Honestly it felt like going over to someone's house! We loved this place so much we came twice during our short 4 day trip!! My boyfriend got the latte with 4 shots of espresso and I had the lady finger with oatmilk and 5150 with oatmilk. There cold foam is dairy but it was soooo worth it!! Absolutely delicious on the lady finger drink!! Starbucks could never! Our drinks were always good and done quickly! The staff is truly amazing and so fun!! They really made us feel welcome! Don't walk, RUN TO SUPPORT THIS PLACE!! They also have dirty sodas and Red Bull energy drinks that they can flavor! I believe he said they have 80 syrups!!! So you can really go crazy with whatever you want here!!

Conveniently in front of the shop are 15 minute parking spots so you can run in! I love that the coffee shop has a local feel and carries information about local businesses and events, as well as items to buy. I've tried several drinks but always end up back to my favorite: iced vanilla latte. They also serve bubble teas and smoothies! I have a 'favorite table' which is in the back wall next to the window - close to an outlet! The staff is always so kind, friendly and fast!!

Feeling bad about not utilizing such a cozy place often enough, when I was running errands in the area, I was eager to spare 10 minutes out of my day to re-appreciate it with a cup of latte. The lady upfront was welcoming. The temperature outside was warmer for a typical mid-November day and yet seeing her smile warmed me up more. As usual, I got me a triple latte in a medium size cup. I'm between cappuccino or loaded latte (meaning extra shot); lately a triple latte has been my go to. My latte was made generously all the way up to the rim of the cup. And when I took my first sip, I got the instant gratification; it truly hit the spot. Cuteness is what this shop is all about. The decors throughout the store are adorable. Some goods are for sale. I took the time to look around and take some photos. Every visitor should find at least a few items that pique their curiosity and interest.

The new food items are a nice surprise too. The croffles, bubble waffles on a stick, mini pancakes, and savory bites like avocado toast and the rosemary bacon croffle are all delicious and make this place refreshing again. Overall, a big upgrade from the previous concept. Great flavors, great variety, and a really enjoyable experience!

There could be a little more upkeep due to a few crumbs and plastic straw wrappers left on tables, but overall the restaurant is tidy. I wish I would have got it without the sweet cream because it ended up curdling towards the bottom of my drink. The service was good. The young lady who took my order was very kind. She told me about the drink. I ordered in the different options for the milk used to make the drink. I had the choice of regular milk, oat milk, and another milk that I forgot. The next time I go in, I will try the oat milk. Overall was a good experience.

She is a kind and friendly person who took the time to explain how to make reservations for the Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony that can be scheduled on Saturdays or Sundays. The Yirgacheffe coffee was incredible, so smooth! It is from Ethiopia--the birthplace of coffee. The food menu is vegetarian (no meat served) The noise level was perfect, indoor seating is plentiful (no outdoor seating), and parking is plentiful in the lot in front. I could have easily gone to one of the coffee shops I already knew but that simply wasn't a satisfying thought to be frank. I bothered to google search to find something new for me to experiment/experience. I did the right thing. Getting here was a bit tricky. My GPS took me to a different building which I knew wasn't the right place. I almost left without making any further effort but good thing that I remained resilient in my quest. At last, I finally came to the right building. "Is this a church?" was what I thought once I was inside the building. Well, precisely speaking, it's a grad school (Augustine Institute; if you get lost like I did due to my inaccurate GPS directions, put Augustine Institute in your map), an institution where students major in Catholic apostolate. But you need not worry what your religious views or background is. The coffee shop has a very welcoming atmosphere where all are welcome and accepted no matter what you are. Such feeling came when Jack, the kind and warm hearted barista upfront, not only asked me my name but also introduced himself to me like a good neighbor does. What an ice breaker it was to warm me up upon arrival. The customer service is simply impeccable here. I ordered a cappuccino. And to go along with the caffeine, I got me the ham & cheese croissant. And to enjoy this place fully I opted for dine in (as I was not in a hurry.) There was another young man upfront alongside Jack. That young man brought me my cappuccino to my table. Later, Jack brought me my croissant. I really liked the way they warmed up my savory. They used a panini maker to press it down so the croissant was flattened to fairly thin. All the ingredients were nice and warm to the right temperature. I still tasted the flaky croissant on the outside. I've never seen a croissant served like this so I found it to be very creative. My cappuccino tasted wonderfully. Whereas I do like the bitter coffee taste sometimes I prefer it to be mellowed out by whatever the dairy product they use so it's creamy to some extent. Since I asked for whole milk (as Jack asked me what kind of mild I wanted) the kind of milk I chose was just the right kind to make my cappuccino to be the perfection of artisan coffee. Quiet and cozy with comfort seatings through, my late morning coffee time was simply perfect.
