It's a lovely little blast from the past! I appreciated that the first section you see when you walk in is a sizable romance section, complete with a bunch of old mass market paperbacks with "clinch covers." The best kind! There's also a big general fiction section, mysteries, kids' books, biographies/non-fiction, and more, including some nifty coffee table books that I'd love to have strewn around my home. Oh, and there were even some jigsaw puzzles! Bonus! The owner was pleasant and friendly, and I definitely plan to be back. In fact, this bookstore may have been the tipping point for our decision to move to Parker or Aurora. Hard to beat a delightful little used bookstore like this one!

Previously Engineers, these two have used their engineering minds to organize the books logically and online. We stopped in and chatted with Barry who was charming and helpful. During our conversation we kept thinking of other books to buy and it took him only moments to find them in his online database and locate them in his store. If you want a used book store that has gently used books, reasonably priced, in easy to find aisles, and a knowledgeable proprietor to help you find the rest, check out this place. Bright, tacky colored walls, one guy was sleeping in one of the booths, a giant group of 80+ year olds at the big community table, and gamers galore on a Wednesday afternoon. For a MtG prerelease with very limited seats, for a set I was very excited for I called early in the week to understand how they handle prerelease events. Per their site, and Per the conversation with their employee, there wer no pre-event sign-ups, and a half an hour before the event they would start registering people. I asked if there was pre-queueing, and was told that happens, so I asked if showing up fifteen minutes early would give a good chance for making the limited seating. What can I say, I was excited. I invited my friends and we were all going to be there early. In total, five of us. Well, as I was pulling up 15 minutes before the event, I found out they had done a sign up, and before they were even supposed to be starting to register folks, they had run out of seats. And the answer to why they did exactly what they had told us they were not going to do? Management decided the night before to change things. I regret having suggested to my friends that we go there for the event. I regret that those friends purchased a draft box at above MSRP from this store in an attempt to save the evening. I regret that they decided to buy beverages there, as our evening had been ruined by Enchanted Grounds' management team. Will I be back? Maybe. Will I trust them on their event descriptions? Nope.
