My boyfriend and I have come here on multiple occasions in the past five months. We always go past 9 pm and get two milkshakes. Tonight my boyfriend went to pick us up some milkshakes and it was around 9:30ish. The woman working told him they don't do milkshakes past 9 pm. Since when???? Very disappointing! Love the ice cream but the inconsistency with the workers is something that'll make us no longer go to this location. read more

Cold Stone is always really great stuff. My kids love it when we stop by. The mix of ice cream and treats you can mix in never cease to amaze me. One disappointment I had while at this location last time was their lack of acceptance of the coupon that we got in the mail. The coupon was the whole reason the four of us stopped by. The coupon was for a buy one, get one free. They would not honor the BOGO on the kids sized cups because they weren't love it or bigger. I have been in recently this week and last. Twice now I have noticed a woman named Megan who seems to think she's superior to her young co workers. Both times I went I witnessed her yell at two younger employees that couldn't be any older than 16. I came last Friday the 5th and again this Friday the 12th. It is unacceptable how these employees are being treated by this woman. Beyond just her coworkers, Megan was also rude to my wife and I Other than that the ice cream was amazing. I ordered two love it's and when I got home realized the young boy who assisted me gave me a "like it" inside a "love it" cup, on top of that the love it cup had another's ice cream residue inside of it. I have never been told that I can't mix there flavors in a gotta have it size ice cream. I have always mixed three flavors at every other location. When mixing the two flavors I asked for the girl doing it avoided mixing in half of the m&ms I got as a topping. When my boyfriend ordered his ice cream he asked for the cone to be crushed up into the cup. He does this at every other location and they always mix it into his ice cream. They didn't do it here. They seemed very interested in just getting customers in and out. The ice cream is great but we were both a little disappointed by the service. read more

If you're going to break your diet once every few months and get some ice cream, there's really no other option than Cold Stone. It's just so creamy and their mix options are endless. The house recommended mixes are ridiculously good, especially the mint chocolate brownie one. The staff at this location are the friendliest people you'll meet in Aurora, and while they're chatty, they get you in and out without a lot of waiting. Parking isn't the best when this strip mall gets busy, you may have to hoof it from the main lots in back or to the south. read more

My daughter and I walked in to a fairly long line and 1 young man named Logan working alone. He was very quick and efficient getting through the line and he provided awesome one on one service to every single customer. He has a wonderful attitude even with being totally swamped. My sister came back from college and so we thought we would enjoy one of her favorite ice cream places. We looked up the time they close to make sure we could get our order in before they close. They stated that they close at 10pm so we arrived at 945 and ordered our ice cream. By the time we all received our order it was 9:50 or 9:55. as soon as we sat down to visit and eat out ice cream the manager told us they are closing in 5 minutes. This was no problem to me because we have already ordered our food. As the clock struck 10 we were ordered out of the dining room. We had hardly touched our food, and now we are being told to leave. (outside temp way to cold for ice cream) I told the manager we wont be long, we are just visiting. She rolls her eyes and says "I want to leave too". (which i understand). When a food service industry posts closing time that should mean all orders must be filled before closing. We just wanted to finish our ice cream. being so cold outside both my sister and boyfriend tossed their ice cream away. I have never herd of a food establishment kicking people out before they are done with their meal. WORST PART.The franchise owner called me the next day and told me that it was policy to kick guests out at 10:00pm no matter what. when I asked to see this policy he said "I'm the owner, you don't need to see this policy". He told me that all the side work was done and that his employees were ready to leave at 10:00. this was obviously a lie because the ice cream wasn't even covered, chairs weren't stacked and the floor wasn't mopped. I asked if the employees clocked out right after we left and he quickly responded yes. Either he is lying or they don't cover the product up to code. The service was terrible, i don't appreciate eye rolls and back talk from employees where I pay top dollar for ice cream. At first I was expecting an apology from the "owner" but all I got was attitude. All the bad service aside, shouldn't I be able to eat my food in the dining room provided? I was not asking to order more or even stay that long. we all could have finished before 10:10. but instead two expensive ice cream bowls were thrown away. along with about 10 bucks. I slammed a large chocolate shake in a matter of minutes. needless to say I will be checking with the franchise overlords to find this "policy" read more

The owner is very friendly and nice. The ice cream and toppings are standard for Cold Stone franchises. Yummy! The only bump in this road is the access at this location, thus 4 stars rather than 5. It's right next to the Pho restaurant on the corner, north side. Hard to see at first. The north road has no parking. The parking lot we used was on the south side of the building. We don't mind the stroll but I can imagine it's a bit of a hassle getting there with children. Other than this, it's a great ice cream stop. read more

Who doesn't love Coldstone? They are a little on the pricey side but their ice cream is on point. I also like all the toppings you can have added and mixed in with your ice cream, shake, or whatever you order. This location always have great service too. read more

Very good customer service! The teenagers are very friendly and has good manners. I go to alot of fast food place. But this cold stone is always trying to get to know the customers. They will ask you how your day is and if you did anything fun or interested and they will start a conservation with you till they get done checking you out at the cash register. The wait is not that bad. Couple of times the line is long but it goes pretty fast and they always know what they are doing and they stay so calm about it and continue to make each customer very important. The ice cream is amazing and they always make the best recommendations to mix in when you can't think of anything. The cakes are always ready and they are so friendly when you need help ordering or just picking up a cake. Got called a Jack Ass! Could not believe my ears when the older taller gentleman behind the counter sarcastically told me to have a nice day and then had the nerve to call me a "jack ass" as I was walking out of the store. I questioned the amount of ice cream I was getting. I have been to plenty of Cold Stones before and I thought the amount looked pretty skimpy. I didn't feel like paying $7-8 so I changed my mind and told the young man serving me sorry. He said no worries and was cool about it. The icecream is good and all but one of the ladies who was workin there on 4-24-17 was disrespectful. Me and 2 of my friends were sittin down eatin ice cream and coloring. We were keeping track of the time because we knew that they closed at 10. But the minute, and I absolutley mean MINUTE, the clock struck 10 she gon say in a rude tone "Um ladies we're closed....". So one of my friends was like "Oh ok we're just finishing up our coloring."(They had coloring sheets there so we decided to channel in on our inner childhood) And as my friend is saying that we're startin to get up and gather our stuff so we could leave. So then the same girl then says with a rude tone still "No we're closed so you guys are going to have to leave now." And points to the door.
