Want to go somewhere where the bar for service is set lower than hell? Then come here! They were out of almost everything it seemed. Ordered a banana split for my daughter and the acted like I had asked for something monumentally hard because I apparently put her out. She scoops three scoops of ice cream onto bananas and hands it to me. No chocolate fudge, no whipped cream, cherries, etc. then acts put out when I asked for them. Three employees dealt with us and every one of them was snickering, talking under their breath, touching their head pieces while prepping the food, rolling their eyes, and laughing. When I asked if there was a problem they wanted to act shocked and then continued on with the same behavior. The scoops for mine were small, one of my husband's was the wrong flavor. So apparently doing their job here is just such a HUGE ask here. And no, it was not near closing time either. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

After my dad passed away unexpectedly due to COVID-19 last October, I needed to do something to cheer myself up, as I knew this would be a difficult birthday without him. The day before my birthday, I spontaneously decided to indulge myself with my favorite childhood cake - mint chocolate chip ice cream & chocolate cake, with *LOTS* of my favorite Baskin-Robbins buttercream frosting flowers. I called a different location that was closer to home (although this location is closer to my childhood house, where I grew up with my family - including going to this movie theatre), and they said only this location has a baker to make their cakes. I called this location, and even though Mary, the baker, had left for the day, she called me from her cellphone, and got the details of my last-minute, special order. I told her I wanted Easter colors/pastels, and - even though she normally comes in at noon - she also, surprisingly, came in early the next day, on Saturday, to ensure she had enough time to custom frost my cake! We had agreed the day before that it would be ready at 3pm, and she called me at noon, and had already finished! There was a young lady associate that misspelled BIRTHDAY wrong on a cake for a customer in front of us. the customer left and was mad. The associate that dealt with her basically blew her off and started talking bad about the customer. My fiancé and I were in line to be helped to make a purchase. The associate blew us off and continued to talk bad about the other customer. We finally got helped but she was very rude. She said she's not even from this location, and had no care in the world. She told us she was leaving to go back to her home store, but she was still there as I was trying to get her name to make this complaint. This is a person you don't want working at one let alone multiple of your stores. Not a good choice! Managers ally or Kelly, I hope you deal with this associate. read more

I read the 1 star reviews and felt the need to write a review, it's not a 5 star restaurant but it was not a horrible experience either, just an average ice cream shop visit. I think I would classify this store as a mini Baskin Robbins, it's connected to the Dunkin Donuts. They don't have as many flavors as other stores but there were still plenty to choose from and truly in most ice cream places, their flavors change regularly- I think there were 16-20 flavors and none of them were empty. It was not dirty, there were only a couple tables open to eat at due to covid but that's pretty standard now. The workers were pleasant and allowed us to try flavors. They didn't have waffle cones but so many places are suffering shortages right now that if I complained about every place that didn't have what I wanted or needed, I'd never stop complaining. (Also- I noticed several people were missing the mint chocolate chip ice cream- it was there today!) read more

The scoops are small (even for a kiddie scoop, which it is not) and have a hole in the middle because they don't know how to scoop the ice cream. This is a relatively new location and there is clearly a major management problem. We have tried to visit on three occasions after school events and each time they were either closed much earlier than advertised, apathetic about the service, or out of ice cream. They don't carry enough MCC ice cream due to poor management and a lack of understanding the market demographic they have elected to set up shop. White girls want two things for daily purchase Pumpkin Spice Lattes and Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream. This place desperately needs adult supervision, or at least an adult who cares about the customer and the store appearance. Has this place been visited by the Health Dept?? When we were there this evening a young girl behind the ice cream counter was fixing an ice cream scooper with her bare hands, no gloves...nothing. Just her bare hands. She then proceeded to ask the next customer in line what they would like without washing off the scooper at all and dipping it into the requested tub of ice cream. Sorry, I think that might be a health code violation... Behind the counter is always filthy as is the seating area. I didn't expect to be writing a bad review for an ice cream shop. We stopped here on a Saturday afternoon after a baseball game at Regis. While the staff is pleasant they are very passive in their problem-solving. Whoever is managing this location appears to be struggling greatly. We ordered a waffle cone and were told that they are out of all waffle cones and bowls. We then asked for hot fudge on our ice cream but we're told the hot fudge machine was currently turned off and they would need to turn it on but that the hot fudge would be cold. Upon paying we were told they were out of spoons and they only had taster spoons. The management of available items was poor. The disappointment continued when the bathroom was out of toilet paper, the hand dryer didn't work and instead of hand soap, they had hand sanitizer. We will never revisit this store again and will drive across the street to Cold Stone. read more

I definitely understand the challenges going on right now, especially since I work in the food service industry. My family was pretty upset tonight when we called to have them reserve a birthday cake for my little sister and they said they would hold it for us. We showed up and the doors were locked with a sign saying there was flooding inside so they closed early. There were still customers inside eating ice cream so I called to just see if we could pick it up really quick and they said no and hung up on me even though they said they would hold it for us. I understand there was a lot going on I'm sure, but if customers were inside still eating ice cream I don't see why they couldn't just take our card from the door even and bring us a cake. We didn't mind having to wait even a little bit. We had to cut dinner short to even show up before close and expected to be able to buy a cake they held for us. I would give them a zero, ordered a round birthday cake, 1/2 sheet, with blue icing. I was given a cake that looked like a brick. There was no piping around the edges or bottom. They had a picture in their book and I said exactly like the one in the book just round. For some reason the put my sons name in green and half the letters were broken and fell off by the time I got home. No manager to help me, paid full price and have been calling for 4 hours and the phone line is busy. read more

I don't usually write reviews but I hate this place. I gave this place 3 chances and I am a sucker for every time I try. First time I stood there and no one helped me. Literally I was the only one in the store and stood there for 5 mins before leaving with no ice cream. The second time they were closed eventhough they advertised that they were open. The third time again they were closed 3 hours before they advertised being closed. I was confused at first because I saw ppl inside but all the doors were locked. I dont know how they run business but I cant imagine they will stay around for a long time. I recommend going across the street to Dairy Queen. They are like a 5 star ice cream shop compared to BRs. read more

Went there today to get ice cream with my kids. As I rolled up to the drive thru window I realized none of their employees were wearing masks or gloves while serving food. I asked the man at the window why they were not protecting their customers by wearing a mask or gloves and he stated 'they don't work anyway and it's not a requirements'!!
