I've been to this location a few times and each visit has been consistently good. There is a large parking lot. There has been a line each time that flows smoothly and I've been greeted each time. This last visit I saw there was a lucky charms dessert being offered. That was fun. I asked how long that treat would be there and at first somebody said they didn't know , here's why they get 5 stars , they took a moment and then said they'd find out and they kept asking a few coworkers until they went to a book and found out. That's going up and beyond. They offered me a sample after that. The answer by the way was through April. I gave them a $10 tip , I had ordered a few cups of ice cream. So next time I will try the Lucky charms ice cream. read more

Had some gift cards so we came for a treat. So many choices and calories! It was hot outside so ice cream seemed like a good idea. We checked out the menu and considered the put together flavors or making up our own combo. Maybe toppings but that might be too much. I decided on a like it size of the chocolate devotion and he went with a love it mint mint chocolate chocolate chip. Fudge and brownie and chocolate. Mint and brownie and fudge. All yummy flavors indeed. Servers were friendly and the visit was pleasant. We sat outside on the patio tables to enjoy our treats. And so delish! Glad we came. Parking was good. This Cold Stone is the best Cold Stone in the Denver area. Without a single doubt. They are always solid with the ice cream, but they actually mix in the mix in's fully. Nothing is worse than eating your ice cream and only getting the mix in's in the first two bites. NOT HERE. Mix ins in every single bite mixed in beautifully. Cold Stone is always a favorite for ice cream, no matter the weather! We enjoy trying the rich and Inter new ice cream flavors, but we tend to go back to our favorites. Although more expensive than a pint from the grocery store, sometimes getting it freshly scooped is what you need! We got here at 8:30 and found all the staff sitting down on the counters. As soon as we came in they started complaining. They then gave the excuse that "their credit card system wasn't working" but the system didn't say out of order. It looked perfectly fine. One employees then proceeded to leave and told the others "if you need anything call me" while taking a spoonful of ice cream to the face. I'm not sure is she was the e manager but she was one of the employees sitting down on the counters when we came in. Not to mention the rug on this location was extremely dirty, 5!floors were stained and the employees were rude and not kind. The only employee wearing an apron was working the cashier. I went here the other day and I saw a kid hop over the counter, hug the employee, and then hop back over. The counter was not cleaned afterwards. That's sooo unsanitary. I don't care if she was saying hi to a friend because kids will be kids but at least clean the counter when your butt slides across it!! read more

My local cold stone is always pretty busy but the staff does move quickly. Over 20 flavors available and usually a sorbet or 2 for vegans. You can pick from 3 sizes in a cup or get a waffle cone or waffle bowl. Also a menu of flavor combs already if you want a really decadent one. I haven't ever had their ice cream because of the dairy but i have been told it's rich. Also smoothies available that can be dairy free if you watch which one you're ordering. They are pretty pricy a medium is around $7 but he staff is nice read more

I have been here a few times and the service is always fantastic. They sell gift coupon books that are great too and work at any Coldstone. My favorite is cookie batter ice cream with coconut and Graham crackers. The fruit soothes are good too. I sure love Coldstone and this is my favorite hop to stop in on. read more

Kids LOVE this place! We usually go once a week. The workers are friendly & let the kids sample whatever they like! Which can be time consuming because they always wants to try 50 flavors, which I do not let them BUT the workers are always so patient! Good location. Could be a bit cleaner (tables) but, other than that. We love it! They also give military discount which is appreciated ! More pricey than most ice cream locations but, the kids love it. If you're looking for a cheap ice cream night out I wouldn't recommend, but if you don't mind the price & are military you'll get a discount. I'd recommend!! read more

Ok, I gave them another shot after the owner reached out and met me in person to give me a gift card. My 5 year old and I enjoyed two very flavorful ice cream creations this afternoon. The experience was outstanding this time around. My only comment about this visit is that all tables were a bit dirty, otherwise a completely different experience. Not happy with today's visit. We had a gift card for our birthday that the credit card machine would not take. Employee was confused, I think working alone when she became flustered and had to call the Manager at home for advice, after telling us it was going to come out of her own pocket. One of the workers (didn't catch her name) had terrible manners. When She made the ice cream for the girl in front of me she didn't scoop enough so when she put it in the cup she put a plain scoop on top with out mixing the toppings (isn't that the point here?) then when she made my girlfriends she barely filled it to the top. Then another worker started making a little girls ice cream, the rude worker told her co-worker that she scooped to much so the girl put the scoop back and scooped less. Not a huge deal but definitely made me feel like they have poor customer service. Is it that difficult to get a proper scoop? read more
