Some days we're in the mood for a decadent brown sugar drink, and other days we're trying to be a little more mindful. The team has always been happy to customize tea drinks with little to no sugar, making it easy to enjoy boba without feeling like you've completely abandoned your nutrition goals. It's a small thing, but it's made a big difference for us. On the flavor side, they deliver. The drinks are consistently balanced, the tea actually tastes like tea instead of being drowned out by sweetness, and the boba has that perfect chewy texture you're hoping for. The staff has also been incredibly friendly every time we've visited, taking the time to answer questions and make recommendations without making you feel rushed. The inside has plenty of seating and is usually busy when we are there...a nice sign to how good they are. If you're someone who loves classic, indulgent boba, you'll find plenty to enjoy here. But if you're looking for a shop that can also accommodate lower-sugar or lighter options without sacrificing quality, Snowl is absolutely worth checking out. The pandan and coconut were both equally strong flavors- I liked it better than my husband did. The Thai tea cake in a cup was also excellent, but outshone by the cruffin. They were out of a few other things we wanted to try by 11am on a Saturday, so get there early if you want something specific.
