They have all the standard flavors like strawberry, mint, chocolate, cookies, and cream and of course vanilla and then they two about 10 rotating flavors every few weeks. They make ice cream cakes, milkshakes, and sandwich, sandwiches, and best of all, that ice cream is so reasonably priced! We were shocked by the surfing and the price! Can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet...especially considering I come at minimum once a month and also order delivery to my house more than I'd like to admit! They have some amazing regular flavors but also switch it up with seasonal flavors. The only thing that kills me about the seasonal flavors is that I have to wait for my favorites to come back. I came to this marketplace during my business trip to have dinner. I was so full afterward but still wanted something sweet. I came across this ice cream shop tucked in the corner. The staff were very friendly, and there were a bunch of kids and families around but still enough space for everyone. I'd say it was very crowded for a weekday night. They have so many ice cream flavors to choose from that I wish I could try them all. I ended up going with the bourbon flavor after I sampled it, since I love liquor-based ice cream flavors but I ordered too quickly, because I then tried the banana cream pie flavor and THAT was also really good. I'm so glad they offer a mini cone; it was the perfect amount for me since I was already stuffed from dinner. The cone was very fresh, and the ice cream was creamy and flavorful!! As a california native I was not familiar with this Ice cream place, but i'm so glad I stopped by when I was visiting colorado! It's inside this super cool indoor mall that used to be a building of the old denver airport. The ice cream flavors were super unique and they let you get samples before deciding. I settled on the oatmeal cookie and it was SO GOOD. It was cinnamony oatmeal ice cream with chunks of oatmeal cookie in them. They have waffle, sugar and standard cones AND a super special one of a kind PRETZEL CONE!!!! Of course I got the pretzel cone and it was so crunchy and salty it was a whole new experience of enjoying ice cream. They make their own slow churned ice cream and it definitely shows. They also have other fun ice cream items like ice cream cookie sandwiches, floats and sundaes! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who's likes ice cream! read more

I would describe the ice cream to be thicker than HaagenDazs but less sweet than Ben and Jerry's. It has a pretty good thick and creamy consistency to it without the sweetness being too overly powerful. The flavor itself was good, but it doesn't rock it out of the park (hence the 4 stars). I have not visited the Stanley Market since it first opened and it has changed a lot. There are lots of places to eat and yet there are still plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Sweet Cow was located at the end depending on what entrance you use. I ordered the salted Oreo and the butter pecan. Both flavors were rich and creamy and tasted really good. You get a lot of ice cream for roughly under $6 and it's worth it. There was a line and with the summer heat coming up soon, I expect longer lines. Most of the staff was friendly. There was one employee who was at the register and you could tell she did not want to be there. read more

So glad we stumbled on this place while in the Stanley Marketplace! After tasting a few flavors, we ended up ordering 3 different flavors - coffee, cookie and cream, and raspberry chocolate chip, two of them are with pretzel cones. I personally enjoyed the coffee and cookie and cream flavors. You can taste the bittersweetness in the coffee and they blend real Oreos into their cookie and cream! The pretzel cone was a bit hard and has some sea salt on it, so if you like sweet and salty you would like that cone ! The service was awesome, the girl who helped us was very patient with us while we debate and choose our flavors! We've never been disappointed by a flavor here, from coffee-based to nutty or fruity. Next, while noshing at the Stanley usually comes at a premium, this cow must have chewed up the memo. Prices look good here. Last, service with a smile comes standard. Bonus: The back wall opens to patio seating with umbrellas to keep the sun and rain away. Double bonus: Free stickers for kids. It was just after 10am and Sweet Cow had just opened for the day inside the marketplace. It seemed a little too early for ice cream but I mean, when is it actually too early for ice cream?!? They are now back to offering samples so we tried a couple and ended up getting two scoops each - chocolate chip cookie dough and oatmeal cookie in a cup and lucky charms and chocolate cinnamon in a cup. The ice cream here is rich, thick, and sweet...very sweet. The flavors that we sampled and those that we got were pretty spot on, especially the lucky charms and oatmeal cookie. We're at the Stanley every week for a child's activity and use the time after for dinner and ice cream. Each time we come here the service is often very very slow even if there are only a few people in line; sometimes staff are in the back (I understand there are things that may take them there) and aren't checking for people and you're left standing there until you holler for someone. I've also had experiences with a few of the staff being very curt (for no particular reason, not that people can't have a bad day). It's good ice cream! But the experience is frequently "so-so." read more
