Quaint little shop in park hill! Staff was so nice! The scooper had celiac disease so was very knowledgeable on what was GF. Limited flavors... mostly fruit flavors but sounds like it rotates. I was able to get PB&J which was tasty!! Salty PB was yummy and the jelly party wasn't too overpowering. The husband raved about the carrot cake, baklava, and coffee and donuts! Plan to try again and hope for better GF options (chocolatey or coffee!!!) read more

Disappointing visit to Scoops. Was really excited to have a few scoops of the Chocolate Peanut Butter. Walked in & it's listed on the menu, but when I ordered, the girl said it shouldn't be in the menu because they didn't have it that night. There weren't a lot of unique flavors, which was pretty disappointing. I'm not sure why this little spot has so many positive reviews because it's pretty vanilla. I settled for another flavor because I had driven 20 minutes to go to Scoops, but it wasn't good. I won't be back. read more

Nice consistency and flavors. I had the pistachio ricotta. Loved the flavor and the thickness. Also tried the vegan pumpkin pie and brown butter pop tart. The pumpkin pie was good but the coconut base was a strong flavor and not sure if it really meshes well with the pumpkin. The brown butter was good. Would definitely recommend. Loved the decor and the people were nice. read more

Yum!!! Scoops was awesome. So many fun flavor choices. Nice size scoop for the price you pay. This place has the cutest indoor area & has tables outside as well. Being lactose intolerant you have to be careful on what you eat. I happened to venture in here as I was visiting their neighbors and was introduced to vegan ice cream. I got the chocolate and it was awesome. I bought one for a friend and they were elated and delighted of the taste of the shake. I know my go to for my shakes. read more

We had my daughter's 4th birthday here yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about Scoops!! It was absolutely PERFECT. First off, what a cute and charming shop. The ice cream was delicious, the owner and employee were so nice and attentive, it was the perfect setup for a private event, and there's adult beverages too so all ages had a blast. Came here after a hike on a summer day and this really hit the spot. They have a good selection of flavors with several vegan ice creams and sorbets. The "mint flake" ice cream was so unexpectedly fresh and unique tasting, like a refreshing mojito in a cone. Prices were very standard, and staff was friendly. Definitely wasn't expecting any place nearby to be giving Nuggs a run for their money, but this place is absolutely worth coming back to! read more

Our family has been waiting with bated cones (?!) for this place to open. Tonight was our first trip and it will be far from our last! We each had a different flavor: Vanilla, Salted Caramel, Cookie Dough, S'mores, and Cookies & Creme Birthday Cake (yup. That is ONE flavor. It's like a teenage girl and a unicorn had a confetti party). And. They were all amazing! The space is simple but airy and lovely. The owner is super jovial and excited to engage neighbors - and indulge my pop while he shared his photos from his spring trip to Ireland (the owner is Irish by birth). And best of all the ice cream is made in-shop and is totally free of all the nasty preservatives and the like. Such a great place. Go! read more

While it is hard not to picture the BBQ place that used to be at this location, I was very impressed with the ice cream here. I especially enjoyed the full size M&Ms as toppings. Once I can try the hot fudge, I'll know if this place is a 4 or 5 star joint. Regardless, I'll be coming back and recommend other folks to do so. read more

I just adore this place! They're so friendly and fun and welcoming and I haven't even mentioned their delicious treats n'eats! Every bite you can tell seems meticulously crafted with love and care! I know everyone has "craft creations", but I feel like these folks offer more than just unique flavor combinations. You enter and feel like you've just run into an old friend! Their flavors change like our seasons, but I think it's exciting to see what new concoctions they create! It's like ice cream Christmas! A staple though that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE is their homemade hot chocolate which is warm, liquid love! It's made with fudge and it's so rich and warm and tasty and satisfying! My salivary glands are getting worked up thinking about it again! Hahaha read more

Stopped here on Monday evening. It is in a quiet neighborhood but nice steady stream of patrons coming in. Nice little place with windows that open like a garage along with tables outside. It the best part.. the ice cream!! My parents got the milk chocolate which they said was the best they had ever had. I had avocado... yep you heard me and it was sooo good. Not too strong flavor but enough with frozen avocado chips in it. I also tried the Guinness with choc chip the "over 21" selection which usually have one of those available. If you like Guinness you will love, big big beer flavor and delicious. Hope this place does well , I know I will for sure be coming back read more

Best ice cream place in the neighborhood! Locally owned (incredibly hardworking & kind owners!) all natural ingredients, fresh flavors changed daily, beer and wine for the grown-ups, family & dog friendly... what more could you want?! My daughter and I go at least once a week as somewhat of a tradition (happy hour for me, ice cream for us both) and always enjoy ourselves. So glad to have a wonderful new locally-owned family-friendly ice cream spot in the hood! But you can get really good ice cream almost anywhere. Heck, go to almost any grocery store and you can get Ben and Jerry's which still makes great ice cream with unique flavors. But how many ice cream shops have a zillion people either eating ice cream or standing in line or dancing to live music? None that I have seen before. This place is an absolute scene. By the way, the dancing was swing dancing, which isn't something you just decide to do (it takes a very long time to get good). Now, there are two lines. First, there is the interior line (inside the main fence) that is really, really long but you get more flavor options. The second exterior line is just really long (as opposed to really, really long) and is outside the gate with fewer flavor options. We went for the exterior line and it moved along nicely. Sure, you can get great ice cream almost anywhere but this place is a unique place. You can enjoy the live music and dancing while you wait in the longer than average lines. The atmosphere is pure joy. I would return again and again.

That evening, I was craving pho. Pho 92 came recommended and I was immediately drawn to the clear broth in the photos while researching Yelp for Vietnamese food. It was a Thursday evening when we arrived at Pho 92, and the restaurant was packed. It was loud, with staff bustling about and patrons enjoying their meals. The aroma of the pho broth was just as I had hoped for a busy restaurant. We waited approximately 10 min for a table. The staff were pretty efficient and looked to have a good system going for bussing tables. Hailing from CA, I am no stranger to good pho, and this place hit the spot. I'm so glad I decided to get the regular instead of the large, because wow those portion sizes were indeed huge. My husband made the "mistake" of ordering the combination vermicelli bowl, and it came packed with tender proteins and crispy egg rolls. That just meant for some delicious leftovers (that actually reheated perfectly). The pho broth was as clear as I had imagined from looking at other patrons' photos. It still had a good depth of flavor, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It had been a long travel day for us, so I didn't want oily soup. (Sometimes I do enjoy rich, oilier pho broth, but not that night.) The pho came with a plethora of herbs, which I of course used all of. Be warned that their chili oil is very spicy, which I accidentally put too much of without first trying (oops). I generally don't go to the same spot twice during a trip, as I enjoy trying out different local businesses, but Pho 92 would have been a spot I'd return to again if we had had the time and if I had wanted pho again. Their menu is huge, so there are plenty of dishes to choose from to satisfy your cravings, whatever those might be for any given day. We will definitely be back the next time we visit CO!
