Out of all the frozen yogurt choices available in Colorado, Pinkberry is right in the middle. I think their yogurt tastes amazing and the toppings, specifically the fruit, are fresh for the most part (last time I was there the mango pieces were brown). My biggest complaint is that unlike other places that let you pour as much as you want and add whatever toppings you want, the workers here do everything for you. I'm personally not a fan of that because you can't really get a cup of frozen yogurt the way you want. The workers are kind. As others mentioned, parking here is a bit of a pain and for some reason this location is super busy. read more

First time visiting Pinkberry and the fro-yo was good. I ordered a small twist (vanilla bean and hazelnut), which I would recommend. The flavors were tasty but my honest opinion, I felt it was a little pricey. The small twist (aka side by side) with two toppings was just under $10 in-store, while the same order online showed closer to $7. Not sure why the difference in price. Like the flavors, toppings aren't huge in selection either. The fruit was fresh tho! Indoor seating is available but limited. Same for outdoors (three quaint cafe tables). Placed an order for delivery through the PinkBerry app. I hit place order and got a "payment declined" message. Figured I had entered my card wrong. Nope. Immediately got a "payment to PinkBerry approved" message from my banking app. Called the store and the guy working said I would need to just dispute the charge with my bank because their system messed up and they can't do anything about app orders. Spoke to my bank and they showed two charges. One went through and one was declined for being a duplicate charge. I love their frozen yogurt and toppings. I Uber Eats this far more often than anyone should. But you guys seriously need to get it together. I have gotten a completely wrong order (couldn't be more opposite from what I ordered), missing toppings multiple times (always missing the ones I paid more for), and the more loyal of a customer I am... the less toppings they give. Example: Oreos covered my froyo the first two times I got it and the next time I got a few crumbs. Pinkberry is a New York staple of mine, but I finally don't have to make a trip to the big city to get a tiny bite of fro-yo bliss because it has made it's way to Denver! I was surprised to find a line out the door when I visited tonight but secretly smiled inside, comforted by the fact so many other people shared my love. We had to wait a bit to get our dessert, not only because the line was long, but also because each server wanted to tell you all about the franchise, menu options, and their "favorite" selections. I'm sure as the place matures, the service will become much quicker so I tolerated the slowness this evening. They offered us free samples of whatever we wanted so I opted to try some chocolate (which was great) but deep down knew I would just go with the original. And the original mini with cheesecake bites and raspberries is just what I ordred! It was just like I remember from NYC and simply made my heart melt. They offer about 8 flavors at a time in all different sizes with toppings galore- you simply cannot go wrong nor struggle wtih finding an option that will satisfy any craving. The space itself is cozy and perfect for hanging out while you enjoy your creation. I like that they're practicing social distancing by only allowing 5 customers in the store at a time. What I don't like and hence the reason for my 1 star review: the employees there were not practicing sanitary protocols. There's really no point in wearing gloves, stocking shelves, throwing trash away, working the register and with the same gloves serving our froyo. I witnessed one employee touching pens, register, stocking lids etc, and then putting her fingers with dirty gloves inside the lid to my child's yogurt. I was appalled. The counters had melted froyo smeared, toppings were in such disarray that we should've gotten the hint and walked away. Extremely disappointed because I actually like the owner and have been giving business to this Pinkberry for years including catering. I hope she reviews footage and talks to employees about the importance of being 100% sanitary, no cross contamination especially for individuals with food allergies. Was there with a couple of frens on Saturday November 27th 2010. Yes this place is jam packed with long queue inside. We are lucky enough to get seats inside this tiny establishment. The person who recieved my order was friendly, prompt and "entertaining". For that alone I gave her, as points of customer service : 4 stars. 3 of my friends enjoyed their Yogurt fix while we were there. I had mine to go. I had the Pomegranate yogurt with Pomegranate, Kiwis and Silvered Almonds as part of the toppings. Just a note: if you get it to go, they will ask if you need ice packed. I have mine to go with the ice packed. When I reached home, I put the Yogurt in the freezer since it was awhile I was out in town. All in all an OK Yogurt Dessert for me. The flavor of the Pomegranate Yogurt, was just right, not too sweet, just the way I like. How did it take me this long to come here! What a sweet little treat my visit was. I am an ice cream over froyo type of gal but my friend wanted to come here and it did not disappoint. It is the perfect afternoon stop to chat with a friend and enjoy each others company. They have plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. You choose your yogurt and then the size. Then you get as many toppings as will fit in that size. I got a small and it was hard to finish! The toppings are what make this place. They have fresh fruit, cereal, candy and syrups. My favorite topping were the little chocolate crunch balls! I paired these with raspberries and white yogurt chips and my concoction was pure perfection! Now I have been craving this place. Pinkberry had a different location at americana at brand maybe one and a half years ago but they closed it for some reason. they didn't have that many flavors and toppings but it was good that there was no waiting line that much over there. this place, though, is way better than that one at americana. the service is professional, the employees are helpful and patient, haven't seen a long line, but this place gets busy too, especially on weekends. The worst part is that there is no many Pinkberries at Denver Colorado which is very upsetting. I'm a fro-yo junkie/snob especially during the summer months so I was ecstatic to find Pinkberry when running errands today! I had a friend with me who lived in NYC and she said "ugh, Pinkberry... I feel like they have 2-3 flavors max and your options are limited for toppings." That coming from where she lives and experience but saw the reviews for this one and told her... "let's give it a shot". I had 30 minutes for lunch to satisfy my sweet tooth and this was our only option. Glad we stopped! We walked and the place was immaculate and the owner was there training two new employees and was super friendly and attentive to us immediately. While their section of flavors was limited (6 total), and it's not a "DIY Fro-yo", it was the best customer experience I have ever had! Also she let us taste test and explain the difference in pricing (with and without topppings) which was great considering I'm no mathlete. Side note ---- if I go to fro-yo shops unsupervised and can build my own magical cup of candy land, I end up spending 15 dollars for what I thought was a tiny cup but it's the weight that gets ya! Why you should visit here summarized: The owner scoops the toppings on per your selection and the price is a flat rate with or without toppings so you leave feeling like: A) I'm not overindulging and fat now?! B) I didn't break the bank or make a mess playing Top Chef at the toppings station?!
