Out of all the frozen yogurt choices available in Colorado, Pinkberry is right in the middle. I think their yogurt tastes amazing and the toppings, specifically the fruit, are fresh for the most part (last time I was there the mango pieces were brown). My biggest complaint is that unlike other places that let you pour as much as you want and add whatever toppings you want, the workers here do everything for you. I'm personally not a fan of that because you can't really get a cup of frozen yogurt the way you want. The workers are kind. As others mentioned, parking here is a bit of a pain and for some reason this location is super busy. read more

First time visiting Pinkberry and the fro-yo was good. I ordered a small twist (vanilla bean and hazelnut), which I would recommend. The flavors were tasty but my honest opinion, I felt it was a little pricey. The small twist (aka side by side) with two toppings was just under $10 in-store, while the same order online showed closer to $7. Not sure why the difference in price. Like the flavors, toppings aren't huge in selection either. The fruit was fresh tho! Indoor seating is available but limited. Same for outdoors (three quaint cafe tables). First time in and I really liked it. I received great customer service! I was immediately offered samples! The blueberry lavender was really good - very blueberry forward. I ended up getting the plain yogurt with Oreos, dark chocolate chips, and strawberry boba. It was so tasty! It was around $8 - I feel like that's pretty average these days! Placed an order for delivery through the PinkBerry app. I hit place order and got a "payment declined" message. Figured I had entered my card wrong. Nope. Immediately got a "payment to PinkBerry approved" message from my banking app. Called the store and the guy working said I would need to just dispute the charge with my bank because their system messed up and they can't do anything about app orders. Spoke to my bank and they showed two charges. One went through and one was declined for being a duplicate charge. Be forewarned that if you order from the app, you might be out money and time. read more

Not only was I charged 12.95 for the sale bring home tub that was supposed to cost 6.95 but they clearly packaged it a month ago and changed the 2 to a 3 on the "packaged on" date. That's not ok.. Upon opening it, we found it had definitely been melted and re frozen. You can't let dairy get room temperature and then refreeze it, that's 100% going to poison someone. I'll be filing a report with my credit card company to reverse the charges made at this store because I was charged double what I should have been, got a product that was expired. read more

Service was ok, not great but not bad, just normal. On the positive side, for only $1.5 you can add add many topics as it'll fit in the cup,I think that's a good barging. I love their frozen yogurt and toppings. I Uber Eats this far more often than anyone should. But you guys seriously need to get it together. I have gotten a completely wrong order (couldn't be more opposite from what I ordered), missing toppings multiple times (always missing the ones I paid more for), and the more loyal of a customer I am... the less toppings they give. Example: Oreos covered my froyo the first two times I got it and the next time I got a few crumbs. Or when I got double the crispy chocolate topper (note you pay extra for this already... even more when you select it twice) and it was also all over but after a few times it was back to what I get when I only ordered one. read more

Pinkberry, Pinkberry is the neighborhood go to for delicious soft serve! (What were YOU thinking?) I'm seriously addicted to their coconut milk coconut soft serve. One large cup, please! It is SO creamy and dreamy. And ya know what else? This particular flavor is vegan! Not all Pinkberry locations sell this flavor, but Glendale, CO has never disappointed. I ordered this through Uber Eats and the server reversed the base yogurt with different toppings noticed the mistake after making them, and then sent the incorrect mixture, along with the corrected one to make up for the extra delay. Owner of the place is super friendly and kind, makes sure you get to try the flavors first before you buy in case you are not sure what you want. Pinkberry is a New York staple of mine, but I finally don't have to make a trip to the big city to get a tiny bite of fro-yo bliss because it has made it's way to Denver! I was surprised to find a line out the door when I visited tonight but secretly smiled inside, comforted by the fact so many other people shared my love. We had to wait a bit to get our dessert, not only because the line was long, but also because each server wanted to tell you all about the franchise, menu options, and their "favorite" selections. I'm sure as the place matures, the service will become much quicker so I tolerated the slowness this evening. They offered us free samples of whatever we wanted so I opted to try some chocolate (which was great) but deep down knew I would just go with the original. And the original mini with cheesecake bites and raspberries is just what I ordred! It was just like I remember from NYC and simply made my heart melt. They offer about 8 flavors at a time in all different sizes with toppings galore- you simply cannot go wrong nor struggle wtih finding an option that will satisfy any craving. The space itself is cozy and perfect for hanging out while you enjoy your creation. I always knew Pinkberry in New York was a go-to but this new Denver shop will definitely be frequented by moi whenever I need to satisfy my craving for fro-yo. read more

I like that they're practicing social distancing by only allowing 5 customers in the store at a time. What I don't like and hence the reason for my 1 star review: the employees there were not practicing sanitary protocols. There's really no point in wearing gloves, stocking shelves, throwing trash away, working the register and with the same gloves serving our froyo. I witnessed one employee touching pens, register, stocking lids etc, and then putting her fingers with dirty gloves inside the lid to my child's yogurt. I was appalled. The counters had melted froyo smeared, toppings were in such disarray that we should've gotten the hint and walked away. Extremely disappointed because I actually like the owner and have been giving business to this Pinkberry for years including catering. I hope she reviews footage and talks to employees about the importance of being 100% sanitary, no cross contamination especially for individuals with food allergies. Was there with a couple of frens on Saturday November 27th 2010. Yes this place is jam packed with long queue inside. We are lucky enough to get seats inside this tiny establishment. The person who recieved my order was friendly, prompt and "entertaining". For that alone I gave her, as points of customer service : 4 stars. 3 of my friends enjoyed their Yogurt fix while we were there. I had mine to go. I had the Pomegranate yogurt with Pomegranate, Kiwis and Silvered Almonds as part of the toppings. Just a note: if you get it to go, they will ask if you need ice packed. I have mine to go with the ice packed. When I reached home, I put the Yogurt in the freezer since it was awhile I was out in town. All in all an OK Yogurt Dessert for me. The flavor of the Pomegranate Yogurt, was just right, not too sweet, just the way I like. I dont mind going back and perhaps my review would or might differ if I were to have my Yogurt fix there itself. read more

How did it take me this long to come here! What a sweet little treat my visit was. I am an ice cream over froyo type of gal but my friend wanted to come here and it did not disappoint. It is the perfect afternoon stop to chat with a friend and enjoy each others company. They have plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. You choose your yogurt and then the size. Then you get as many toppings as will fit in that size. I got a small and it was hard to finish! The toppings are what make this place. They have fresh fruit, cereal, candy and syrups. My favorite topping were the little chocolate crunch balls! I paired these with raspberries and white yogurt chips and my concoction was pure perfection! Now I have been craving this place. I plan to come back soon. There wasn't a bunch of chatter about this place for no reason. It is worth the visit! read more

this is our go-to place everytime we are craving for a frozen yogurt. Wow! this place is just amazing with so many toppings available and variety of tasty flavors put there. Pinkberry had a different location at americana at brand maybe one and a half years ago but they closed it for some reason. they didn't have that many flavors and toppings but it was good that there was no waiting line that much over there. this place, though, is way better than that one at americana. the service is professional, the employees are helpful and patient, haven't seen a long line, but this place gets busy too, especially on weekends. The worst part is that there is no many Pinkberries at Denver Colorado which is very upsetting. We only can enjoy it at certain location. but anyways i give 5 star to this location and pinkberry in general. read more

I'm a fro-yo junkie/snob especially during the summer months so I was ecstatic to find Pinkberry when running errands today! I had a friend with me who lived in NYC and she said "ugh, Pinkberry... I feel like they have 2-3 flavors max and your options are limited for toppings." That coming from where she lives and experience but saw the reviews for this one and told her... "let's give it a shot". I had 30 minutes for lunch to satisfy my sweet tooth and this was our only option. Glad we stopped! We walked and the place was immaculate and the owner was there training two new employees and was super friendly and attentive to us immediately. While their section of flavors was limited (6 total), and it's not a "DIY Fro-yo", it was the best customer experience I have ever had! Also she let us taste test and explain the difference in pricing (with and without topppings) which was great considering I'm no mathlete. Side note ---- if I go to fro-yo shops unsupervised and can build my own magical cup of candy land, I end up spending 15 dollars for what I thought was a tiny cup but it's the weight that gets ya! Why you should visit here summarized: The owner scoops the toppings on per your selection and the price is a flat rate with or without toppings so you leave feeling like: A) I'm not overindulging and fat now?! B) I didn't break the bank or make a mess playing Top Chef at the toppings station?! C) I had amazing customer service?! --- All of the above I know we all have several choices when satisfying a sweet tooth or fro-yo fix, but would highly recommend this spot because across the board, you can be lazy and not DIY it yourself and get a price upfront that you will enjoy every bite! Ahhh, Crap. I'm now a Pinkberry Fan. I went back for Mom. Oh, the things Mom can make you do. She wanted yogurt. We were there. No line. (NO LINE??) I had the Original (YUM) with Mangoes and Strawberries. Mom found it "sour" and had the Chocolate. I LOVED IT. It's perfectly tart. I love me some Greek Yogurt, and this was as if it had been frozen into smooth goodness. The Mangoes and Strawberries complimented it perfectly. I also don't understand where the complaints about the prices come from. $2.60 for a cup with 2 fruits seems reasonable to me. I didn't even finish it.
