first time here and the service was great. i went with the strawberry and oreo concrete. it has pieces of oreos and strawberries in vanilla custard. it is so good. not too sweet. it's perfection. whenever i come back to colorado, ill be sure to come back here again. p.s i love root beer so i had to try this Sprecher root beer. it has hints of honey in it. wow this root beer is SO good. read more

I went to an Andy's in Illinois several years ago and was very excited to see that one opened here in Colorado. By far my favorite item from them is their seasonal summer Key Lime Pie Concrete. But I just tried their Santa Brownie Jackhammer and I really liked that too. It is the perfect blend of peppermint, brownie pieces and hot fudge. My husband always gets their Boot Daddy Concrete and he really likes it. My only complaint is that they don't have a lot of seating options if you want to sit and eat there. A couple tables or something would be nice. The service is always fast and friendly even when there is a long line. We will absolutely be back! read more

I had recently had Custard for the first time a week earlier in WI and was craving it again. We were driving by and decided to try Andy's. You can do a drive through order or walk up and place your order but only 2 people were working so several drive ups got helped before we did in the walk up line. Plenty of parking and lots of other businesses around so I imagine they get a lot of business from walk ups. There is a large menu with several options so you should be able to find something you like. I was craving chocolate and peanut butter, as usual. I picked the James Brownie Funky Jackhammer and asked them to swap Vanilla custard for chocolate. It was packed with delicious bites of brownie, peanut butter, hot fudge and chocolate custard. Perfectly hit the spot. I think I like Custard better than ice cream and I thought I would never say that. They gave me a large instead of medium, and they didn't offer a receipt so not sure if they charged me for a large or not. My fault for not remembering to ask either but I was in a hurry. read more

The young woman who took our (my) order was very polite and insisted that I didn't need to rush even though I'm the most indecisive woman on the planet and there was a car behind me. After I ordered, we pulled up to the window and were greeted by a nice young man. He professionally greeted my husband as "sir" and after rapport was established, he casually addressed my husband as "man." It felt like we had become fast friends. No. Family. We became family. We went to the Grand Opening Day and the service was great. There was a long line but it kept moving so that no one waited a long time to order. The custard is just as I remembered it in business travels to Missouri before I retired. Everyone was friendly and helpful and even dogs got a small cone to enjoy on a very hot day. They do not have an area inside to order and sit but that is the core layout of the brand. I only live two blocks away so I'm sure my husband and I will be regulars. read more

First off not only was this some of the best ice cream and shakes we've ever had, but the best customer service by far! My husband and I came here early morning while we were passing by! Being a local in the area, you tend to notice when there is a new business being built, and you have a curious desire to find out what they're building next. This time the new business happened to be an Andy's Frozen Custard. My nana noticed it right away, and due to her love for custard made it a requirement that we go and get custard after running errands. First impression was great. They had so many exciting flavors and had great music playing, and the staff was friendly. The menu however was super confusing and inconvenient as we wanted flavors that only came in the order of 6 half pints. We ordered 4 of the caramel Heath bar, and 2 of the chocolate with cookie dough Half pints. Instead we got 3 caramel Heath bar, 1 chocolate, 1 peanut butter, and 1 cookie dough. I also got the Triple Chocolate with Espresso added. This was my first time trying custard and definitely a disappointing attempt. The custard in my opinion was super thick. I am unsure if that's usually how it is and custard is not for me, or if custard is supposed to be thick either way I did not enjoy it. The flavors, in addition, just weren't on par for me. Altogether we paid $26, my nana, aunt, and I agreed that this is a place we don't have to go again. Me personally, I will stick with ice cream, that is more my speed. read more

Wow where do i start, i whipped my vehicle so quickly when i saw a sign that said frozen custard. I love frozen custard sooooo much and was in the mood for a special snack. I couldn't believe all the choices on the menu and Sam was so patient and a great salesman!! I probably stared at the menu in awe for 4 minutes and he was very helpful.
