Hit or Miss with the drink quality at this location. The drive thru stays consistently busy most of the morning and early afternoon, which is usually when the quality of the drinks is lower. My iced caramel macchiato today was ok, the taste was off, almost like the milk is about to expire? Also it had barley any ice, resulting in a Luke warm drink fresh out of the drive thru window. The baristas are generally friendly but seem pretty flustered most of the time. Best bet when visiting this location is to put in a mobile order and grab it from inside the store! read more

Quicker to go through the drive through than to actually preorder. I gave the appropriate time and still had to wait, even after the barista asked me my name while standing there. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me the manager was not there. This is the third time preordering that I had to wait at the store. I give the 15 min for the preorder and then have to wait five to ten minutes in store waiting on the barista to make my drink. I only ordered one drink btw. I guess I'm invisible. read more

Visited this Starbucks a few times, it is quite busy, a lot of foot traffic and drive through traffic here no matter what day of the week it is, especially in the mornings. Traffic for the drive threw can be a little bit of a headache because the line can lead into the parking lot and cause you and parked car owners issues when you are in line and in the way. Parking can also be an issue here when it is mid morning and the drive thru line is long, the parking lot is full because the other businesses in the plaza are open. read more

My review on Starbucks. This is a great location, outdoor seating, nice seating inside. I visited today and went up to ask for a Bacon-Egg-Gouda sandwich, the person who served and took my order was awesome. 9/10 service. Although, she was kind I later went up and asked for some Sriracha packets and how many packets do you think Starbucks gave? 1, and honestly the least the could've gave for Starbucks incredibly expensive prices is 2. We have been here many times and have consistently watched them make iced tea. Almost all of the employees use their bare hands to guide the ice into the cup! I am sure they would not like to lick my hands, neither do I want to drink iced tea that has been touched by their hands. read more

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru, wouldn't normally mind due to COVID causing business delays all over and if my drink was correct. However, ordered a London Fog and a Pumpkin Spice Latte which were BOTH wrong. One sticker was listed correct but how is a London Fog Latte given to us as two Earl Grey tea bags and water...not even hot? A pumpkin spice latte listed as "latte and pumpkin sauce" and tastes like milk with a hint of pumpkin. I don't normally post Yelp reviews as I know they can hinder business but after coming here for a couple years and recently haven't had a correct drink come out, couldn't let it go. Extremely disappointed for spending over $10 for two drinks that weren't even close to right. How do you mess up your most popular fall seasonal drink? How do you not provide tea with hot water? as with many others, I am an avid Starbucks customer but I'm disappointed with this particular Starbucks. I've been here many times because it is not only on the way to work but it's 10 minutes from my house and is convenient when I need to study (I'm a grad student.) Despite it being convenient, I avoid this Starbucks like the plague. I'm used to coming into Starbucks and having a smiley face greet me but this particular location severely lacks in customer service and friendliness. When you walk in you either get a semi-friendly greet but your drink order is wrong or get a barista with the tude' and your drink is semi decent. I was there a couple of weeks ago, early on a Sunday morning in the drive through (I was literally the only person in the drive through). I ordered a tall vanilla americano. I asked for 2 cream and 2 splendas added to my drink. I was in a rush and drove away before taking a sip. As it turns out, I paid for a shot of vanilla in my americano but no vanilla, only regular coffee with cream in it! Things like this has happened at lease 50% of the time when I'm at this Starbucks...so I don't go there and I would recommend you all to avoid it too. read more

As an avid Starbs drinker, I feel this location is lacking some oomph. I could barely hear the cashier, she talked so quietly, she didn't greet us which I guess I'm spoiled with the new Starbucks on Arapahoe because everyone is so welcoming. This store is pretty small but it has to be because of where it's located. I am happy they added a Starbucks in this busy shopping center because there's really no other coffee shops nearby. The barista made our drinks quickly, my latte tasted fine. The store was relatively clean. The drive thru seemed busy - I'm wondering if a lot of their business comes from the drive thru. Next time, I'll be sure to take some pictures since I just noticed there isn't any. read more

Great for a starbucks! It's a convenient location with ample parking. It doesn't get too busy and the noise level is definitely tolerable if you have to study. Only down side, as of the past couple months they shortened their business hours by an hour. Not a big deal as they're still one of the only coffee shops open until 9pm in this area. Also, with the new pedestrian bridge currently being built, it'll be much easier to cross Lincoln to access more restaurants before/after/during your visit. (I'll also add that this location has a ton of outlets, so juicing up your tech is very accessible) read more

The layout inside is perfect for groups and studying. There's lots of tables with outlets and comfortable chairs for reading. When I was standing in line I was waiting to be greeted when I got to the register, but I wasn't. The staff wasn't friendly and didn't greet me or anyone that came in. Jan 6th at 11:28am. Starbucks is too big and corporate to care about customers. In the drive-thru, I ordered an egg bite and asked if she could make me a pour-over coffee. "Reg 4" replied "I guess so, but you'll have to pull in front of the store to wait for it." I just told her not to bother since it was obviously a lot of work to make an Americano. Most places have been happy for business during covid. Not Starbucks! They can't be bothered. read more

Visiting here and love this Starbucks staff is wonderful and love the layout. My extra hot almond milk latte was made to perfection.

Obviously it's Starbucks the inside is great the patio is nice but the consistency of cranky people working is worth writing about. I mean I get it you take coffee orders all day and have to be there early but please crack a smile and take my order with a better attitude bc I prefer this location geographically but am about to drive out of the way for some better service. read more

I love this location! Always great service, and The wifi here is excellent. It is very clean in both the restrooms and the main coffeeshop. My only annoyance and why Ive given only 4 stars is that when I am there for a couple of hours working and I refill my coffee (to earn my lengthy stay there occasionally LOL) I am charged anywhere from .50cents to $2.00 for a refill of house blend coffee- depending on who is at the register. I always have my refillable Starbucks coffee mug with me, the same mug everytime. And everytime Ive asked about the change in price I always get the same answer, "its the size of your mug"- so Itd be nice to find out exactly how much my coffee refills are and that they were more consistant in pricing. read more

Most Starbucks I go to appreciate the morning rush and people's need to get in and get out. One of the worse set of baristas I've ever encountered. All I ever drink from Starbucks is a venti coffee Frappuccino. Months Since moving close to this Starbucks they never got my drink right. The recipe for this one is simple. 4 pumps of roast. Milk up to the first line. 4 pumps of base. One Big cup of ice. Blend. I'm always getting 2 1/2 -3 pumps because they never push that pump all the way down. No taste whatsoever.
