The employees are always welcoming and in a good mood. But the time it takes to get a drink is ridiculous. I'll make an online order at 10:00 a.m. And arrive at Dutch bros at 10:15 I'll have to wait about 5 minutes and then head inside, wait in a probably 5 minute line, just to then be told it's not ready. Then wait in the store for another 10-15 minutes for my drink. I'm not sure if online orders are prioritized as much, but regardless, the employees and drinks are always amazing and even though the waiting is ass, it's usually worth it ‍ read more

this location is amazing. You can taste the love and care put into the drinks. When I was first here in 2024 with my brother and we joked that coffee here at this location was a form of art. now on road trips we go out of our way to visit this location because of how amazing their drinks are. I always enjoy Dutch bros but this location you can taste the love and care they put into making the drinks here. Thank you Dutch bros read more

Friendly baristas, as expected at Dutch Bros! I got the cocomo with soft top and it was a great addition to our drive out west. It kept me awake and we also got a couple ice waters to keep hydrated. Good location, enough space, can't complain! read more

Made the trek to get the final scavenger hunt sticker. What a fun and different DB. This one is bigger with an open and covered patio and bathrooms. Staff is super friendly, gave my pup lots of love, and even gave us an extra sticker. Too bad this DB isn't closer to my home. read more

Very accommodating to personal requests. I got their dirty chai hot coffee and it was great. I requested oat milk and they were able to provide the substitute. Drive through was busy so I went inside and was helped immediately! I used my birthday reward and they made a personal touch to my drink. Great job! read more

Its 10:20am on a Saturday morning. My wife and I have been in line for almost 30 minutes waiting for our order. The coffee is great but the wait isnt worth it. Why is this place so slow all the time? We'll go somewhere else after this. At the window our drink wasn't ready because they had to make it. read more

I'm a coffee fanatic, so when I recently traveled to Colorado, I HAD to get my Dutch Bros fix. Dutch Bros coffee never disappoints, and I really wish they'd open one in Omaha! Every drink I've tried here has been delicious, never too bitter or burnt. Plus, the prices are reasonable, which is a nice bonus. The staff here really makes the experience. They're all super friendly, always smiling and genuinely interested in how your day is going. It's refreshing to see such great customer service! Dutch Bros also makes it easy to grab coffee on the go with their convenient drive-thru. We stopped here on our way out of Colorado, and it took less than five minutes to get our order and be on our way. They've managed to create a lively, fun atmosphere with music blaring through the speakers and the staff engaging with every customer. If you're in Colorado, I highly recommend stopping by Dutch Bros! read more

Dutch Bros has easily become my favorite place to get coffee. No more bitter overpriced coffee like other grab on the go coffee joints. The staff is also extremely friendly here. They're also friendly individually unique, which makes every interaction fun! Great personalities, and great conversationalist. So what if you have to wait an extra minute for a coffee. If you're able to hold down a conversation, you'll love the time that you spend. I get it that the brand is a little bit Bro-y, but isn't most of Colorado? Place is always clean both inside and out. No complaints here. read more

Decent coffee with a drive through option. The coffee is traditional (not too light or dark- no burnt taste) and the service is fast. A bit pricey in my opinion given the quality. read more

Love dutch bros, but honestly the dude working the front register, right side nose piercing, black sweater and dirty blond hair, he really pissed me off, don't know if its because of my appearance there, but everyone who walked in got their drinks and it took mine about 20 + mins to get it, even when i did an online order. By the time i got up to the register, i was gonna cancel because at this point its been about almost 30mins to get. He then said "let me see if it's done" it's been done and my drink was watered down already, my whip cream was melted. I saw my drink being brought up earlier from where i was sitting, and never called my name. I have worked in the food industry especially in the drinks specifically. Main priority is Online Orders & Drive Throughs. Please work on your "time management" on who to serve. At this point if your main priority is walk in & drive throughs, then don't advertise for "Online Pick up". read more

This place and it's amazing employees sometimes is the only thing that gets me through the day. They always make my drink to perfection and when they wish me a great day, I know they truly mean it ! They're wonderful people who work great together as a team. Even when they're super busy with a line of cars and people waiting, they are friendly and positive and efficient- making their job seem fun and easy. And we all know that slingin drink after drink to customers who NEED their coffee ( and need it perfect )in order to function.. well it ain't easy to keep us all happy but they do. They all deserve recognition ( and a raise!) for going above and beyond ! Worth mentioning that even Dutch bros online customer service is stellar. My app updated and therefore signed me out per usual, and I had recently Changed my phone # so i couldn't log back in since the verification code was sent to my old number and I couldn't change the # without logging in. An employee at this location gave me The email address to write the cust service dept. to ask for help. And I was so impressed how quickly they responded and fixed my issue .. even getting back to me on a Sunday! They were so competent that I doubted it was already fixed.. nothing is EVER that easy. But to my surprise when I went to grab a drink here and clicked on the app to check... viola!!! I was logged in already with my account phone # updated to my new #. So impressed! Also, I just had to include a pic of the festive holiday decor Inside! STUNNING.. the effort put into creating such an inviting space is top tier ( click on the photo to get the full panorama view) read more

Caveat to my review: if you want plain, drip coffee - go elsewhere because they don't sell it. They sell cold brew coffee (but they do sell it hot) and espresso. Check their menu online before complaining. I'm not sure how many different types of drinks they sell. I'm a fan of their cold brew coffee, nitro cold brew, teas, chais, and lemonades. I recommend checking their menu online to choose your drinks because their posted menu only lists the most popular items. There's a bigger listing online. read more

I don't know if she's a manager or shift lead but the young girl Sara was absolutely awful. She was rude, and sassy for no reason, was extremely hostile and acted too good to service anyone at the window. I will not comeback. read more

prob the best dutch bros but the worst taco bell-- shout out to the barista for making my day this morning

This location used to be amazing, and dutch bros is the best coffee place ever. But, this location has gone downhill over the last 3 months. It's closer to my wife's work, and she won't even go to this location any more, and would rather go out of her way to get a decent cup of coffee from a different location. My wife and I go to Dutch bros, at a minimum 2 times a day EACH, and this one just isn't it anymore. The quality is horrible, the customer service is just meh. I hope they can change this location for the better ASAP. read more

Possibly the best cold brew I've ever had! The caramel pumpkin flavor and the raw sugar sprinkles are such a delight.

The drinks always don't disappoint me. The service is nice everyone is nice and greets you and asks for order and gives good suggestions on what you might want based off of description. the coffee there is good sometimes but the entitled high schooler shit has gotta stop. i ordered a medium, they used my free drink but charged me for a small? so at the window i explain and she makes me pay another $5 for my coffee anyway. super rude about it. then the coffee they give me is not even the right order. read more

they gave me a large. I ordered a small. based. tastes good too. Definitely would order again

Went in around 8:00 pm to get a regular coffee. The coffee was burnt. Disappointed since this was my first time trying Dutch Brothers.

Love the staff, love the drinks, such great vibes all around i just wishhhhhh they had more food options

Yeah so basically when I get christmas morning chais they turn out ok but this time I got a plain ol chai after ordering a christmas morning chai. They use store bought Oregon chai and regular milk for this, which combined totals about 7 dollars if you buy the large cartons of each at the store. The drink I got was $6 and 1/8 the amount of what you get from kings. So the fact that they made my drink wrong and i got charged for a christmas morning chai which is overpriced in the first place (I know corporate controls the prices but still) is absurd. I would go back in line but that line is long as a mom and I don't wanna wait. I'm really disappointed guys. Don't be lazy mfs and just make my goddamn Christmas morning chais correctly dont halfass and make me a stupid regular chai and think I won't notice because they taste so different. read more

Stood in line for 20 minutes. Placed order and waited 40 minutes. Stood in line another 10 minutes to tell cashier the people that came in after me, we're getting their orders and leaving. The gave me no receipt. Had no record of my order. Offered no apology. Another 5 minutes and I had my drink, but they were really pissy about it. Never going there again. First time here and their mocha and white chocolate chai lattes are excellent ! I haven't tried the regular coffee yet.
