They made my order wrong which isn't the worst problem but their coffee at this location also tastes burned. So even if they remade my order the correct way it still wouldn't taste good. They closed off their inside as well and there's really no good reason for that when they had three people working inside. Hi, the person that delivered my coffee to me was washing something in the sink right near where the coffee gets delivered to the customer. She did something and splashed everyone waiting, got coffee stains on my shirt and didn't even apologize. Just giggled. Then when she brought my coffee to the counter, she said it down and threw the cardboard sleeve in the mess of water all over the counter from when she was washing in the sink. such bad customer service for customers who are paying seven dollars for a cuppa coffee. As of 2020, this Starbucks has seemed to improve. I never have any problems here the staff is always friendly. I'm typically at the location 8-9am so it's usually the same round of workers. When I tried a new drink the barista made sure to let me know that I could get a new one if I I didn't like it; and that was greatly appreciated. read more

So I live in Littleton village and frequent this location very often. I also work for a Starbucks and I must say I am very disappointed In this location! Half the time they forget to give me my drink which mind you is only a brewed coffee with 2 extra shots or my coffee is cold. it's very unfortunate and I hope they can get their act together or I will be taking my business somewhere else. Stuff is nice, service is quick if you go inside. The drive-through is one of the longest drive throughs I've ever had to sit in. However, if you need to use the Wi-Fi and get any work done, find someplace else! Their Wi-Fi cannot support multiple guests at the same time. This morning I had about an hour to hop on the computer and get some work done before a meeting in the area. I was never able to fully connect to my email or get the Internet to pull up the sites I needed. Both of the gentleman sitting next to me were experiencing the same problem. We all gave up at about the same time and just left. I drove down the street to McDonald's because I had some documents I needed to process before my meeting. This Starbucks has great staff, but they haven't addressed the WiFi issues. Their network provider is horrible and I get a faster connection with n my cell phone. The problem is I've run out of my data allowance because of it, so I won't be going to this location until the issue is resolved. Stopped in this Starbucks and ordered 2 tall pour-over coffees. I understand a pour-over would take time so I patiently waited for my order. After 10 minutes, I asked the barista who took my order if my drinks were ready and she said nobody started them yet and she would get them right away. After another 10 minutes, I ask again if my coffee was ready and was told "we are trying to get you your order as fast as we can." Still... no one has started the pour-over. At this point, I told the barista I'll take brewed coffee just so I can receive my order. She went to pour a cup of Pike Place and the coffee canister was empty so they had to brew a new pot. 25 minutes later, I did receive 2 VENTI coffees and a $4 gift card for my "troubles." This is a great Starbucks due to the customer service. I go all the time, and I have never had any problem with the staff. They are always friendly and helpful. I've had a wrong order once. Great looking Starbucks! Nice to have a Drive-Thru location in the area. This one also offers the Cold Brew which I have yet to try, but a great atmosphere to come and get some work done. Only downside is the Wi-Fi is very slow right now, but that is something they can work on. read more

Wow.... I've been to soooo many Starbucks and this one was so disappointing. Alex took our order and had nothing but attitude, he was even rude and impatient to the lady before us. Although it may seem like all Starbucks are the same... this one proves that wrong. There is exceptional customer service by the baristas and managers at this location, you are always welcomed in the door, and someone always asks how you are doing!
