I typically come here if I want a sweet drink but if I need actual caffeine, I'd go elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, their drinks are good! I've had a large variety of them and they've all been tasty but it doesn't work for me when I need caffeine. I just wish their coffee drinks kept me awake as needed when I order them. I've never been indoors since we typically only use the drive through. The service is still always awesome and they are always quick with my order too! read more

they're soooooooo slow here everytime i come even if i put an online AND come late i don't have a lot of time during my lunch breaks as well. read more

I used to be a regular at this Dutch Bros and went almost every day. The baristas knew my order and even knew me by name, which I always appreciated. The friendliness and energy were part of why I kept coming back. Unfortunately, one interaction completely changed my experience. One afternoon around 4pm, a barista with bangs (who I had seen there several times before) asked why I was getting coffee so late in the day. I mentioned I had been up studying for the MCAT until 4am the night before. I had talked before with other baristas about studying since it's been a huge part of my life for the past year. Instead of just making conversation, she proceeded to ask, "Don't you have a job?" I explained that I had previously worked as a nurse and saved money so I could dedicate time to studying. She then asked if I lived alone and responded with "Wow, must be nice." The tone felt judgmental and honestly made me really uncomfortable. I understand Dutch Bros encourages conversation, but there's a line between being friendly and asking intrusive personal questions. Customers shouldn't feel like they need to justify their life choices to a barista while ordering coffee. At the time I was studying 12 hours a day, 7 days a week for the MCAT. It's already an incredibly stressful process, and the last thing I expected was to feel judged while grabbing a coffee. Since then I've stopped going to Dutch Bros and now go to Starbucks instead. I used to love the community vibe here, but this interaction left a bad impression. Sometimes customers just want their coffee -- not an interrogation about their personal lives. read more

My fiance and I used to come to this Dutch bros all the time but have stopped coming here as often as it usually takes 30-40 minutes to get your drinks. Today we ordered ahead online and the app said our drinks would be ready by 3:30pm. We got there and walked up to the window to let them know we were there for a pickup. They told us they were still making out drinks but they'd be right out. We didn't receive our drinks until 4:00pm (30 minutes later) despite ordering ahead for pick up and being told they'd be ready at 3:30pm. Do not come to this location if you are in a hurry or have somewhere to be because whether you order online, order at the window, or go through the drive through, you'll be waiting 30 minutes at the very least. read more

Very slow drive thru service They shove an iPad in your face asking for a tip. You ask me for a tip I'll never come back. Pathetic read more

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Anna, who not only manages this location but also brews magic with every single cup! Seriously. There should be a sticker of the month with her sweet sincere smile stamping the front. She truly cares about her customers and strives for their full satisfaction. The drive thru is speedy and efficient, not to mention the service itself which is always stellar. I would give this place enough stars to fill a night sky, if I could! read more

See all

Service is awesome. My drink was really biter, so I went back through the drive thru, they made me another drink and wanted to make sure I was happy with it before I left again. They were very patient about the whole thing. My son and I have been on a nonfat sugar free kick lately, this place delivers so many options for us. The iced or blended taste better than the hot drinks in my opinion though. I'd say get your hot drinks from black rock across the street, but if you're looking for a cold delicious sweet drink, stop in here. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Cocomo - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Littleton, Colorado

Insanely mid drinks that you have to wait in a 15 minute line for because the children who work here take 4 minutes to put syrup in soda water. read more

Isaac was super cool and incredibly friendly from the start. He made me feel welcome and took the time to chat, which really added to the experience. I wasn't sure what to order, and his drink recommendation turned out to be amazing--exactly what I didn't know I needed. It's always a bonus when someone genuinely enjoys their job and it shows. I'll definitely be back, thanks to Isaac's great vibe and awesome service! read more

Great coffee and menu and employees have amazing attitudes however the drive through is a nightmare. Went on a Monday at 4:00 after work and waited for over 20 minutes. Once you commit to the line there's no getting out. The parking lot and drive in entrance is not ideal either. The workers seemed very frazzled and didn't know who ordered in the line vs who wasn't serviced by someone on an iPad etc. make sure you have plenty of time before enter read more

Customer service not great. They offered people before me stickers but when I got my drink nothing.

I always enjoy their coffee. The staff here was very nice and attentive while answering questions for the people in the car who hadn't been there before. They took orders in a timely manner and got the coffees out quick as they could! Even in the snow. read more

I don't know if she's a manager or shift lead but the young girl Sara was absolutely awful. She was rude, and sassy for no reason, was extremely hostile and acted too good to service anyone at the window. I will not comeback. read more

I've heard nothing but great things about dutch brothers coffee had to check it out. I was looking for something other than the big coffee place that everyone goes to. The service was friendly and very accommodating. It was a little tough because I couldn't see an actual menu when I was ordering. I got a peppermint mocha latte which was good but not extraordinary and no cheaper than the previously mentioned spot. Happy but not overjoyed by the experience. read more

Good coffee. Always get the cold brew with cream and taste is always consistent. Staff are all really friendly and seem to really care about customers and enjoy working at Dutch Bros. Only complaint is the price, but everything is pricey nowadays. read more

just sat in the drive through for 15 minutes while three employees did whipped cream shots. they were talking to their friend who ordered one drink that took the whole time to make; for reference our two drinks took two minutes. They took no orders as their friends got out of the car to do the whipped cream shots with them and watched the line increase by five cars. you could see them through the door doing whipped cream shots inside the building and they kept staring back at us and all the other cars. it wasn't until we shined our brights that someone came outside to take our order and they seemed very passive aggressive the whole time. i've noticed a reoccurring issue where dutch bros employees will take far too much time to serve and talk to their friends. i understand wanting to chat and visit with people you know while at work, it just needs to be within reason. read more

Love the coffee! Great chain.. always friendly and efficient service. Maybe a good thing that there is not one close to where I live.

i like dutch, but why does it take so long to make a drink... is there no sense of urgency when they get busy? it's not a good look and quite annoying actually. read more

Just opened at this location. Good coffee. Comparable to other coffee chains. Good for what it is.

Not only can you find the best drinks (coffee drinks, smoothies, lemonades, shakes - in many varieties) but the amazing customer service is what brings us back daily! Everyone here is friendly, professional and eager to please. Grace, Hailey and Jason are just a few of the exceptional broistas we've come across. Keep up the great work! read more

Coffee is beyond amazing. However, a worker with long hair and a beanie called me a poser for wearing a nike SB hoodie. For my whole life I've wanted to skateboard, but with my high arched feet it makes it Incredibly painful and difficult. I DID NOT appreciate the comment. Good coffee though #dayruined #childhoodtrauma read more

Okay service but they always forget toppings such as soft top and sprinkles, it is a bummer paying for something and not getting it. I understand they're busy but if it comes with the features of the drink I'd hope they wouldn't forget it. read more
