I've tried this place twice now and the burritos are just so disappointing. The customer service is exceptional, likely why they've stuck around so long. I can't decide if they make these burritos or order them, but I think they should find something more flavorful and with actual texture. Coffee was wayyy too sweet and mild as well. read more

Back again!! This time we met Bubba's Grandmother. The Co-Owner. So friendly. Chatted with us while getting our order. Just loved the warmth of the little place. Again had tamales (cheese/Chile), and a breakfast burrito for my husband. Had the delicious Chai Tea (Made with ALMOND MILK) Washed everything down fabulously. We didn't even make it home. I don't think there are many friendlier or happier owners than Rocky. I came here around 10a on a Wed and Rocky was almost fully sold out of this burritos for the day. When Rocky found out it was my first time at the place, he gave me samples of a chai, another drink, and the smoothie which were all great, especially the chai! After Rocky told me the remaining burritos, I chose a Huevos Rancheros and the Chicken/rice/chile burritos which were both really good. Personally, I liked the chicken more, but the Huevos Rancheros was good too. Would definitely recommend this place to any locals or visitors! read more

No better way to start off your day talking about skiing and fist-bumping with a total stranger, but it happened. Live pretty close to this location and have been wanting to stop in and try their burritos for a little while and glad I did. I got hooked on these style breakfast burritos when I was working downtown and really like how the tortillas are steamed and soft and the green chile is hot and spicy. Recommend stopping in and grabbing a coffee and a burrito. read more

This guy Rocky what an absolute gentleman! We show up near sell out of burritos and he immediately just started giving us samples of different burritos and drinks. In the end we bought 2 breakfast and a delicious caramel macchiato after trying the sample. He gave us a complimentary lunch burrito and a punch card to return! Found this little gem via Yelp. Shout out to Yelp and all the yelpers out there! My coworkers tasked me with finding a local restaurant to find breakfast burritos. Rocky's is Located at the corner of Pierce and Coal Mine Avenue behind the liquor store. This is drive through and is very easy to navigate. Rocky (owner) offers a variety of breakfast burritos. Each burrito is handmade and stuffed. They are a hearty breakfast burrito so bring your appetite. Rocky has each wrapped and ready to go within minutes of ordering. Other offerings are coffee, lattes, chai latte, and other drinks or smoothies to help you start your day. Rocky gave me two samples to try as it was my first time through. He gave me a fruit smoothie that was awesome - fresh, cold and just the right mix of fruits. Next he gave me a type of chai latte cold drink. This was amazing. Made with almond milk, cinnamon and nutmeg flavors to help wake my taste buds up. Rocky greets everyone with a genuineness and smile. Really amazing hospitality- when we say corner we mean corner. It's a drive through only with the nicest guy in the world. Makes the food right there and just likes to hang out and talk with everyone. It's like visiting an old uncle that breaks out food and just happy to see people. TIP: 1) They are closed Mondays (this is me crying real tears - I've driven over many a Monday only to see the light off.) 2) If it's getting near closing time, call Renee or Rocky to see what they have left and they will hold something for you. I've been here numerous times where they have just sold out before I got there. Also went once near closing time and got a freebie burrito with my order, you never can tell what may happen! 3) You can't go wrong with any type of order here. Not your traditional breakfast burrito, the burritos are small and remind me of Taco Bell burritos. The burritos are very well seasoned but I think they are pre-made for the entire day. We did get to sample smoothies that are made there and those were delicious. The smoothies were light and full of fruits. read more

I was in a hurry to go to work and I forgot that the McDonald's at Coal Mine and Pierce in Littleton was shut down. There are even "squatters" living in it. I have been to this place before. It just a small shack behind the Liquor Barn at the same intersection. It's called "Rockys Corner." The owner real name is Rocky Cordova. He has to be most friendliest guy I have ever met!! You know you going to have quality service. Don't drive a block further south to Angies restaurant. Rockys burritos and coffee are amazing! On Fridays he does barbeque. For a little shack behind a liquor store - you would surprised. My rating is 4 stars and not 5 - partially because they are not open on Sundays or Mondays. But Rockys personality is awesome!!! read more

Very cool place to grab coffee and a burrito. Drive-through coffee shack or you can pick up any type of coffee or latte you're looking for he uses Ghirardelli chocolate syrup's for his coffee is and there's a lot of different milk options. He gave us samples and he first came of his smoothies and of the chai made out of oat milk which was so good! The burritos are made offsite and you can call ahead to get what's on the menu or what's left because they sell out pretty quick and he will hold them for you. Super friendly mom and pop shop the second time we came his son was taking orders while he was making coffee's and they would flip back-and-forth was very smooth system. Never waited in line more than six minutes max. We go on the weekends is a little bit out of our way but I'm happy to support this guy and his family. read more

Rocky is an amazing guy! I was in the area and wanted to grab a burrito. Being vegan I usually don't find things I can eat and breakfast places. As I drove up I asked Rocky if he had anything, and he tried his best to accommodate me, but alas he didn't have any vegan options. What he did next really showed me what type of person we is; he gave me his card and said, give him a text on his cell phone the night before I come in and he would have something for me! My fiance drove up to Rocky's and grabbed us a few breakfast burritos and coffee. He had nothing but great things to say. Customer service was outstanding. The owner let him sample some drinks and even said he will spoil your dog if you bring him/her up there. Haha! Burritos were so tasty. So glad to finally find a breakfast burrito joint! read more

He was asked if he wanted his eggs scrambled or medium. He chose medium. I ordered two eggs, hashbrowns, toast and bacon. Given the same choice, I chose medium for my eggs as well and sourdough for my toast. Our breakfast was out in no time. The medium eggs were perfect, just enough yolk for dipping. We both enjoyed our breakfast. The bacon was the perfect crisp for me. The hashbrowns were homemade, not from a freezer. We each had enough left that we combined it into a box to bring home. The service was great. Payment is at the counter when the meal is done. They do have a sign that "cash is better." That way they are not paying the credit card percentage. I paid with cash.
