However, because we have all spent substantial amounts of time working in the service industry, we said whatever and switched and picked out donuts and drip coffees we paid, and then we were told that the drip coffees were going to be about 10 minutes cause they had to brew a new pot now Stella customer service at that point would have been for them to say hey really sorry we're out of drip coffee can I make you an Americano instead cause usually when you're having a doughnut you're not trying to wait for a new pot of coffee to be built oh and we were also visiting with a young toddler so that puts you on their time. So we sat down and waited 10 minutes while they brewed a new coffee and picked up our donuts. When the coffees did come out even though my mom and I ordered ours exactly the same hers was scolding hot and she wasn't able to drink it for a while, but mine was the perfect temperature so not really sure how that happened. A little bit of a Goldilocks situation my brother took a drink of his coffee, and the lid wasn't put on and so he ended up with coffee all over his shirt. He at this point went and said something to the staff about our experience and they ended up giving us a gift card for part of our order which was very nice but avoidable. I was hoping that we would all be like yay the salty was awesome. Let's go there all the time. I don't know that this is gonna be the case at the end of the day. And I was able to pick up some merch as well I got a oversized sweatshirt luckily I already wear oversized sweatshirt.
