This was a very friendly Starbucks. We arrived mid-morning on a Saturday & were greeted right away as we entered. The dining area was clean & inviting. There were about a dozen tables inside & an outdoor patio with umbrella tables & chairs as well as a drive-thru. Plenty of parking available too. We ordered Grilled Cheese Sandwiches on Sourdough & Apple Juices plus Bagels with Cream Cheese to-go. The grilled cheeses were wonderful, the white cheddar & mozzarella cheeses were gooey & melted & the sourdough bread was nicely toasted. Presentation could have been better, the sandwich was on a plain white plate. We also had the Everything Bagel & the Plain Bagel both with Cream Cheese. The bagels were good & flavorful...a crispy outside with a chewy inside. Overall a good breakfast! read more

Worst experience i have ever had at Starbucks. They take horrible care of their customers. I ordered a DRIP COFFEE, and all i got was HOT WATER AND HALF & HALF. What I thought was the easiest order on the entire menu turns out to be the hardest for the folks over at this starbucks. I will never be returning to starbucks again. So I went for a bike ride today and got a bit of a late start so it got really hot. About 20 miles into the ride I ran out of water and was around 5 miles from home. I decided to make a pit stop at Starbucks on Arapahoe road to get a water refill. I did not have cash or credit cards with me so could not make a purchase. The teller told me Starbucks made a policy change and will not give water out without a purchase. Now I have been a loyal customer ever since I can remember and have no idea how may thousands of dollars I've spent at Starbucks. I just return from my standard Covid daily walk. During this time, we have been to this Starbucks location several times (on foot). They have graciously allowed us to walk through the drive thru to pick up orders. Today I called ahead to get my bottle of Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup (BTW.. none better than theirs) and Cole was great on the phone.... When I got to the drive thru I notice a lot of cars, so I decided to wait until there were only a couple (for safety reasons).... I went there a few weeks ago to redeem a birthday reward (2 days after actual bday), but in the past that was always okay (been part of rewards program for at least past 4 years). I explained this to the lady working there and she asked something to her co-worker about it, and just came back to me and said sorry and shrugged her shoulders. I may consider this Starbucks as my second home as it's right across the street from my work. Shoutout to this crew, Zac always greets me with my name; for example this morning was "Hey Jenna, what can I get you today?" Or sometimes it's after I order and don't even have to provide my name here anymore. Either way, I feel so comfortable and welcome here I am so happy this location moved right across the street. I feel the crew here is family as the vibe is very friendly - get to know you type of place. This Starbucks is LARGE. It has NITRO cold brew - so fancy! So many offerings in this store that aren't at others. There is a great patio on the south side. The drive thru is always quick (although I only utilize when the weather isn't nice enough to walk). The merchandise section is large with different choices whether you want a quick gummy bear snack, a fancy coffee machine, cups/mugs or some coffee beans! The merch is always stocked and up to date with each season. The gift card options at this location are endless. SO FRESH & SO CLEAN - For as busy as this Starbucks gets, especially at 8am, I've never felt eww this is dirty. I had an offsite meeting yesterday afternoon here and in the slow afternoon slug, I saw the employees wiping down all counters, cleaning up pretty much everywhere. The White chocolate mocha i ordered was really good, the morning bun was confusing because it looks like a cinnamon roll but is not sweet at all. Several of the electrical outlets don't work because i tried to plug my phone to charge it but it wouldn't go in.... but anyway... the place is cozy for you to sit and have a coffee. read more

Brand new Starbucks with drive thru! Outdoor patio on the South side facing Arapahoe Rd. Nitro cold beer available! Food and drinks of course are the same as every other Starbucks out there. Everything is new! The staff is 2 times as big as the last staff which is good because they mentioned they are doing double amount of business now. The drive thru is perfect if you are heading West on Arapahoe Road, but not so great if you are heading East as you will have to cross over 3 lanes of traffic twice without a light. When leaving, you can exit the parking lot to the left or right, but only enter Arapahoe Road heading West. Otherwise, you need to make a right out of the parking lot and go down to Peoria St where there is a traffic light. The parking lot is a dead end parking lot where it dead ends at the drive thru exit. This makes it slightly complicated to get in and out. read more

Starbucks touts its environmental credentials, but keeps this location so COLD that you need to wear a coat inside to be reasonably comfortable, even when the outside temperature is 80. Every once in awhile I would stop by a different Starbucks and some of them just do not make the same as this place. This being one of the many sites that I visit for Starbucks isn't too bad! This shop is on my way to work and in a convenient location right off Arapahoe Road. The employees are very friendly and the service is typically up to par. The only thing that bothers me about this location is the poor set up of the parking lot. When you first turn into the lot, the drive thru is immediately to your right and then the rest of the parking spaces are ahead. The drive thru being right where you turn into your right causes congestion when other people are trying to just drive in and park their cars. I've seen the drive thru line wrap around into the main little road because its been so long, which also causes traffic in that area. Other than that though, this Starbucks is great! read more

Just left this starbucks. I ordered a hot mocca in the drive thru but got an iced mocca instead. When I told them they gave me the wrong thing the guy told me with extra confidence that it's the cup that's cold, the mocca is hot! He was so confident that I accepted and left! I started drinking it now and it is cold! Not even iced. It's just coffee in cold water. Never going back to this starbucks again. And I won't leave the drive thru until I test my beverage and make sure it's correct. read more

I'm not one to usually leave reviews on places like Starbucks but this location has some really amazing employees. My birthday was yesterday and since we have been under shelter in place orders I decided to stop by and get a my free drink today after getting groceries. Lexi took our order and at the window when she recognized it was my birthday she offered me a free treat and then also offered our two pups pupuccinos! She was so bright, kind and positive it really made my entire day. Every other employee that I has come across at this location has had the same energy. During this pandemic not only are these people still working and putting themselves at risk but they are also brightening everyone's day - something that should be acknowledged and appreciated by all. read more

This location was the first time I had used a Drive-Thru at a Starbucks location. And it will be the last time I do it. After waiting several minutes for the car in front of me to get their drink, I sat at the window for what seemed like five minutes while the person took the order from someone at the menu board. I paid for my Grande Americano and left. Got a few miles up I-25 and decided to drink my coffee. I quickly found it was NOT the Grande Americano I had ordered, but some sort of Latte. What happened to verifying the order before giving it to the customer. Granted, I could have gone back, but after hitting the highway, I didn't want to go all the way back just because I got the wrong coffee. That's on me. read more
