Normally I love this place and like to relax and hangout but I stopped by to pick up a drink for my husband and I on my way home, it wasn't very busy- I was the only one in line. When taking my order the barista was very disconnected and kept staring outside when I was ordering, then a line came after I placed my order. I don't mind waiting AT ALL and the wait wasn't the issue, but I think my cinnamon roll was forgotten and when I got it it was kinda burnt- then on my drive home I bit into a piece of foil under the roll. Because a line had formed I couldn't get the baristas attention for lids at the condiment station and after being there for awhile I left and took the risk of spilling my drink in my car. Please up your staffing lol
Just had the chocolate croissant heated up and it was delicious. Made a huge mess so don't eat it on the go but highly recommend. My friend had one of their drinks and said it was amazing but I didn't catch the name of it
Cute cafe tucked away in an apartment conplex. We stopped by randomly on the way to get errands done and was pleasantly surprised to find what was inside. It is so cute and pretty spacious. I could see it filling up during rush hours. The baristas are pretty nice. I ordered a Purple Spruce which is a matcha with sage. It was delicious not too sweet. The matcha was a bit grassy instead of bitter and earthy, but it didn't bother me too much. I prefer mine a little more on the bitter and earthier side. Definitely wanna stop in again!
Very nice cafe! The baristas were so friendly, particularly Sophia (sp?). I got the chai latte and my friend got a cappuccino. Both were well crafted and delicious. Decor is simple, clean and inviting. We were able to just relax and converse with our drinks. Prices were super reasonable. Great cafe!
Sonder is a matcha staple in the Denver lineup. Their seasonal menus are unmatched in creativity and delicious flavor combos, with both coffees and matcha flavors that never miss. I love that they carry gluten free breads and alternative milks to customize your order. If you have a chance to order the banana bread latte this summer or the honeydew melon matcha do not skip these!!
I was a bit skeptical how this would taste since it looked a bit too milky for me, but it didn't disappoint! You can really taste the strawberry chamomile, but sadly there's too little of it. The matcha is strong like how I prefer it. It's refreshing and delicious. After a few more sips, I realized it tastes like a strawberry cereal milk which is fine by me. Would get this drink again, but ask for more jam next time. P.S. their lookbook for their drinks is so aesthetically pleasing and does a great job explaining their seasonal ones
Coffee was excellent! They have a lot of seating inside and everyone was reading or working quietly when I was there. I ordered a mushroom Swiss croissant and it was so good. I will definitely be back and the baristas were very nice and efficient!
Bright, cute and serene coffee shop. It was quiet and empty on a Sunday afternoon right before Christmas week. Friendly and patient staffs. They didn't rush you and offered suggestions of the most popular vs his personal favorite vs everything else on the menu. Plenty of seating area with tables, perfect for working/studying. There's also tables and seating outside.
Denver has no shortage of killer coffee and SONDER is part of the conversation. I've had their coffee before but have never sat in the shop before until yesterday. 10/10 would recommend! I've posted about my adoration for espresso tonics and SONDER's might have instantly become a new favorite in town. They even garnish with a lemon wheel. Like an old fashioned cocktail, typically these drinks have a "curve" of peak bitterness in the beginning, followed by a more mellow sweetness at the end. This one somehow tasted balanced the entire way through. I guzzled it down way too quickly, which is probably the best compliment I could give it! Free wifi was working exquisitely. Plenty of remote worker bees like myself draining every ounce of wifi imaginable and plugging away on our computers. The door was open and the sun was shining through the shop. Though simple in design, it's extremely comfortable, and they had a steady flow of customers on a Tuesday afternoon. SONDER, I might need to head over YONDER to that part of town more often. Excellent coffee, friendly baristas, and a pleasing aesthetic. No complaints, keep doing what you're doing!
This is a cute little café in Aurora that I haven't frequented in many years. I met with a friend and we had some afternoon latte's. The café is quite small and quaint. The staff is really nice and made our orders very quickly especially for how many people were there the day we visited. I had the Chai latte and my friend had the Matcha tea. I'm not a fan of Matcha so I didn't like it, but it was well made. My chai latte was incredible. It was so creamy and smooth. They even made a design on the Matcha latte which I enjoyed. It's definitely a great place to sit down and do some work or grab a quick drink and baked treat that is good to eat.
I got their lemon poppyseed matcha. The presentation was beautiful, but it just tasted only like matcha, no hints of lemon. It had the poppyseeds on the top but no additional poppyseed taste. Their almond croissant was good, but I have definitely had better ones. The place is cute and was clean during my visit here. The staff were not friendly. They took a while to take my order and had frowns on their faces the whole time I was there. They do not honor the Yelp checkin of 10% off. I really wanted to like this place, but my visit just was not good enough for me to come back.
Plenty of parking, plenty of seating, a hidden gem. Worker was very friendly and stayed open until their closing time. Good skills on the latte art. Maybe the only wish is if they had AC on.

Stopped in finally this weekend! Such a chill relaxing vibe here at this coffee shop! I ordered myself a latte with caramel syrup. It came out nice and hot and fast. I shared a croissant with my friend and it was pretty good. Pretty flaky. The gals working were nice too! read more
I love coffee!! We love close by and i wanted to try this place so today was the day. Cute small coffee shop connected to some apartments. They had a few pastry snd breakfast burrito and of course some delicious coffee and tea! Service was great very friendly staff didn't have to wait long. A bit busy but over all great atmosphere n coffee read more

One of my favorite coffee shops in the area to get some unique flavors (especially with Matcha) Staff is sooo kind and friendly! They always seem to be in a happy mood. There is a good amount of seating but outlets can be a bit sparse so come early (I mean super early on weekends) to snag one if you are planning to work/study there. Chairs are not as comfortable but the delicious drinks make up for it. Their menu is always changing based on the season, and they offered breakfast burritos, quiches and tons of pastries. Parking is okay, it's part of an apartment complex. read more

I was a bit skeptical how this would taste since it looked a bit too milky for me, but it didn't disappoint! You can really taste the strawberry chamomile, but sadly there's too little of it. I love the vibe of this coffee shop. Feels very trendy and modern! Service was friendly and quick. I ordered a cold brew, nothing fancy and it hit the spot. There is a lot of parking and the location is ideal for mez only a 4 min drive! The noise level is a little on the louder side so I would recommend bringing headphones if youre coming here to get work done. Overall a relaxing experience! read more

Ambiance 5/5 This is a really cute place with great interior design. Great place to study, get some work done, or read a book. Coffee/Food 3.5/5 However, I think that the coffee and pastries here are okay! The pastry seemed a bit old and not as fresh/flaky even though it was heated up and the coffee tasted a bit average compared to other shops. I go here so often, I love coffee and the greater Denver area has sooo many amazing options, but Sonder will ALWAYS be in my top 3. I miss living right next door but whenever I'm craving a unique latte with housemade syrups or a good cortado with some amazing freshly roasted espresso they're my go-to no matter if it's a bit far that day. the baristas always make my day with good coffee and good conversation and whenever one of the owners, Julia, is in she always recognizes me and asks about my lil birds (who I sometimes bring in when it's warm enough)! the vibe is immaculately curated, it's clear the owners care so much about the ambiance as well as their coffee. have so much more to say but that sums up how much I love and highly recommend Sonder Coffee & Tea, either location! read more

I had picked this place for a coffee date not realizing how far it was from me. So already I was a little annoyed that I picked a place so far. But when I walked in... the drive was totally worth it! I remembered why I picked this spot in the first place. The unique drinks and minimal yet impactful decor makes me want to come back. Not to mention getting greeted by the friendliest smile. There was plenty of seating inside and outside as well!! Lots of great parking and super easy to find. read more
We wandered here after attempting to go to another coffee place that had a 45 minute wait (not going to say where) and were glad we did! Service was quick and friendly and the food and drinks were on point. We ordered a couple of cold drinks since it was warm out. I had the regular cold brew (on-tap) and my wife had the cold brew lemonade, which might sound like a weird combo, but definitely try it if you haven't before. They had breakfast burritos from Bonfire (!) which they heat up on a sandwich press - very good. The patio area was comfortable and in the sun so we enjoyed our breakfast out there. There are some other options in the area, but if you want speedy, quality service and thoughtful food and coffee, this is the spot. read more

Drip coffee is balanced, bright and interesting. A medium blend today that's hot and fresh-- I am crying right now. No styrofoam or plastic wrap anywhere near my flaky fresh croissant. No pumper pots keeping the coffee lukewarm. Service is kind and friendly. Ambiance is great by CO standards. They also have fresh, locally brewed on-tap kombucha. I am so in love. read more
Sonder is a little coffee house built into an apartment complex. It's busy and popular, and for good reason. They offer an excellent espresso menu with some specialty drinks, such as flat whites. They have some fresh bakery items, but nothing allergy friendly, unfortunately. This is a great place to get a little work done over a drink or two. read more
