On a recent visit the barista confirmed that Jubilee has new owners. I really like the new team of friendly, skilled baristas and the owner clearly has a passion for craft coffee. I'm a fan of Americanos, but on this visit, I indulged in a honey cinnamon latte. I think I've found a new favorite! I can't wait to visit again soon.

So I decided to go out of my comfort zone (closest place to me) for coffee and made a little trip into Aurora to try Jubilee Roasting. I'm glad I did because this cozy little cafè nestled in a side neighborhood was so well worth it. I walked in and was greeted by Noah (barista). He provided such wonderful energy and was very knowledgeable on the menu. He recommend the honey cinnamon latte since I like mochas and macchiato's. I enjoyed my iced coffee and the ambiance of this place is so clean and modern I will be coming back.

First off, this place is super cute and inviting! The barista was soo friendly and helpful. She let me sample their nitro brew when deciding on a bag of beans to buy. The nitro was amazing (I've had nitro in the past and didn't think I liked nitro). The beans came with a free espresso shot which was a pleasant surprise-- and also soo delicious! One of the best espressos! I'm still thinking about how good it was! The iced latte was also delicious of course. And I got a lemon poppy seed loaf that was amazing. We used the beans to make a cold brew and it came out great. Will definitely be returning!!

I usually planned my meetings at 7 am at different coffee shops around Denver and Aurora. This place showed an amazing vibe. It contained a roasters' space and an artist's studio. We received counter service and it was good. My companion ordered spicy latte while I selected Matcha Latte - perfect beverages to start the day. Parking is tight - I watched another truck squeezed between my car and another car, ready to jump out of the store if he tapped my EV. I wonder how anybody finds parking because it abut to Colfax and is surrounding by houses with lots of cars parked on the sidewalk.

An inviting, open space with botanicals and quirky artwork strewn throughout the brightly lit shop. SO much seating and remote work friendly with power outlets here and there. There is a private WiFi network, but the password was not readily visible anywhere therefore I opted for Hot Spot instead. Coffee products are tasty with a particular emphasis on their freshly brewed drips and pour overs on deck. I had a Cortado which was served with a side of sparkling water to cut through the acidity. There's was a of high acidity and quite invigorating. Loved it! They are a community focused business and their pale brick building seems to blend in some with its surroundings which are potentially sketch at best. Colfax Ave near I-225 is actively gentrifying but the residential area where this coffee shop is located is transitional only to an extent. Parking is street-side, some spots of which are in front, but the Discount Tires operations seem to spill into these spaces on any given morning, I'm sure. I parked on the street over (on 14th) deep into the residentials and I had a little eerie feeling in my gut on the walk over to the coffee shop. Never the less, I enjoyed my stay within its confines and ran back to my car (in random pouring rain) without incident.

Such a great neighborhood coffee shop! Every first Friday of the month they have free drinks. They also have a quaint courtyard for when the weather is nice.

Great coffee, great vibe, great meeting spot, and overall great community gathering space for Aurora. Coffee is roasted to perfection and is of excellent quality! Only issue I have is the price for drip is a tad high and makes this a special treat instead of a regular thing. Would love to visit more often!

Jubilee is an awesome place for your coffee/tea fix. The interior design of this place is its own vibe with a good amount of seating. They also have a bench for outside seating when the weather is nicer. Staff are super friendly and craft your beverage to perfection. The only qualm I have about this place is that the parking situation can be tricky and the street its on is mostly residential.

What a cute little coffee shop! The last time I visited was right after the Aurora location opened but I was able to stop by last weekend and everything was just as good as I remembered. Jubilee was originally recommended to me by some local firefighter friends of mine who work down the street and were raving about this place when it first opened. I really enjoyed their nitro cold brew with oat milk and honey cinnamon syrup which was absolutely delicious. Great coffee and just the right amount of milk and flavor. My aunt said it was the best iced decaf vanilla latte she's ever had. The decor and all the natural light is great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I hope to be back soon to try some of the different drinks and food options. Street parking is pretty easy. The Aurora location isn't in the greatest neighborhood but we didn't have any issues during our visit.

Jubilee is the best! The drinks are always amazing, the baristas are all very sweet, and they typically have a good selection of fresh pastries. It's also a great place to get work done; even when it's busy there's a pretty chill atmosphere. Honestly I would come here every day if I could. Sometimes parking can be tricky but there are additional spots down the side of the alley which helps.

Popped in to waste some time. Very VERY good chai latte. The art on the wall was cute and this place is a great little cafe. The cups and plates I wish I could take home with me. The scone we got was also soooo delicious. Highly recommend.

I'm not really a coffee-drinker. The only times you'll really find me at a coffee shop is when I happen to be on the go and need a place to work which happened to be the case today. When I searched for coffee shops in the area, there were a ton of large chain ones and Jubilee. I decided to try this place out and was really glad I did! Everything I got here tasted great with the coffee being strong and the sweets being not too sweet. The interior here is also really nice and calming with plenty of plants, natural light, and beautiful furniture. Since I came here to work, internet reliability/speed was also something factored into my review. See below and the picture attached for the results from the speed test. Come check this place out if you're in the neighborhood! Internet speeds: Download - 45.59mbps Upload - 22.57mbps

What an incredible place to get coffee. The staff were so patient with my questions and were kind enough to bring my drink and food to the table. It's nice and quiet for a working spot and has a good amount of seating both inside and outside. The chai was fantastic and the ham and cheese croissant was so flaky! Definitely a top spot for a Denver area coffee shop.

Or is this place brand new where it started to exist after I had been here most recently? It was a little before 8:40am. As most shops don't open until 10am or so, nobody was around on the 46th Street; the coffee shop was thus empty. I got the guy's undue attention upon entering. Cute wall decors, some tables with chairs for people to sit down, nice open bar with a display of sweets and savory are what I noticed. The drink menu (which I didn't take a picture of) is not massive but has got a good selection, all ordinary stuff. I went with my usual: doppio. I also got me one of the baklavas which I saw where all the baked goods are. The tray full of baklavas was on top of the showcase with a lid on it. Looked nicely brown and flaky. Would be a nice mid-morning snack to eat along with my doppio. The guy was efficient. After I placed my order, it was a matter of a minute or two before he handed me the two items. I was the only customer (like I said) but he was super fast. The charge was about $10 for both items. Upon glancing at the electronic receipt, I realized that the baklavas are $7. A bit pricey I thought but they are a good size. Not bad... At home, I enjoyed both of them after my breakfast. I added some almond milk and half and half in my doppio which tasted nice and bitter (for this reason, people think that I drink like the Italians; they do like strong espresso.) The baklava was so filling. The flaky layers stack on top of each other were perfected. The sweetness was just right. For this size/portion, I guess $7 makes sense; the money worth spent for.
