The store aims to combine coffee with music, so you'll notice some very cool art around the store. It also has open air seating with an incredible vibe to either hangout or work, so I'd definitely be coming here if I lived in the area. The coffee was also gorgeous - I got a pour over here and tried their Ethiopian, which was beautiful. There's great seating along larger roll-up doors, little air plants on the tables, natural wood table tops, and a poured concrete bar top. So cozy! A super tasty vanilla latte? ++ Check!! I prefer mine iced lately. They have 3 different sizes, a variety of milk options, and various syrups. So good!! Light bites such as breads/loafs, croissants, or scones? ++ Check!! Granted I had already eaten, but there were a variety of tasty looking breads and treats available. Yum! A fantastic playlist to enjoy while you work? ++ Check!! Perfectly balanced. Had the seasonal drink (rarely do I ever crave anything sweet). It was well balanced so no complaints. Would like to try a drip next time. The interior is quite cute and cozy, if not a little small! Since it's not in a super poppin' area it wasn't crowded or noisy, which I like. Good space to read a book or get some work done. Service was very chill. It felt like one of those slow days where the employees would rather chat with each other and their regulars, which is fine with me. Perhaps I am not the most approachable customer, myself. I was at Jubilee's Five Point location yesterday and had to bring my husband to this one today. The atmosphere is my favorite of any local coffee shop I've been to. There's some kind of artist co-op in the rear - makes me want to go fling some pottery. So I had a chocolate pop-tart and it was so good it's gone - no pic. My iced mocha - also disappeared quickly. I like a little espresso with my chocolate milk - and this was perfect. My husband got an Americano - today's roast was a little fruity. I can't wait to come back when the garage doors and the back patio are open! read more

Visited Jubilee this morning and what a wonderful experience it was! The shop is run by the NICEST people ever who make you feel right at home and welcome you with open arms. It's a quaint comfortable shop with positive messages written on chalkboards and paper around the place and has a lot of books to skim through. We ordered the one on one which was a shot of espresso and another shot either made into a cortado or a macchiato. We ordered one of each and while both were delicious, smooth and went down nicely, the macchiato was my favorite! It was about 2-4oz of deliciousness! If you want a delicious cup of coffee and wonderful service, I highly recommend checking Jubilee out. I live in lone tree and drove 30 minutes and would do it all over again! read more

Jubilee Roasting is what local coffee joints are meant to be. Great tasting brewed coffee, expertly crafted espressos, local art hanging on the walls, and even active art studios in the back. Seriously. Local artists call this place home, and you can just walk back see the creativity at work. We also noticed a flyer for a community dinner that Jubilee is hosting tonight (10/22/2016). Unfortunately, we are busy, but it sounds like a lot of fun. Bring a dish and meet your neighbors. I can't think of a better way to build a strong community than through the breaking of bread. In our quest for the BEST coffee shop in Denver - queue Jubilee Roasting. I've already had the pleasure of having their coffee at Quince but was surprised and excited to find out the actual roastery (is that a word, if not it probably should be) was so close to our house. A cool crisp Sunday in search of complete non-sense Christmas stuff landed us at Jubilee Roasting and we were oh so pleasantly surprised. Coffee: Face the facts that the coffee is just good. They have an option for dine-in where you get a bottomless cup which is great especially if you want to linger. Space/Neighborhood. The neighborhood itself is a little up and coming I suppose but I'm also under the school of thought that things and people are only as scary as you make them. And...after living in NYC I've realized most people regardless of money are harmless. The space itself is amazing! It is industrial but warm and inviting. There are these beautiful kind of rough wood tables with what appear to be old school room chairs. The place has simple soft music and just a homey vibe. I can't wait to return in the warmer months when the garage doors are open and the air can roll on in. Overall, I loved the coffee before I set foot in this space but most certainly plan to return. It was my frist time trying Jubilee roasting but i've been hearing about them. It was delicious and serene! Located on a very quite neighborhood(but modern and eccentric), it is not hard to find them. They have a wide-open terrace that people can just sit down and sip their coffee with friends. They have seatings for about 25-30 people and one of the interesting features about this cafe is that they provide spaces for the independent artists. And most importantly, the taste of their coffee? Very flavorful. One of the best i've tried in Denver. They do not serve brunch or any entree but they do have some pastries. Good taste, good memories. So worth the drive to Aurora! Jubilee is a beautiful, warm, inviting, and cozy space. I've been parked here for a few hours working and I plan on staying here through the afternoon. By the windows, there are blankets to sit on, and the rest of the tables have fairly comfortable metal chairs. There's even a raised table in the back that functions like a standing desk. They specialize in bright coffees. I got a bottomless cup, which I've refilled 3x now (hence my excited Yelp review...?). They have soy, almond, and oat milk. The oat milk rocks. The staff is very friendly, the tables all have little plants on them, and the music is nice background working music a la my working Pandora playlists (currently on: Lemon Jelly). read more

Had a great conversation with my barista on a sunny Saturday morning while waiting for my sister to arrive from the airport. While I'm no coffee connoisseur, I do enjoy a smooth brew. Jubilee is a little gem in North Aurora. A little too hipster for the area and kind of reminds me of the gentrification of the neighborhood, but honestly I'm happy it is there. The coffee is good, and I recognize good things take time, but I have gotten there at 7am and had to wait almost 20min for my coffee. I understand they do the whole shebang with the tamp and fresh espresso but...hurry it up a bit. The staff is usually friendly. I wish they had more food/snack options. Overall cool place but very hipstery and needs to pick up the pace in the busy weekday mornings. read more

My boyfriend and I were recently in Aurora for the first time and wanted coffee/tea, so we ended up at Jubilee. The inside is super cute and was very busy; they also have outside seating. Between the two of us we ordered the ham&cheese croissant, cinnamon bun muffin, chai tea latte, coffee, and a specialty drink (I can't remember the name). Food: The croissant and muffin were good - good sizes and tasty. Definitely get them both heated, although if you are sitting outside on an October morning they will get cold quickly. Drinks: I am not a coffee drinker, but my boyfriend said that this is probably the best coffee he's ever had... and he drinks a lot of coffee! They have an option to do a bottomless mug if you plan to stay there, which is definitely the route to go. He did not do that and regretted it shortly after, so he ended up going back in to get the bottomless. I got the chai latte w/oat milk. Their chai is on the milkier side rather than spicy, but it is still delicious! The specialty drink I got was called the Camp Dance or something like that - a mix of chai and apple cider and spices steamed together. It is SO good and the perfect fall drink!! A very comfortable coffee shop to work or meet with someone. It is always clean, which is a rarity. Ha Though not as thick and rich as Pablos, their espresso is very good as are their coffees. Peter and his blue-eyed buddy, whose name I forget, are very personable. The down side of Jubilee are; 1.) They don't know how to make Americanos. You don't just dump the espresso into the cup, you slowly pour the espresso down the side of the cup to create a nice crema. You can ask them to do this but they get annoyed when you do and, one should not have to educate them how to make a proper Americano. 2.) The two female cashiers/baristas. The tall one has the personality of a mannequin: A dead mannequin. The other female barista, is just too cool. And, in fact, she gets annoyed if you ask her to make any drink a specific way. She is the barista, after all... I don't know their names and they don't know ours because despite having patronized Jubilee since they first opened, long before they began working there, they never introduced themselves and could care less about asking us our names or even offering a cordial greeting. Why a business owner would hire such impersonal women to be the face of your business, is inexplicable. read more

Expresso, choc, marshmallow infused milk, smoked with applewood and topped with gram cracker. 10 of 10 (smore expresso) -It's a roastery. Means Unique roasts not always the same. -Seasonal unique drinks. -Cool setup. Mini patio in front. Two art galleries and florist connected to same space. -great garden in back patio it's just starting out but after few seasons will be amazing. (Not much shade atm) Cons: -no real parking area, might have to walk too. -Not much room or seating up front unless you share tables. I love the cool yet neighborly vibe, and music playing at just the right volume. I like the Whoop Whoop cold brew; the addition of cinnamon to cold foam was interesting. I'm ok with the artisanal coffee price range. I didn't like that WiFi was down on the day that I needed to do work while waiting for work on my car to be done at the nearby tires shop. And I especially don't appreciate the employees being completely indifferent about it, and not trying to troubleshoot the problem, despite having multiple customer complaints. I'm all for being off-line and being in the moment, but sometimes I do need to work. Next time, I will bring a book just in case... read more
