Cute space but not enough outlets and the wifi is terrible. It kept cutting out and I couldn't connect to most of the websites I needed. Pour over was also so weak it just tasted like water. This was a very good latte in sort of a medium neighborhood. This place does live up to it's good reviews. I came in shortly before closing but was still greeted with friendly service. I had a double shot vanilla latte and it was fantastic not too sweet not too bitter not too sour just right milk was steamed perfectly hats off to your quality control. Hurry up, strong, white, wintery winds of Denver! So I can continue to drink your sweetness coffee! And I'm not a heavy coffee consumer, but the Whole Leaf Tea of Moroccan Mint was phenomenal. This coffee and mocha surprise really impressed me. Light and creamy is it. I usually feel ill after drinking bad coffee, or any coffee, but there's nothing better than a spell casted in a hot cup of Chai. The strawberry homemade cookies are only a $1.59, and for none- coffee drinkers: Get a cold, icy drink from their fridge: Odwalla, Peace Tea, Lemonade and conventional Soda. They haven't forgotten about y'all. The room is cozy, small and lots of woody furniture. The parking sucks. It's neighborhood parking: better expect it in Colorado more and more though. The coffee/ tea becomes worth it through the parking. Be careful parking next to the rocks, because it's close to the tire exchange spot. Wanna avoid ticketing and towing fees. When I parked I wasn't impressed by the outside but as soon as I walked in the great atmosphere good me in a relaxing chillin mood. They have a small drink selection and almost no food but I´m okay with that when it´s very good quality. This coffee shop is everything. Super hip, cozy and the coffee is delicious. The staff is friendly and they'll let you sit there for HOURS without saying a word. I went to have a nice getaway from my kids. I walked in, asked for recs based on what I drink at other places and sat down. I got the most beautiful and delicious latte, then read a book for quite some time. The décor is great, there is a good amount of seating and the artist space in the back is cool. "Jubliation! She loves me again!" Jubilation: definitely a feeling I get when I discover a new coffee shop that's not too far from home. I get bored frequenting the same spots over & over (particularly the school library). So, I'm really excited this place opened up near the Anschutz campus & only wished it opened earlier during my schooling years. The space is especially nice in the spring/warmer months because of the opened garage space in the adjoining art studio. The interior is spacious and offers various seating options including a communal table, couch, high table & small 2-person sized tables. There's tasteful art on the walls, a couple of wall drawings & lots of cute small potted plants. It isn't overly decorated with art in that kitschy way some coffee shops are. They have a chalkboard where there are books on the shelf that frames the chalkboard. I had the latte for $3.50. It was nicely made & had a great flavor (not over roasted, not bitter, not too sweet). I had the oolong tea for $3 (you get about 3 steeps out of the loose leaves). The tea was a lot lighter in color than I expected & had a very burnt rice flavor to it (very similar to the Japanese rice complimentary teas @ Japanese restaurants). The tea comes in a tiny tea vessel so 3 vessels would = about 1 large cup of tea. The only foods they offer are donuts for $2, bananas & churros for $1. The menu lists that they have seasonal drinks but I'm unaware of what the current seasonal drinks are. The workers were sweet/friendly & apparently their vision (as stated in the bathroom chalk scroll) is to open channels of communication to allow for the summation of minds & art to something, etc, along those lines peace, love, community, something. It's been a long time since I wrote a review, but the writing gods have been pushing me to start writing again, so here I am. I've been eying up Jubliee for ages, but it was rarely on my route to work until the last few months. Cue me trying every coffee shop between Colorado and Peoria on Colfax! Sorry, I'm digressing... Jubilee is set back off of Colfax and Kenton, just near the Discount Tire. You can't miss the gorgeous mural on the Colfax side. Forgive me for the hyperbole, but walking into Jubilee is magic: warm wood tables a plenty, beautiful little succulents strategically placed, lovely old books grace the wall near the cheerful chalkboard, and the smell of delicious coffee pleases the senses. And let's not forget the awesome staff, who now know me by name. (Is that a bad thing? I'm not sure yet...) Okay, the atmosphere is superb and the staff is topnotch, but what about the coffee? I'm usually a chai or tea drinker, so I can confirm that Jubilee is serving up a delicious chai! I've also sampled the americano, also fantastic. With the care and dedication I've seen, I'm sure the rest of the menu is spot on. The only downside to Jubilee is that they close at 3PM, so I can rarely get here after work. I would love to sit and relax at this gorgeous coffee shop, but my visits must be brief as I rush to work. If you find yourself over by the Anschutz Medical Campus, I highly recommend popping over to Jubilee. It's become my favorite new coffee shop this side of town! I spent my month in Denver hunting down a new coffee shop to explore every day. It gave me the chance to check out the coffee scene, taste some local roasts, and change up the environment while getting some work done. I came across Jubilee while I was at Quince the prior day. The barista had mentioned that they had just opened and they had bought a small batch of their coffee for one of their drips of the day. I checked out their website and I was on my way the next day. Jubilee Roasting Co. has a somewhat discreet location. I walked right past the front door without even knowing it. The interior is more cozy. Half is fashioned like an old cabin while the other portion is dedicated to small batch roasting - behind that is a studio space for art. Their mantra is written on a chalkboard adorning a bookshelf. Having just opened a week prior, I was kindly greeted as the only customer thus far by the barista. They were out of their drip for the day so he expertly poured me a cup of their El Salvador Llametpec on a Kalita wave. Having just opened, they are working to get everything up and running. Their hours are a bit limited, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, but I'm sure that will expand as their business ramps up. The concept is spot on with what I look for in a local coffee shop - coffee and community. Glad I found this terrific place while hanging out at Children's Hospital! Located off Colfax, behind tire shop (tip: You can park in the alley spots marked "Discount Tire Only"). Totally worth the discovery - locally roasted roasted, this is the good stuff. Nice, eclectic blend of industrial space in the back for roasting - also space for art creation, wooden tables and chairs, outdoor seating and a really nice coffee bar. REALLY GOOD espresso, aeropress, cold brew on draft. Lots of options! Jubilee offers plenty of brewing methods, several different beans from which to choose, and solid drinks. The baristas know their stuff, are patient and good at guiding you to what you'll most enjoy. Props to Nick and Jacob, you guys are great! Food options mostly limited to delish looking pastries, but alas, nothing much for this low carb guy. read more

I wasn't initially happy about getting my flat tire repaired at Discount Tire at 8:00am but the staff there directed me to wait at Jubilee since I was in search of coffee. Such a happy accident! The space is gorgeous with open garage doors letting in the breeze, warm wood tones, an easy vibe with plants, music and art all around. The staff are nice and helpful. I used to live in "RiNo" back in the '90's and this place reminds me of coffee houses that sprung up in the neighborhood (before Shake Shack took over!) and even better - the coffee is delicious. Another great spot that weaves itself into the local community. I had heard about Jubilee from a few of the coffee shops in the area that use their beans. Jubilee is located in what I would call "Old Aurora", right off of Colfax, west of the Anschutz Medical area (by I-225). Great little building, a beautiful mural painted on the outside, today one of the glass garage doors was open and the breeze was pretty nice. A variety of seating, primarily tables and chairs and a long bench in front of the second glass garage door. You can watch the entire roasting operation from your seat. Cloth bags with beans being emptied into the tumbler, beans being roasted (with a very watchful eye the entire time!), and paper bags being prepped to package the beans. One of the baristas doubles as the resident artist whose work is displayed on an old school chalkboard! Speaking of artists; Jubilee provides space to local artists at the back of their shop. Not large, but enough space and light (and ambiance!) to truly be creative. Jubilee does have nitro (very smooth), but did not have any sugar-free syrups. I almost never, if ever, give a one-star review, but something was really off with my mocha. I went in to get a coffee and tea while my girlfriend was getting her COVID-19 vaccine, so I did not get a chance to try the mocha before leaving the shop. I am not sure if something was bad with either the roasting of the espresso, the milk, or the chocolate flavoring, but something was sour in it. I tried it numerous times to maybe see if it was just me overthinking the taste, but it was not smooth at all. I have been to a lot of coffee shops since moving to Colorado last year, and had this on my list to check out as it had really good reviews on Google, Yelp, etc. but man was I disappointed with my mocha. Again, really not sure what was up with it, but just tasted very sour and off. read more

Good service, good coffee. Really mellow vibe on a Thursday afternoon. Quiet chill music and amazing mochas. I chilled back and sat in a big leather couch and had my mocha and just was really comfortable. Nice place to take somebody to impress. Right behind discount tire which also had great service. I found JubileeRoasting at the farmers market and was dazzled by their Peruvian roast. Wow! Now I drive across town periodically to purchase their beans. So so good.
