It was my first time to visit Sojourners today. I got the spicy chai latte with almond milk. It was pretty good but was $8.16 without tip...ouch. There is a good amount of seating. 6 tables for two people, 5 tables for 4 people and two couch seating areas. The vibe was cozy. The two seat tables were all taken by people on laptops and the tables with four chairs were mostly taken by groups of older ladies. It wasn't loud but had a good amount of conversational background noise which was nice. If I were to come with a friend I wouldn't be worried that the table next to me was going to listen in to every word I was saying. They had a good pastry selection with a couple of gluten free options. They do have a sign that states they cannot guarantee there is no cross contamination of allergens. Sojourners has become one of my go-to coffee spots to meet up with friends, clients, or colleagues. I like that they have different seating areas and it's not tiny on the inside. Recently I met a new colleague and ended up opting for a latte - possibly my first ever latte? (I tend to be a black coffee kinda girl). But they had an 'almond joy' latte on the menu (made with almond milk, sensibly). It was delicious - I can see why people get lattes haha. Staff here is friendly and I just like the overall vibe. Easy parking in their lot and people of all ages doing different stuff here is nice. It's not aimed at a specific group of people and it's not 'overdone' or hyper modern. Pretty wide open local coffee shop with a variety of special drinks. The menu updated and they no longer have panini. Service we got was pretty bad. Cashier/barista was pretty unfriendly. I heard great recommendations on their panini and was very excited to try. Did not see on their menu and asked if they had panini. Cashier/barista just pointed at the menu above and we felt like it was such a nuisance for us to have interest in learning more about the menu and any questions are unwelcome, we should just look at the menu and dont ask any questions. According to the menu, they no longer serve panini. We tried some sandwiches (comes with potato chips), butterfly tea, and pistachio latte. It also took a while for us to get our food. Food and drink was good but service was not and pretty disappointed with the experience. read more

Sojourners has some really interesting menu items. I got the Bluebird (blackberry and white mocha) and while it was a flavor I'd never experienced anything like, I did enjoy it. Neat coffee spot! Walked in to see lots of people relaxing and board gaming while enjoying the pastries and coffee! Ordered the s'mores latte as recommended by the cashier and it was so tasty! Stopped by for a coffee to go real quick and ended up leaving with a coffee and a churro croissant. I really wasn't here for longer than five minutes. What I can say though is the coffee was delicious, my daughter was obsessed with the churro croissant, the place is decorated so that you feel welcomed, the service fast and friendly. I wanted to like this place because it is in a great location but the service was awful. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and received a cold ham, egg and cheese sandwich. Recently went here with a friend, and I think it is a great place to hang out and chat. Lots of seating between tables and couches. It's pretty dark inside, but it was nice and cozy. Overall my chai was fine. Nothing to rave home about. It was a bit expensive though. It's a convenient spot for an area with minimal coffee shops, but I wish it was a tad safer to walk to. Nice little cozy coffee shop with great food and drinks! I love their wide and creative selection of specialty drinks. I got their Blue Bird (blackberry and white chocolate mocha), and it hit the spot! Their churro croissants are to die for, especially warmed up. It was very relaxing and beautiful in here. It is on the expensive side. It was $16 for my small latte and Danish. The service was pretty good, but not overly friendly by any means. Great cozy place! Comfy couch and chairs for communal seating. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor tables. Baristas are quick and friendly. My son and I stopped in for coffee and I pastry lady week after his swimming lesson on a recommendation from his swimming coach. What a charmingly cute shop! I loved the decor!! The staff were very friendly and helpful and my drip coffee was tasty and strong. He picked the cherry croissant. I thought it was okay and would probably try something else next time. The reason for the 1 star is due to how the manager was speaking to her employees. She was rude and especially to the new employee who is learning. He was doing a great job and she was being horrible to him. It almost ruined my visit because I do not like to see employees reprimanded in front of customers. Sadly, I lost the paper I wrote down their names on, but needless to say the manager needs to calm down and learn to treat their employees with more respect. I will continue to go to this establishment, but if I see a manager treating an employee like I saw before it will be the last time, but please do better! On to the positive! A fun local place that is cozy! There is plenty of different types of seating... couch, tables etc. The decor is very cute with suit cases being used and tables. I really loved the look of the place. The chai I ordered was one of the best I have had, and I am picky. Then, I tried their Pastel de Nata and WOW. They are delicious and was sad not to see any the last time I was there. Don't go to this coffee shop. The food is all from Costco and marked up like crazy. Muffins, bagels, burritos, danishes, literally all from Costco. The coffee is too sweet, the smoothies are too sweet (and premade). The microwaved Evol burritos (from Costco) burn your mouth. Whoever owns this place clearly takes no pride in their work. As a whole it just comes off as lazy. There are tons of great bakeries or restaurants in town, they could source pastries or breakfast foods from instead of buying everything from Costco and marking it up so extremely. I will never go to this coffee shop again, and I suggest you don't give them your business. Go to one of the several coffee shops in town that actually tries and has food from other small businesses or that they make themselves on site. read more

Quite disappointing. 75% of the food menu is from Costco - the pastries, bagels, breakfast burritos (frozen Evol burritos), etc. The coffee and the smoothie were way too sweet and we couldn't finish them because of it. The shop itself looks like it might be a nice place to spend some time except for the overwhelming smell of essential oils+cleaning products? The service was fine. I came in this past Monday unsure of what I wanted and was recommended "That Me Espresso" by one of the employees, Erin. It's like a latte with white chocolate and salted caramel, which sounded absolutely delicious. While looking over the pastry options, Erin asked if I had any song requests for her to play on the radio, and played "espresso" by Sabrina Carpenter for me. Erin was really sweet and fun, and made my visit enjoyable. Unfortunately the prices of the menu items are way too expensive, considering the pastries are clearly from Costco. A single pastry here costs more than half the price of a four pack at Costco. I would love to go back because the atmosphere was pleasant, other drinks with fun names sounded good, and Erin provided great service, but with these prices it won't be possible. read more

It's a quiet and cozy place to work. My go-to beverage is their nitro cold brew, but lately it's been out of stock due to supply shortages. Outlets may be a challenge but along the left-side tables you'll find consistent power. Amazing staff and service. Highly recommend for a quick stop-in or for longer remote work sessions. read more

Stopped here with my husband one Sunday afternoon and had a delightful time. I got a chai and he got a vanilla latte and we a pastry. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere of the cafe is great. The cashier was helpful in giving me suggestions, but I really didn't mind taking my time to decide. Then after feeling a little pressure to order, I paid and waited to the side. My drink was called so I went and grabbed it. I asked the other worker if the bag was my desserts and he mumbled something not making it clear. Long story short, I waited to the side for about 5-7 minutes thinking they were still working on my dessert, but low and behold the bag was in fact mine.
