After trying another business in the area, I (and my pup) will not stray from our beloved DB! We love the coffee, the pup cups, and most importantly--the people that work there. Most know my drink and my pup and always have time to give her the attention she demands. I usually get a simple Americano with flavored syrup which runs under $3. At the other shop, it was over $4. So I decided to give Dutch Bros Coffee a try since I've been seeing them lately. I stopped by on my way back home, and noticed that they had a long drive through line so the coffee must be really good. I ended up ordering at the window and I got a hot mocha with chocolate macadamia nut flavoring and man..... this coffee was pretty good! It was a tad bit sweet but overall really good quality. One of the barista's and me chatted about how he was going to school to get his masters and I was telling him I was doing the same thing. I got a iced Lavender Matcha Latte. Nice drink. My sister loved the Mocha Latte. I sat at one of plastic coated picnic tables while waiting for my order. The line is slow for the drive thru and is usually long no matter what time of day. I ordered from the window instead of waiting in the drive thru and it still took about 10 minutes. Not really worth it, so you might as well just get in the drive thru line unless it's a nice day outside. Coffee is great. I love all their limited time drinks. All their drinks have funny names. One of my favorites on their standard menu is the annihilator. Employees are friendly, but not as friendly as I was expecting based on their reputation online. read more

If you like coffee with a lot of sugar this is your place. We come here every now and then and enjoy it each time. Great seasonal options and a plethora of flavors to choose from. One thing I do find interesting is that this is not a traditional coffee house where you can sit and work while you sip your coffee, apart from a few picnic tables outside, there is no real place to hang out. The staff is always very friendly and to be honest, I have never seen this place without a line, so the fact that it moves relatively quickly is shocking. They have someone take your order in line and at peak times they have multiple people taking your order. Staff can be pretty quirky at times, they tend to ask a lot of questions but they come off personable. The one downside for me is that I like to taste my coffee and not just sugar. Some of the drinks are so sweet that it tastes like you are just drinking sugar milk, which for my husband is why he likes it (he cannot stand the taste of coffee). Worth a try if you're nearby one, and if the drive thru line is crazy you can always park and order at the window. read more

I came through here yesterday to get my coffee that morning and was surprised how long it was taking to get through the line. I go pretty early so I usually don't have to deal with such a wait but this time I did. I asked by it took so long to get through the line when i got to the window and the girl up there said it was a sticker day while handing me one. There was another couple minute wait at the window to get my drink, I dont know why the drinks werent being made as fast but the girl at the window kept me entertained. We talked about rock music and Taco Bell before she got my drink to hand off to me. I came back this morning to see her again but I think she was supposed to came in later today. I cant remember her name but she had glasses and that cow ring in her nose. Today's example was the pup bandana. I was there at 8:00 a.m. with my pup and they were already out. I work evenings and don't get home till 12:00 a.m. there was no way I was getting up at 4:00 a.m. to be there at 5:00 a.m. - that's pretty ridiculous. Then, I just noticed that you don't even have to have a dog with you to get the freebie. That makes no sense at all. Unless the baristas know you and know you have a dog ok, but just to give anyone who wants one? Come on now. You know a ton of people have dogs. I don't understand why they don't stock there stores appropriately for their giveaways. I wouldn't expected them to have them in the afternoon, but just a few hours after they open? We decided to do a walk up since this was my first dutch experience. Girl Sam helped me at the window, and I told her what I was kinda looking for. She recommended a drink, and gave me a sample. It was too sweet for my taste, so she recommended how to make the same thing, just less sweet. Anyway, she made my drink, and it was great! I'm not a coffee snob, infact I don't even drink the stuff. I am however very particular about my tea. I have for months seen this little place with a big reputation full of cars every time I drive by no matter the hour. As luck would have it at 7 this evening there was no one in line. HA! I'm going!!! I've never been, had no idea what they actually had and little I dislike worst then being behind someone who has no idea. Like at that golden arches place where the menu has changed little in 40 years but they stare at the menu like it's their first time and all new. I drive up in fear of being that person and excitement of a nice hot cup of tea..it like 28 degrees out so that sounded awesome. All the sudden as I rounded the first turn a lovely young woman appeared with a tablet thing and asked if she could help me. Oh thank gawd!!!! Immediately 5 cars suddenly joined me in line. The pressure was on! She asked what I was looking for once I told her I had never been. I gave her the Earl Grey and she immediately asked if I had ever had a London Fog...OMG!!! That was actually what I wanted!!! She was a mind reader. She pushed a few buttons, gave me a total (over 1.50 less then the place with the big S) and I inserted my card in the tiny machine and drove ahead to my new future. At the window the place was a buzz inside preparing beverages. The dude at the window was epicly nice and grabbed a big old cowbell to ring when he found out it was my first time. Who doesn't need more cowbell??? He gave me a lot of great info about things they could make, no longer punch cards because of Covid and they are in the process of developing an app. 10% off gift cards and a special holiday coffee. I was presented with my hot beverage and off I went giddy with anticipation. My destination was only a few blocks away so I waited. I got myself settled with my blanket and beverage so I could enjoy. Wow!!! It was perfection, the flavor of the Earl shown through the cream and vanilla which was the perfect blend for my taste without having to ask for more vanilla I'm also obsessed with the lid!! Less need to worry about the gaping hole in most cups other places provide, its got a spout!!! I'll be back again for sure!! This place is an A++ in my book. I was very impressed with all of the staff they had working and how well organized it was and how prepared they were! Everything was on point! The staff was probably my favorite part from my first visit at a Dutch Bros. Every single person I came across was energetic, knew what they were talking about and just overall nice. The process was easy, fast and fun! Since it was opening day we got a free Dutch Bros car freshener and some stickers! Overall, an awesome experience.! Lastly, the actual reason my sister and I came here for.. the DRINKS lol. They are pretty freaking good. For having new staff, they sure knew what they are doing! We were first timers and can't wait to go back again soon! For an opening weekend it only took us 15-20 minutes in a drive thru line. SUPER LONG LINE - at least 20 or more cars. It went by fast! Plus they have an amazing staff with iPads taking your order so the progress is smooth. This weekend there was a sign stating only credit or debit cards please. No cash. Please don't forget they're working their behinds off too. So don't be a jerk. Give yourself enough time, so you're not late to work, and blame them (witnessed a customer in the drive thru yelling at them). I have ordered many different drinks here. From the hot chocolate, the Chai latte, and the Golden Eagle (their Carmel macchiato version)...it's all been piping hot and delicious. What's better, I don't get the weird bubble guts like I do from SB's drinks (sorry if it's TMI). Super cool business model! I thought the drive-thru only situation would mean that we'd just get a quick, impersonal experience. I was right about it being quick but wrong about the latter assumption! They have friendly humans walk up to your car to take orders from an iPad so that you don't have to do any awkward leaning to reach the intercom or be confused trying to decipher a muffled anonymous voice on the other end. My partner loved his coffee and I had an refreshing and delicious tea blend.
