I've driven by this establishment a few times and never had a chance to check it out. Its a cute little drive up coffee shop. The first time we stopped we had a chat with the gentleman. I have a usual coffee drink that I enjoy. Boring..I know! Depending on the coffee it differs in taste. Thought that I'd change it up some and try one of the coffee specials. Man I am so glad I did. Located right off of Parker Road. You can drive up like going through a drive thru here. I got the purple palm latte. They got it to me super fast. It tasted incredible! I felt though that the price was kind of high. The staff are really nice. They gave my kids all fruit snacks free of charge, which I thought was really nice! If you are on Parker road in the morning, definitely pull off real quick to try out this spot! read more

The Coffee Cabin is exactly what the name sounds like. Its an actual little cabin on the side of the road. I decided to stop here since its also near the recreational bike path that runs through the city of Parker. Coffee Cabin is a great little drive up place at Parker Road and Ponderosa. This place will probably trigger leftists - it's unabashedly conservative and patriotic politically. It's a great alternative to most coffee shops which can be very left-oriented. Okay, the actual review: Great service, great coffee (including their Whiskey barrel coffee, which uses beans aged in whiskey barrels, which i really liked). Not many food options, but they do have good burritos and cinnamon rolls. My personal fave drink is a large red eye coffee (brewed coffee with added espresso shots) with cream. Staff is friendly, service is quick, and the vibe is refreshing! read more

I love coffee especially from small coffee shops. Living in Parker I have tried all the other small coffee joints but avoided this one. Honestly because they have a huge sign out front that says -PRAY- I find that stuff off putting but figured I can overlook a bit of overzealous preaching for good coffee. Well...I got run of the mill weak coffee. The service was weird. It was like the woman had a problem with me even though I'd never met her previously, super weird almost creepy staff (think scene in a small horror film these would be the crazy backward townsfolk.) I was both confused and amused that my gut feeling about this place was spot on. Avoid at all costs go down the street to Ju's coffee they know how to treat people and coffee. UPDATE: After writing this review I was gifted with creepy preaching messages from "Jim" he claimed he doesn't work here but I'm seeing that he sends these messages to several people who post negative reviews. It's very clear that "Jim" has a dog in the fight. The messages are amusing in their weirdness but also annoying. read more

The fact that this is family owned speaks volumes. the Owner Brandon Messer is very professional and upbeat! They recommended this fantastic drink that taste like candy apple! The food is even better I would absolutely recommend their caramel rolls. I could not stop eating them! I just love Wes and his wonderful business! I try to stop here anytime I'm in Parker. The unapologetically American and thin blue line decor is amazing. My husband and I stopped by today and my husband (who doesn't like coffee) wanted a Red Bull drink but didn't know what flavors they had. Wes reassured him and whipped him up "a mean Red Bull" which had chunks of fresh pineapple, some kind of syrup, and a splash of some kind of cream or milk. Needless to say it was delicious! My mom and I got some hot lattes from here today and it was my first time trying coffee from here. The coffee was absolutely delicious and the lady who attended us at the window was very polite and had an amazing attitude! I've read reviews from this place and they all checked out. I love how small this coffee shop is and how you can easily pull up and order your coffee through a little window. This place had the best latte i've ever tried (other places made it too sweet or too bitter) but this latte was top notch. I love small business and support local ones in Parker every opportunity I have. I visited this place a few weeks ago twice and this one is a tough one to like, Zero stars if I could. The coffee tasted terribly burnt despite a couple of tries and I couldn't even let the guy know as he seemed threatening in his demeanor both times. While a small business like this should focus on quality products with a welcoming demeanor, this one seems to focus only on their decor instead.
