This was the first place we came to after getting off the plane for our Denver trip! We were both exhausted, so I did a yelp search and found this place! Boy am I glad we did! The mission is simple but powerful, they want to help nonviolent felons and kids stay out of trouble! They support organizations that help this mission! I also love how their company is built with employees in mind! This world would be a better place if more people were like that! The vibes here are very chill! There are 2 TV's to play games or watch! They have plenty of board games too! Honestly it felt like going over to someone's house! We loved this place so much we came twice during our short 4 day trip!! My boyfriend got the latte with 4 shots of espresso and I had the lady finger with oatmilk and 5150 with oatmilk. There cold foam is dairy but it was soooo worth it!! Absolutely delicious on the lady finger drink!! Starbucks could never! Our drinks were always good and done quickly! The staff is truly amazing and so fun!! They really made us feel welcome! Don't walk, RUN TO SUPPORT THIS PLACE!! They also have dirty sodas and Red Bull energy drinks that they can flavor! I believe he said they have 80 syrups!!! So you can really go crazy with whatever you want here!!

They have an expansive menu filled with your traditional favorite flavors, as well as seasonal options. I ordered the Apple Pie Latte, hot. This drink is packed with tastes of apple, cinnamon, caramel, and brown sugar. Literally fall in a cup. I can imagine that Fika is extra dreamy during October-November. I'll need to make a return trip to sip on a latte with views of the leaves changing colors.

But this location does not offer the same level of excellence in service, or in expertise when crafting coffee. Not only was my husband's warm brew incredibly watery, but he said he could taste grains inside, swimming at the bottom of his mug. On top of which, my own iced breve lacked any flavor, despite the fact that I'd requested an addition of three separate flavors of sugar-free syrup pumped in at the end. Seating was pretty limited, as most tables were taken by students of all ages hunched over open laptops, alongside tubby backpacks. The temperature in the lodge was nothing short of stifling, and as this has been an unseasonably warm winter, the high degree seemed extreme. I found myself sweating, even after shedding several layers, and had to walk the property in order to cool down at one point. Thankfully, the surrounding scenery of panoramic mountain views offers its own mesmerizing draw, in this particular location erected off the beaten path. Parking is tight and can be tricky when snow patches take up half the lot, as another review mentioned. I appreciated the fact that the bathroom was clean and housed lots of charm. There are sugar-free syrup options on the menu, alongside gluten-free pastries, which is always helpful for those with dietary restrictions like myself. I did fall in love with the colorful little library, cheerfully offered at one end of the lot. Books, like coffee, bring a community together. This place is worth a visit, but I wouldn't recommend going in the summer, unless they know how to actually use the air condition.

It's not drop off daycare, but you leave your kids in the nursery while you have a coffee with your friends, or work etc in the coffee shop. If it's warm they play in the playground outside as well. Very well organised. The drinks are all very reasonably priced. My 16oz tea was $1.75 and the coffees are a little more. The seating area is clean and comfortable, everyone is very friendly. There was even a child safety seat in the restroom if you don't want to leave your kid strapped to the change table! Feeling bad about not utilizing such a cozy place often enough, when I was running errands in the area, I was eager to spare 10 minutes out of my day to re-appreciate it with a cup of latte. The lady upfront was welcoming. The temperature outside was warmer for a typical mid-November day and yet seeing her smile warmed me up more. As usual, I got me a triple latte in a medium size cup. I'm between cappuccino or loaded latte (meaning extra shot); lately a triple latte has been my go to. My latte was made generously all the way up to the rim of the cup. And when I took my first sip, I got the instant gratification; it truly hit the spot. Cuteness is what this shop is all about. The decors throughout the store are adorable. Some goods are for sale. This shop is conjoined with a little country shop. Once you are inside the building, the coffee shop is to the right. A young lady welcomed me with a smile. I was the only person at the time of the visit so I was immediately helped. The drink menu is a good size. They also have a decent selection for breakfast and lunch items.
