This is a really cute rustic little coffee shop tucked away in the shopping center near the Elizabeth post office. I stopped here for a mocha and a pastry while running some errands. The decor and atmosphere is really cute and rustic. There's a bunch of seating. The cashier/barista was very friendly and the service was fast. My mocha was really good. Not overly sweet with just the right amount of chocolate and great coffee flavor. The strawberry pastry I tried was super buttery and flaking and had just the right amount of fruit filling. I will absolutely be back since I now live in the area. A must stop by for anyone looking for a good coffee and a great place to read/study/work. They also have a food menu including sandwiches and other breakfast/brunch foods as well that I am looking forward to trying. read more

A Warm and Homey Small Town Hangout I go through Elizabeth about 6 or 8 times a year and I never miss dropping in to this coffee, breakfast and lunch place. My one beef is that they don't offer a light roast coffee. Otherwise they have everything. My personal favorite is the bacon & jalapeño breakfast burrito which is among the best I've had anywhere. They'll whip up whatever breakfast you want, and in a hurry! They have all the usual expresso drinks and teas and it's all served up in a very cozy and inviting atmosphere, generally (my experience) among quite a few locals relaxing or taking care of business. This is a cute place in the making. They are working on renovating the floors. They have plenty of seating so I actually didn't notice right away. They have just enough chic decorations with lounge chairs and wooden table and chairs. My coffee was okay. I had a small cappuccino and I appreciate him asking if I wanted a second shot. Someone understands that amount of espresso doesn't have to mean bigger cup and more milk. Good location and good space with plenty of parking. open until 4:30 pm most days. read more

I get coffee here every couple weeks. It is right next to the post office, so it is very convenient. I get a kick out of being called "young feller" pretty much every time I walk through the door. This is not my favorite latte in the Denver area, but given the limited choices for 15 miles in any direction, it is pretty darn good. Prices are typical, and the staff are very friendly. The also sell sandwiches, salads and baked goods from Udi's Bakery. In addition, they have Bluepoint Bakery muffins, sticky buns, cookies, and raised bread cinnamon rolls. Furthermore, they also carry local foods and treats, with Mame's Breakfast Burritos, and Rose's Creamery's Ice Cream. But, I mostly come for the coffee. This really is a social hub for Elizabeth. You will run into locals of all ages, some families, and even random bikers who have dropped in for a drink. They do live music on certain days, and are open late on others. They are closed on Sundays. read more

Just a quick update. Still liking Isabella's. They are a community hub as well. They offer cool stuff from time to time in synergy with local artists and food producers. Such as painters and local ranchers that sell grass feed beef. If you are local check them out and support them regularly. I wish I was a bigger fan :( They have great tea but I don't enjoy their coffee. It's acidic to me. I've tried an Americano several times and each time regret it. Several of my friend feel the same way. Bummer. The place is clean tho and people friendly. read more

We came to meet up with family. The service was friendly, warm and efficient. Sandwiches were well made and tasty. We just moved to Elizabeth and I was so excited to try this place. I am giving it three stars because I had one great experience and one awful one. The great one included some delicious chili, am iced tea and an afternoon spent working here. The awful one involved waited almost 45 minutes for two sandwiches to go, only to find out they didn't have the croissants I wanted. I should have asked for a refund and left but I continued to wait. I got home with the sandwiches (turkey) and opened them to find out they both had guacamole spread all over them which I had specifically asked NOT to have, and they were both heated so the tomatoes and mayo were literally melted into the sandwich. I almost threw up - both went into the trash. Sat for an hour to end up throwing away $20 in food. We ended up ordering pizza and waiting another hour for it so we had energy to start unpacking. I live in Elizabeth and know they are a local business and the owner is very nice so I am not giving up hope that this improves. Just check your sandwiches before you leave! read more

I've only had regular coffee here and only a couple of times. The first time I asked a lot of questions. The coffee is organic/ fair trade and good. I can drink it without any half and half. Most local coffee is not very tasty. The staff is really nice. PS I am guessing that they would take advice on lattes or espresso to heart so go ahead and say something and we'll get a place that is good for those,too. read more
