I prefer to taste a bit more of that espresso, personally, but it was still decent and better than a few other options I've had downtown. They have a few pastry options, and cold breakfast burritos from Kiowa. The burrito was great! Flavorful. Several spots to sit in and eat/drink, and a few cute bistro tables/chairs outside on the sidewalk. The one thing missing for me was the service/hospitality. The staff couldn't be bothered to respond to a thank-you, and the demeanor was just a bit strange overall for a customer service role. They were happy to chat amongst each other, though. Maybe it was just an off day, so who knows, we might try again. Overall, I'd recommend giving it a shot.

This location has plenty of seating and cute decor. We tried the breakfast burritos and they were delicious. The lemon poppyseed scone was good too. The spicy chai was definetly spicy but not in the way that I was expecting. Instead of a stronger traditional spiciness associated with chai (such as cloves, cinnamon, etc) there was an unpleasant burning flavor/sensation in the back of my throat after I swallowed each sip - almost like a cayenne or something. It ruined the whole drink and now I know to avoid the spicy chai and I will just opt for a regular chai next time. My husband enjoyed his iced vanilla latte. Make sure you go early on the weekends otherwise there will be a line out the door and they will be sold out of burritos and pastries.

The milk chocolate is definitely harder to bite into but I recommend leaving your bar out to room temp and cutting before you eat it. Haystacks were a disappointment as there wasn't much coconut and mostly milk chocolate. Super bummed they don't make the dark chocolate option here. There is no sit down option inside or outside. Coffee Stop is a small shack in a parking lot within close proximity to Plum Creek Parkway and I-25. This would be an ideal location for someone traveling to or away from Denver. It's a very short drive from the Plum Creek Pkwy exit. This is how small the building is. There is just enough room for two people (staff) to stand and to take your order and prepare it for you. Their menu offers an assortment of items. They do have breakfast pastries to go with your coffee beverage. I ordered a medium drip coffee. It tasted okay. Nothing special but it did the trick with my caffeine fix. They get their coffee from a business in Denver. I like that they're local. While driving back home I sipped on my coffee. When arriving home I needed to put some sweetener in the coffee to jazz it up a bit. Overall, not bad. I would consider them as a quick coffee option. Otherwise, I have a favorite coffee place not too far from here. Again, perfect for when you need to grab a quick coffee and get on the highway or back onto it. I like that staff is personable. A gentleman took my order today. We engaged in light conversation. I never got a "yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever vibe" while talking with him and when he answered my question about the source of their coffee. Again, open to returning with no hurry.

It's vibrant and... bubbly inside this small shop, in which several youthful employees half hide behind a wall of plastic cups next to the register. The bright pink displays just beyond the entrance beckon you to buy buy buy merch merch merch, and also have two screens for you to place your order sans human interaction. We couldn't figure out how to adjust the ice level on these, so we ended up going to the counter to place our order. Prices are pretty comparable to other bubble tea shops in Denver, and have your usual selection of milk teas, fruit teas, fresh milk, and smoothies - but we were delighted to see the addition of some Vietnamese coffee drinks as well. Seasonal offerings seem to be a must these days to keep Gen Z's attention, so they also had pumpkin pie and toasted creme brulee varietals. There are a few small round tables inside, each enough to seat 2 people and a large shopping bag, but most people seem to grab and go. Our order came out pretty quickly, and we were pretty pleased with our choices - the matcha came through nicely in my Matcha Milk Tea (25% sweetness turned out perfect for me), and the Vietnamese Coffee Milk Tea was strong but creamy. This beats Starbucks for me any day, and Niko Niko will be my hydration of choice when I'm back at the outlets.
