Stopped by here on the way to a friends house. It was around 11am and I was lucky there was still…read moresome goodies left. I decided to pick up a box of various pastries: fruit tarts, cookies, croissants, turnovers, bear claws and a baguette. I arrived at my friends' house knowing they don't really like sweets.. but perhaps they would try some after lunch with some coffee. We cut most of the pastries in fours so we can each get a bite (I have me a sweet tooth...) but to my surprise, they loved every bite!.. and they don't even like sweets! The croissants were buttery and fluffy, the fruit tarts were divine and the baguette was perfect. They were surprised this bakery was right around the corner from their house and insisted on the address as they said they'd want to come back to check the place out. I told them there were lucky to have such an amazing bakery so close to their place. Whenever I'm in the area, I stop in for a treat. One to share, two for me! The employees are always super friendly and helpful too. Definitely a place to check out! It will become a favorite!

Tres Bon! We were the very 1 st one today. Pulled into…read morethe parking lot not sure of their hours. Open 6:30 am on Saturday's. The owner greeted us with that French accent. This adds the extra touch that other bakery can not add. She says lots of choices and she wasn't kidding. The whole bakery case was filled to the rim, shows casing all of their delicious goodies. Ended up getting salmon quiche from the cold case, almond croissant, very beautiful looking blueberry tart and berry croissant. Came out just below $30. We could had table side service but to-go was our option. I could see bunch of pâtissier working hard in the back. ~~ Now I m loaded with extra carbs ~~ Bon appetite!

The…read moreselection the day I visited didn't totally grab me, so while I'll return to try more, it's not in my top five just yet. Logistics: On a Friday at 10:15 a.m., the line was short. Moving through the queue and ordering took just 10 minutes total, even with me asking questions. The Pastries: Mango Passion Fruit Choux ($9): The winner. Messy to eat, but the fresh fruit flavor and contrasting textures were fantastic. Spandauer ($6.50): Solid choice with a nice, flaky dough. Cheese Brioche ($5.75): Disappointingly average; tasted like any standard bakery. Chocolate Walnut Coffee Parfait ($12): Not what I expected from the presentation. The employee helping me didn't really go into depth about the layers when I ordered. Overall it was delicious, just unexpected first bite. Final Verdict: Visually stunning pastries and an impressive variety. Worth a try, but watch the prices!
