My husband and I can never decide what to get so we opted for Chefs Tasting menu. Its $35 per person and everyone at the table has to participate. The soup was okay. It had a nice spicy kick. The kale chatt was interesting and crispy. Honestly I liked it a lot more than I thought I would. Urban Cauliflower had a great flavor, kinda mushy though, but still balancer out. The tandoori chicken was tender and honestly wish it was bigger. The shrimp coconut curry was my least favorite. Just not a good combo for me. Lentils were hearty and had a cumin flavor. Goat and Lamb curry were very similar I could barely pull it apart. The butter chicken was our favorite. Garlic Nann you could eat on its own, Onion Nann always great but needed a dipper. Then we had another employee just sitting at the table across from us on her phone staring at us, while we had to chase down the workers to take our orders and get water. While the employees were very friendly when we were attended to, they are not very attentive and we ended up waiting a long time for our check. The renovations are really nice - I didn't try Bawarchi prior to their fire, but the interior looks really nice now. And as mentioned the food is delicious and what brings me back here.
